✓ A good set of games, but...I have enjoyed playing all the variety of solitaire games here, very much. My problem is with the developers and upgrading my phone. About a week ago, I upgraded my phone, and when I re-downloaded the app, *and* logged into Facebook, I was back to Level 1 (I was at 48), no stickers, no surplus coins (I had Aalmost 285k, and my daily streaks were gone (some were above 80 days in a row). Gone. So, I emailed support. I got an auto-response that they are aware of issues with the daily spin rewards, please be patient. Wait- that’s NOT the problem, and in my appeal to support I mentioned nothing about daily spins. I responded twice, saying hey, that’s not my problem, please help. I finally clicked on the link to the claim, and it has been marked “Solved.” It was NOT solved, I’ve gotten zero help, and I won’t have this phone much longer. It’s been tiresome tapping into my new phone’s hotspot to play the game on my old outdated phone. So I’m giving up my progress, and though I may come back and play some, I’m not going to even try to get back to my former status. The reason I did not give one star is the fact that I *did* enjoy playing the games, and seeing my daily streak going up, collecting the different themed tables and cards, etc. But to ignore a support request? ✓ Good but a couple of oversightsI have a love-hate relationship with this app. It's visually nice, there's a ton of themes/choices, the win animations are cute, javi regional teams and stickers is interesting, and there's plenty of game variety. I just have two major problems that almost make me want to uninstall. There really needs to be confirmation when buying something with coins. I had saved up to get an expensive card face and while scrolling through the card backs I apparently accidentally bumped the purchase button and just... bought it. I didn't even notice until I went to buy the card face I had been saving for and was missing half of my money. I looked and now own a card back I didn't even want. This seems like a huge oversight to me, especially with some things being so expensive and there being a -lot- of purchasable stuff to scroll through. The other issue is compared to other solitaire apps I have, the ads on this are terrible. I don't mind watching ads at all, but some of the exit buttons are miniscule, leading to several rounds of accidentally opening the app store page. I watch these same ads on other apps and it's fine. They tend to want a lot more interaction (sometimes having to wait and then hit the x three times) than an app ad should merit. Some of them also end in a screen with a button to get whatever app the ad was for but no way to escape it. ✓ Love the games BUTThe app offers a great variety of solitaire games. But for every minute of actual play I have to sit through at least a half minute of ads. I was annoyed by the time consumed by ads in the old phone but now I have a new phone and am getting easily twice the ads! There is no way to exit ads until they’re finished. Occasionally I have to put up with two ads back-to-back. Some ads have no volume control to at least reduce the noise. A timer shows that the 30-second ads take longer to finish than 30 seconds. Every time I start a game I need to suffer through an ad. Every time! I would love to keep playing but the ads bombardment is too much. If I exit the game before an ad finishes, it just starts up from the beginning when I open the game again. I will never buy candy crush, Erie roofing, garden scapes, or ANYTHING pressuring me with loud, lengthy ads that I cannot exit after a few seconds. ✓ Deleted my progressI played consistently for a few months and collected many stickers. I even logged into my facebook, hoping it would save my progress in case anything happened. HOWEVER, that was not the case. One day, out of no where, all my progress disappeared. I went from level 30 to level 1, I lost all my stickers, I lost all the things I bought from the store, I lost everything, and it reset as if I just downloaded the game and never played. I contacted support through mail but never got a response back. Because I wanted to play, I figured this was a one time thing, it wouldn’t happen again and was a glitch or something, BUT NO! After I got to level 23, I log back into the game and AGAIN ALL MY PROGRESS RESET. All my stickers, achievements, EVERYTHING.... GONE. Once again, I contacted support but yet again, NO REPLY. No, sadly none of this matters when you can’t actually play the game due to bugs, I am stuck in a perpetual loop of being asked to spin for the daily bonus - there’s no way out - it just keeps looping round. ✓ Stickers don't workThis game is great, I love being able to switch version of solitare. The new update added an awesome sticker collection feature which I love but it doesn't work. There is no way to access them except for random unpredictable pop ups and they don't show visually or actually appear when you earn them. I have gotten about 30 notifications I've earned new stickers but there's nothing there. Only ones that work are ones you getting for playing certain number of days in a row but they were there automatically. I tried emailing them (like it says in the app) 10 days ago but no response. They say they read all reviews so here's hoping. Also, it would be nice one certain games (like tripeaks or pyramid) if the games looped like other versions. Almost like levels, if you complete a game, it just re-deals and you see how many you can win continuously. ✓ I liked it before the ad change.I used to really enjoy this game. Great way to pass the time, very pretty and well put together. I didn’t even mind the ads much. A game for me is