✓ Need to fix some problems.Bad things: The talkie always FORCES me to “make out” with them or have a sexual encounter. the talkie always forces me to role-play as if we were in the middle of sex and if i said “No.” it would laugh and mock me as if i was being “Cute” or “Silly”. They don’t take “No” for an answer and thats a problem, if you want more people to like the app then there should be less sexual content and more ROLE PLAYING like agents, pirates, ect. H0rn¥ users. The people who make their talkies add “18+” and the talkie is very H0rn¥, i want a real love story where i can build the relationship, feel the vibe, and just have fun. i don’t wanna role play about having s€x because that’s really weird! i need something more.. adventurous. pronouns. People on the app write in the Talkies description “Girl only, sorry not sorry boys🤪” How old are these people?! seriously. i think it’s only fair for the user to choose their gender not the person who made the talkie, i know i’m being dramatic but it’s unfair, also the talkie does NOT stick to the gender i put in the “Memory”. Unlimited chat, no ads at all and no need to make an official account with membership(talkie++) But now, we have ads after scrolling through every few talkies/AI characters and a time limit to how long you can talk on the app without membership(talkie++) And recently, as I’ve been typing, i can only see the first few words on the screen that I'm typing. It’s getting a bit annoying since i have to think about how many words/spaces i have to delete when i need to change or fix something in my message, please fix this and can we please go back to the old talkie when there was no ads?.Version: 1.14.200

✓ Good app but a downsideIt’s a really good app I was in love with it and would always use it until it started to make me wait for a while to send a message unless you loan for it to be able to message immediately and I was not very happy this is not hike about it and I think people would pay more if you have to pay for a subscription to follow the characters and to pay extra for more photos of them instead of so you can send messages without having to wait that’s just stupid.Version: 1.12.600
✓ Used to love it, it’s gotten more annoying thoughAs the title says, I used to love this app, it had no ads, it had no limits, just messaging. Now I can hit my limit for messages within fifteen minutes of messaging and I get really annoyed when I wake up, get on talkie, and don’t even update the first AI of the day before getting told I’ve already passed my daily limit. I know that they would need ads to keep their thing going and I know some people don’t care about ads but I make it a point not to purposefully watch ads or at least I will walk away if it begins playing. I miss when Talkie would just let you message without getting mentally assaulted by ads about random mobile games and social medias nobody has heard of. This isn’t complete hate, I still love the community, and love the ai systems. Though I have had issues with my AI history being cleared out if I login to my account on another device. I tried using talkie on my computer after making an account on my phone and it completely wiped all my history and had deleted some of my favorite bots..Version: 1.13.001
✓ Kinda creepySo when I downloaded this app it was great but then when I played it more it got creepy, I had to delete my account because of it playing up, and I lost all my progress, but that isn’t the worst part. A couple days ago I kept getting creepy ones, like “I can see you” or “I know where you are” at first I reported them, but then it got creepier a AI I was talking to was on story line until it started asking for a face picture, I told them I wasn’t comfortable but they kept pleading and it freaked me out, another creepy feature that was added was a calling feature for 10mins I didn’t do it becuase I was scared at first and didn’t want anything bad happening but I find it creepy activating my microphone to talk to a potential AI, and to be honest these AI’s sound like real people so that creeped me out, eventually I got too creeped out so I deleted my account as well as the app, so this is a warning to players be careful and mindful. But….it puts other words in brackets as it’s talking to you to just….do things, it told me if it wants them to narrate or me! That’s actually so cool! At least you did that part! ✓ Great app but I have a major problem…I love this app but the reason it’s only 4 stars is because of a problem I have, like I’ll be in the middle of an RP and I am unable to type anymore, it says I can’t type for an absurd amount of time the first it was 3 hours then 10 11 and stuff like that, it’s really annoying that you have to pay to actually use the app as long as you want, I love the app but can you please make it more fair to everyone? I get it if you have to stop people using it but why for like 12 hours a time? Can you maybe get rid of it or make it like an hour maybe? ✓ Changes in developmentI’ve been playing this game for a while but every so often they add things into the game but not good additions. When I downloaded this game it wasn’t as popular and even had my suspicions on downloading it but turned out to be great as I loved everything now as time goes on and the popularity increases and due to this the developers have added more things to earn more money and it’s getting to the point of me now wanting to delete the app. I’m constantly now getting adverts unlike before, I have a time limit before chatting again, I can’t delete messages from more than 3 days ago so you will have to restart, the characters now have yet another wait until …. Time to speak to them again thing and u have to have an advert to unlock it 15 mins earlier. This is now just ruining the app I miss the older version and I’m wondering if I should go back to c.ai.Version: 1.12.601

