✓ Needs some improvementsI honestly like the message of having to keep up a routine to get better mentally and physically, and how the problems don’t magically disappear after one day. However the message on weight is a bit messed up, like yes i love how you can have yoga or working out as a daily routine but 200lbs doesn’t look like that. As someone who is 200lbs with muscle it is all about muscle and bone structure. Strength can come with bulking and not just losing weight to look “perfect”..Version: 1.9.0
