Selected the prompt to have it delivered express and it said there was a problem with the bank connection, contact customer support. I contacted customer support and it was a bot reply that told me to follow a link to upload my ID. Uploaded a clear jpeg of the front and back and it said in red upload must be in jpeg or png format. So I tried png and selected submit and it took me back to the same screen. Emailed customer support again and got a reply saying we cannot verify your ID so we can not give you an advance.