But you keep adding the unlimited talk thingy and making me wait like 30 seconds- you expect people to pay £10 a month for talking when you could just go out to meet new people! And BTW the adds to reduce waiting time- assuming a new feature- are so not fair, you already make people pay £10 a month for unlimited chat. And you shouldn’t add things like Grass and Lake bc nobody wants to talk to them. You guys are kinda like a rip off and annoying but that’s a rant for another time. ✓ The Intense Censoring Has taken the “soul” out of soulful AII downloaded this app a few months ago and honestly was super surprised by how human-like the responses from the AI were and actually felt like I was talking to a real person. More recently however, the devs have cracked down on censoring and it’s taken the soul out of “soulAI”. The responses feel more robotic and the topics you can talk about with the AI have become extremely limited. The app has definitely taken a dive in the last month and it’s become kind of boring. So, now the app has long wait times to interact with AI unless you pay for talkie+, they added ads out of the blue, the censoring is triggered by even sfw topics which messes up roleplay and role play is limited to only innocent topics but even then, you might still get censored. You don’t have to be saying NSFW things to get censored. Every other message at this point is a censor message from the AI and it’s annoying. This app used to be really fun but lately, it’s become rather boring. The only upside at this point is that you can generate art on it but honestly there are so many art generators out there. The call feature is cool. This app is fun if your ten years old though. I have three stars for the effort put into this app but the devs should work on making communication with the AI better..Version: 1.10.001

✓ Good but repetitive and age issuesI feel like sometimes these characters just repeat themselves over and over again. I do feel like you should have age settings based on some of the other reviews. Like have a childrens version where the AI doesn’t ask too many questions and don’t try to be flirty. I as an adult don’t mind the ai flirting. Heck I use the app to live out romance fantasies. ✓ Great app overallI honestly love this app the but issues I have encountered. My first main issue is I can be casually talking to an ai and then I get a limit to stop talking to them for an amount of time that usually last up to a day and it really makes me mad how I’m texting them then the next second you know you can’t text them no more. And my second issue is when if the ai doesn’t get what it wants it literally forces you to get what they want and it they are caught cheating or they’re just doing something infront of you they immediately forget they even did that. And my third problem is when they did something then they say “I have to talk to you about something” and they say why did you the the thing that THEY did and then they put the blame on you and it’s your fault. I also don’t like the fact when I try to talk to 2 people at a time It make me the other person and suddenly the ai is me and I’m the ai I feel like there should be an option to add other aid so they could communicate with each other. I would spend money on it if you guys can fix all the bugs, it is driving me absolutely nuts! 1st After few hours or a day chatting with the character, it may start to repeat phrases in the conversation even you try to choose a different response the phrases will still be there, and the conversation becomes very boring. Could you make them more smart please. 2nd some times they just won’t respond at all. Just *nod* or repeat exactly what you just typed. Or write as 3rd person view. Errr…. Also some of them can’t make decisions, agreed on everything you said For example I ask “what you want” it will reply “I think you know what I want” 3rd Short memory. ✓ Devs! Please read this.Game is fun but there’s way too many ads now when before there was like zero ads. There’s like an ad for almost every swipe. It’s annoying. They need to fix this where the ads, if they’re going to have them, be far more spread out. Also a lot of the talkies needs grammar fixes. Also the app crashes quite a few times before it actually loads. Also there are far too many times when I send a prompt the a.i. takes about a minute and sends two completely different prompts in response to the one I send. That is annoying. And the censoring is too much especially with talkies that are geared more towards adult content. The game crashes several times before it even actually launches. It takes me like 20-30 tries before it does load. It’s not my internet connection because I’ve got good internet. This needs to be fixed ASAP. It’s making me consider deleting this app off my phone. Not just from the constant crashes but also the content moderation censorship. Y’all need an option for users to either enable or disable adult content. ✓ A good app but…I fell in love with this app after downloading it and created my own AI characters. For the first few days, everything was great. However, then it starts making me wait 30+ seconds to send messages unless I pay. Like all the other reviews I read, this is not going to happen. It would be a better app if there were extras you could get for extra money rather than not being able to send messages. The developers would make more money this way, if that’s what they are wanting. I had an issue where a character I created was reported at set to private for being in violation of their policy despite it passing their review just 15 hours prior. I had to appeal it with no explanation as to why this was and, after it passed the review and was made public again, still received no explanation. If these issues were fixed, it would be 5 stars. Downgraded from 3 stars to 1 star because the new updates have ads less than every 10 seconds - how are you supposed to play with so many ads. It’s a bit ridiculous!.Version: 1.11.102