usually a good ten minutes or more, and one 15-30 second ad in between every other game or so (I don’t know the exacts but I know it wasn’t every time) was never a big problem for me. Now, every time I do anything, I get an ad. Even when I haven't played for a few days, and I open up the game to resume a previous game OR start a new game, the FIRST thing I see is an ad. ✓ Good game with some annoying flawsOverall I enjoy this app, but there are a couple irritating issues. The biggest one is that sometimes the ads play sound (loudly) even if my phone is on silent. This can be very jarring especially when I’m playing before going to sleep. ✓ App linking to Facebook is broken!Like several others who have posted recent reviews, I am also unable to play with my account linked to Facebook. I am getting the error that the app is not set up, is in development mode, and I am not authorized. I have lost all of my progress - over 400 days for at least 6 of the games! I paid for the ad-free version a long time ago and feel like I have been ripped off by my inability to play. I originally sent a support ticket on October 19 and got a response telling me to uninstall then reinstall the app. Well, I ended up with a ghost app called Solitaire 2 that will not open and keeps showing up even when deleted. I even removed it from my iCloud apps. Support closed my ticket out before I had a chance to reply to them saying that their remedy was not working. I could not re-download the app because the App Store would only let me open it, which of course doesn’t work. An update came through today which I was able to download, and I was finally able to open the app. However, I am still getting the same issue with logging into Facebook. What is the point of playing if I can’t link to an account that I could transfer between devices or that recognizes my previous purchase of the ad-free version? This is my favorite game, and I am so disappointed. I have changed my previous five star review to one star. ✓ Things to consider before buying/playingThough it is a pretty good game overall it comes with some shortfalls. Only going to mention the three that bug me the most. 1) if you buy the app and later transfer to a new phone your decks, tables, and badges (stickers) will not come with you. 2) although there is an option to play only for solvable puzzles there is still an option to play without the option. I find this terribly annoying because they actually have an achievement if you win without the option chosen. In my experience leaving the checkbox unchecked tends to bring nothing but unsolvable hands. I find this “feature” useless as it’s hard for me to believe anyone would want to play an unsolvable hand. 3) auto placement. Many solitaire games, including this one, have an option to tap a card to auto-move to the appropriate spot in a deck so you don’t have to drag all of them. Do not do this in Freecell because the logic/mechanics will almost always drop your card in an empty spot if one is open, thereby taking points off your end score from having to move it a second time or an undo..DonnychattVersion: 4.17.0

✓ It’s solitaire, what can I say!So it’s a nice set up in theory but don’t be fooled. I like the idea of choice of decks and they have a lot of them, I also think the themes are cool. They have one for everyone. My biggest issue is clearly the stats are just them giving random stuff like “weekly best!” or all time best. Well I pay attention and I score 6500 and it says nothing but the next game is like 6200 and it will say daily best or something like that. I also noted that the leader board is always the same. I’m in NY and we get 5th no matter what. I played a lot for a week and racked up over one million points and we didn’t get any higher. Just the other four did better than the week before. It glitches on my iPhone from time to time but simply close the app and resume game. On a very positive note, no constant push to sell you points or coins. You can play pretty much non stop and it’s free. But the idea of playing for points to beat other regions is a cool one, I just wish it worked. ✓ Annoying adsThe point of this game is to help your team get as high a score as possible for the week. With these constant ads it becomes very frustrating. I think I spend more tome waiting for the constant barrage of ads to finish than I do playing the game. Honestly, almost every hand has an ad. And there is a two step process to say no, I’m not interested. The ad appears, you wait until the x appears, you click that and then there is another countdown to x again so you can actually leave and go back to the game. No other games I play do this. And after playing for a half hour I have seen every ad several times. If I was interested I would have clicked on the ad by then. After playing a certain amount of time it would be nice to have the ads stop. As I said, I have seen them several times and am now more likely to NEVER check out the site or app because they have ticked me off! And soon, this game is going to have me so mad I will even stop playing. I can take a deck of cards and play solitaire with absolutely no ads. Being on a team is just mot worth that much. ✓ Paid for “Ad Free” but keep seeing adsI paid for “Ad Free” on this game several years ago. Everything was fine for a long time and I really enjoyed the game. Unfortunately, the developers are obviously not making enough money so, every 2 weeks I start seeing ads again and I have to restore purchases to rectify the issue. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a reply. Some of the ads run for several minutes so it becomes very annoying. I’m going to look for a different solitaire game.
