✓ Banned for no reason (Scam)I thought this app was legit because they actually paid me unlike some of the other apps, but then I got a message that my account was banned for suspicious activity. I have done nothing wrong. I guess this is what they do to keep from paying you. Don’t waste your time with this app, they will ban you so they won’t have to pay you. To the developer My account was banned for no reason. When I look at the reviews for your app you all have done this to multiple people. You also don't give anyone a legitimate response or explanation. The generic response that you give people in the review section is unacceptable. Instead of lying and accusing people of things they didn't do, why not just own up to your dishonesty. You are hurting innocent people who just want to make a few extra bucks. As far as I am concerned, the only suspicious activity is coming from your end. If you don't want to pay people, stop making apps that say you will..G👍Version: 1.6.5

✓ My account got banned and I have no idea why!I’ve had the app and played the games for it for about 2 weeks now. And today I opened the app to find that my account was banned. I don’t use a VPN, have only made one account and can’t seem to figure out any other reason for this to have happened. The app works, I’ve made over $5 playing and never had any issues cashing out or anything.. ✓ No support-banned for nothingSo I was really enjoying this app BUT within a few days I was banned for ‘suspicious activity’ and tried inquiring about it but haven’t been able to get any response from support. Nothing listed as suspicious behavior within their FAQs applies to me and I have no idea why they did that. I still had money in my account too. Money is really tight lately and despite that only being a couple dollars I really needed it. The cashouts did work prior to being banned. I wish they would reply and restore my account. ✓ BannedMy son died almost a year ago. Right after I broke my phone and had to use his for a while. I uninstalled all his game apps but didn’t reset it because there are things on it that I don’t want to lose. I put this on there and played it a few days and got it up to a couple of dollars, went to cash out and got a message that I was banned for fraud. Apparently he had played this same app and then I installed it for me. Yes, I’m going to defraud a game app for a few dollars! Ridiculous! ✓ Falsely accusing me of fraud resulted in this ….I’ve submitted a report to Apple about your app . You accuse your users of Fraud but only when we attempt to cash out what we have earned . I was accused of fraud for simply getting a New Device . A simple scroll through your reviews screams Scam . It’s nice to see I’m not the only one you’re devs have done this way . ✓ Yeah, make sure you withdrawal once you get to a dollar!!I’ve been playing games from this app for a while now, to earn little extra cash. It’s slow and takes many hours of game play. But you do get a few dollars. Well I went on to play while I had few minutes and I been banned. Like what! I looked at reasons and I have not done any of those listed. So yeah, they pull you in and when you let your earnings add up. BOOM! Banned. Fraud fraud fraud. I emailed them and have not heard anything. If I do and they resolve this. ✓ Impossible to earn extra cash!I downloaded the bestplay app plus the games so I could earn some extra cash, to help with bills and food. After a couple of days my only bestplay account was banned for some kind of suspicious activity, when all I was doing was playing a game through bestplay. Yes I played all of the games through bestplay too, on one device with only one bestplay account (my boyfriend can testify that I have only one bestplay account too). I have contacted the playvalve developers/customer support 4 times and never heard anything back from them. This makes me very unhappy and upset that I am not able to earn any extra cash through the bestplay app. I gave this app 1 star cuz I'm not going to play another single playvalve game/app again. In fact I'm never going to suggest anything that has to do with playvalve to another living person again! I am disabled and playing games help me. I was excited when I found something that was helping me earn some extra money while I enjoy playing some games. Guess I was wrong. And don't tell me that playvalve takes fraud seriously cuz I already know that but every time I try to contact anyone with playvalve, they don't have the decency to reply to me or my complaints. ✓ Crappy pay outs as well as “banned for suspicious activity “Y’all need to fix the glitch in your games because I’m not the only person to get “banned due to suspicious activity “ all because I upgraded my iPhone and wiped the other one clean. So I went to go to work and my phone changed from my WiFi to my cellular data and I am banned now for no apparent reason. I will update this review if or when customer service fixes this. Developer reached out to me with no resolution to this at all. They basically said you could be banned for anything and left it at that. They gave no reason why and literally have no reason as to why I should have been banned because I did nothing at all to be banned. ✓ Good until my account got disabled…I downloaded this app on my phone and my iPad. It says you can have 3 accounts but you can really only have one. I wanted to play on my phone while I wasn’t at home and play on my iPad when i am home. I cashed out on my phone and then got home and my account on my iPad has been disabled which is my preferred device to play on. I emailed customer service but haven’t heard back. I just want to be able to play on my iPad and i will delete it from my phone. Don’t download this app on two different devices, you are only allowed one account even though it says you can have 3. That was until a few days ago when I went to load up the app to see how much was on there to find my account got banned for suspicious activity when I never did anything but download the games and play them. ✓ HELP!I will start off with saying that best play is a good app, I recommend getting the app to earn some extra cash on the side. Now for the reason I made the title “help” is because my account got disabled. ✓ Worst way to make a few bucksLiterally only do this if you fully intend to play these games for fun. I'm just testing different apps to see who's who and what's what and this is by far the worst. ✓ ???When I first started to play this app, I didn’t really find it interesting. But as I figured out the longer I played the more likely I would earn money. So I started to play until I at least hit that 400,000 once or twice a day. my first cash out was a little over $10. After a few days I went back into play and I’m banned because of suspicious activity. No explanation. No way of contacting anyone. I at least like to have some kind of explanation.