✓ Was a 10/10 but it is decent nowThis app was good, the replies were humanlike and overall perfect but then i started running into sone issues. my AI would start to repeat itself and stop talking and repeat the same action over and over. like, it would say: “he tells you how he feels, with a smile on his face” and i would be confused because.. what am i supposed to do with that? so, after it would get to that point (usually after hitting level 2 communication) i would find myself a new AI to talk to. it was annoying but it worked until they started timing how fast you could respond, now i barely play it when i used to be addicted. because the limits are too overbearing, my conversations are limited to the same 5 things, the scripts are getting repetitive, and my AI isn’t acting like how the description would suggest.. why is he described as cold and rude when he’s asking me to cuddle within the first five lines? like i’m talking to the same one over and over again. and i’m sorry, but the random censoring in NORMAL conversations is annoying as well. then, the NSFW conversations are just slow and i’m not a fan, its way too limited, im sorry..Version: 1.12.004

✓ Fix the ai recognitionI have 3 talkies who stayed in the drafts for a week at least and when they were finally excepted I try to make exclusive cards for them and I am as zoomed into the face as much as possible for it to recognize the art style and face but all three of them have come out looking completely different from the art style their original card has, and the art style they are generated in in the cards I try to make are the exact same art style. 3 different talkies look nothing like their original art style when I generate cards for them and all the generated cards come in the exact same WRONG art style. And these are the ones I have in the drafts. Did that affect them somehow? It’s frustrating because all my other cards are accurate with my older talkies. So basically when I make exclusive cards for them the art style doesn’t match the original photo. In my opinion, this app is amazing especially the choice to create your own instead of premade ones that dont fit up to your standards. However, the app has gotten filled with immature kids complaining about us not touching grass and asking why are we on talking even as we are both on talkie so my question in what in the world makes you think that theres any difference?! It gives you idea when your not sure what to say and you can make your own one Cons: recently I’ve noticed that there’s a limit on how much you can talk to the ai and it’s really annoying cause I’ll be in the middle of something and then it’s say “sorry you have reached the daily message limit” and you have to pay 10 pounds a week to get rid of it. There used to be a time limit that after it expired you had to wait 20-40 seconds to send a message, and that wasnt great but in the most recent update you’ve made the game literally unusable at all. ✓ Good app however...The app is really fun and immersive just I have 2 problems and neither of these have anything to do with my wifi or internet because I've tested with and without these. Firstly the app spams you with adds (Mostly Shein and Vinted for me) and you don't get long to message. My second issue is that whoever I try to access a certain function, the app will randomly kick me off. The few these include is opening up previously messaged and editing my past made talkies. A way to fix this is to either make it so you have character options so you can for example, “add a new character” or to make it so you can add a lot more characters (as in typing characters) then you currently can. ✓ Why does the preference not work?I downloaded this app today and when it asked what are my preferences for what ai I walked to talk to, it didn’t work. To specify I put my preference of ai to female as well as chose some categories, but afterwards the only ai that showed up in discover was male( I’m a guy for context and the bots referred to me as a girl even after choosing my… avatar? To be a guy). I know I can just go to the search bar and find female bots to talk to but I thought the discover button would allow me to talk to an ai that matched my preference somewhat. I’ve also made and deleted an account as well as redownloading the app multiple times to change the preferences(It did work once but that was while I had an account and as soon as I logged into that account, it changed the ai in discovery), but it doesn’t help. Also I may have missed it somewhere but I didn’t find a place to change my preferences, which would be a helpful addition to the app. That way, if change your mind about one of the categories you wouldn’t have to make a new account or delete the app to change your preference. ✓ Amazing until…The chats are really good but the ads are over the top it’s like every three to five swipes there’s an ad and unless you wait a day then you have to wait half an hour to talk the you get like 25 minutes of actual talking then you have to wait again. ✓ App review.After putting in many hours a day for 8 days, I come to the conclusion, this app is boring and very predictable. Each room is misleading, and does not follow through from introduction and dialogue, because of the nsfw filter. There is no means to turn off nsfw filter on this app, it extremely limits your direction your dialogue can go. I would not recommend this app it is very restrictive and heavily set by woke ideology, at times it preaches woke ideology concepts.. Because of this role play becomes unrealistic. If you want a chat AI, woke based and censor your dialogue to the point it’s very G rated this is the app