✓ Frozen accountI upgraded my account to merchant and I wasn’t using it, only to open the app and see if was frozen And now I don’t want merchant again, I want it downgraded and freeze my account For more than 24 hours now, no solution, have called your customer care and have created disputes, it’s just pending I will really say your customer service is really poor and frustrating.
