✗ Don’t force me to tipThe app forces you to tip, you cannot avoid this. Absolutely disgusting. Pay your employees so they don’t have to rely on tips, and don’t force customers to tip. I don’t want to use the app to pickup, I want to order online. Stop forcing customers to download your app. Your app doesn’t support Apple Pay or Android Pay forcing me to enter my card details. This information is shared with your app developer according to the terms of service, which feels very unsafe. You are forced to sign up for the app, you cannot guest order. You must give them all your information to place an order for food. This was such a hassle, I will not be going to black and brew anymore. It’s not worth it.