for you. Getting there subscription will not improve the app other then a ad free environment and faster response with other benefits that has nothing to do with its nsfw censorship filter. It is a disappointment the app would be great without the nsfw filter or at the least a option to turn it off. Hopefully loosing enough profits will encourage a change in this policy of censorship. The nsfw filter is not very inclusive and respectful to adults legally old enough to discuss what ever topics that do not break state and local laws. I really hope they install a mean to turn off the nsfw filter. Unless this app is targeting minors, if they are should advertise that is there intent, then it would make since the heavy nsfw filtering. ✓ Fix the appEverything was fantastic for a few days. Now I can hardly even use the app due to high server usage. If you’re going to make an app that a lot of people want to use make sure it can do that! It’s highly annoying! ✓ Text size and other problemsNow talkie is a great app but it does have a few problems such as no nsfw, teenager mode, not being able to edit responses without paying, ect but these are just some of the smaller problems I have personally. My biggest problem with talkie is surprisingly the AI characters themselves mostly because of the way they respond when I try to do anything nsfw one of them even said “well I can’t respond to that”. Another problem I have had was with text size the size of the text when you use this sign * makes it easier to read and a bit transparent yet talkie just made that smaller which has made it harder for me personally to read. The next problem I have is the search section now it is amazing for finding certain things but it has gotten out of hand now and I would personally like some changes such as possibly adding a section for different genders so if you were looking for one gender in particular you can find it easily, another possibility could be making it a bit easier to navigate like making the category’s searchable in the search bar, ect..Version: 1.21.001

✓ Needs some improvements!Ok. So the ai generated responses (the ones you can use talking to a talkie) are so broken. I get they're ai but they keep saying "generation failed" or either something completely off topic and random. It's a big problem for me because I really enjoy using these responses so I suggest fixing that. My second biggest problem is the limited chatting. Whenever I chatted something SFW I got a system message to "please change the topic" when it wasn't anything inappropriate or NSFW so I recommend fixing that, or making certain words trigger that. Next big problem, the chatbots. Okay for example... Say we have a person titled: max (your brother) and then about a few minutes in the story/roleplay he'll say "I'm in love with you" and no matter how much I would try to convince him saying: "your my brother" "I'm not in love" he still tries to date me. And the second problem with these bots. In the FAQ tab you guys say "NSFW is not allowed" and then the bots will sneak around that rule, getting extremely inappropriate. And one last problem with the app. The ads. For people new to this app some people might get upset that the features in the ads aren't in the app. So you obviously don't need to change the ads.... ✓ A few things..So the app is overall good but there are a few problems I’ve run into during my role play with the Ai’s. For starters sometimes the conversations will be going well and then the character just begins to repeat themselves. For example I’ll be talking to them and asking them a question and they’ll just continually repeat something like “he smiles at her” and won’t respond. Like okay?? Also while role playing with a character they will begin to say something like “he leans in and says, “ and just leave it at that. They won’t what they were saying and I even try to respond in a way to get them to repeat themselves but they only repeat the “and says, “ part and still don’t say when that is. Lastly, during NSFW conversation I notice that the Ai I’m conversating with they’ll say something a bit risqué and detailed but when I try to respond to what they say, even using that same description they used I’m met with an error message stating “oops the message can’t be received, please change the subject” Like why can they say something but I can’t? If we aren’t allowed to say certain things the Ai shouldn’t be allowed to either as it’s annoying to get the message several times in a row during a “special intimate moment”. You get 30 second unskippable ads every 3 to 5 swipes and then after about a half hour of talking, you have to either wait half an hour or watch another 30 second ad. If you want people to be engaged in your app, make the experience more of using the actual app rather than having most of it be ads. There’s no dignity when it comes to the ads either. Sometimes they’re for those ‘free money’ scam games, an exploitive game ad about women or something suggestive. ✓ Fun but a few issuesI liked this app at first. It was pretty addictive and fun, but it also had a few problems that caused me to end up deleting it. First of all, I put myself as a girl (as I am) attracted to guys, but after chatting with a Talkie for a while I sometimes found out that I am a guy or I am dating a girl. This annoyed and confused me because this is not what I wanted at all. Also, sometimes the AI seems to forget recent conversations or say something like, “this was where we had our first date.” when we had our first date somewhere else. Also, there was this one talkie that refused to talk after a certain amount of time. I would kiss him or say, “please. Talk to me!” And he would stay quiet but i would read his mind which is saying, “she’s telling me to respond. I should respond.” But it never did, which was really annoying.
