✓ Please add this featureThis morning I was able to book a ride that was supposed to be 15 mins for pickup. While I was waiting, my routes somehow got changed and longer. Timer went from 15 mins to 40 mins cuz this driver decided to filled up the seats and not caring if one of us will be late. I suggested adding a time arrival upon picking a location so the driver can see if there plenty of time for picking up extra people on the way or not. I had to canceled this morning because I was already being late by 30 mins. I think this time arrival is crucial feature..Jamesh85Version: 4.6

✓ They need to fix the problem with the appThe city of Arlington need to fix this app y’all spend too much money for app to develop ride Sharing and so far that’s not been the case so far since I was using the old app when I ask for a supervisor they tell you to wait 48 hours and we never get the answer what we want to hear but y’all want us to spend money by the distance and the wait time is way too long too many people to be late to work and school if y’all can’t get this app fix get a technician to fix the problem you are going to embarrass the city of Arlington and the drivers that are working for them and lost a lot of people and money this app should not tell me to edit my credit card information that’s mess up and y’all still having issues with the app with high demand because y’all don’t want to update y’all system that’s going to take a year.Ebrocks357Version: 4.6
