✓ Used to be a wonder app.This app used to be great, in a recent update the trash icon has disappeared resulting in false entries where an entry jumps to another date cannot be deleted. It is also really complicated to obtain support. You have to sign into an email account, it won’t use your native account on your phone or iPad and when you do and ask for help nobody bothers to return your mail, it’s a case of “we’ve got your money, now get lost”. ✓ Had been excellent. Now useless & deleted.My Hours 2 and its predecessor My Hours had been my standard app for tracking my billable time against jobs for multiple clients. Since the app was updated for iOS 8 it has lumbered from bad to worse. The main problem for me is that the "clock in" feature no longer records the job I selected so there's no way of telling who the time should be billed to - that's the whole point of the multiple jobs feature. Emailed support - silence. Time to move on I'm afraid. Apps been replaced. A real shame as it had been excellent but it's useless now I'm sad to say. Finally - it seems odd that all the recent negative reviews from customers with similar or related problems have disappeared. A bit like all my data every time I upgrade this app!.Version: 2.11

✓ BEST shift app BUT NEEDS UPDATINGDefinitely the best shift app I have used. Integrates with iCal and calendar so my shifts can be shared for others to see, however, crashes alot now. There are weird bugs where if you add shifts day after day, sometimes they appear on the wrong day, fixed by closing and re opening app. App also randomly crashes. ✓ Hours on wrong daysWhen I swipe to the next day to add my hours, it puts them in a different day and then says hour conflict. I'll go back to the main screen and it shows the hours I just entered on the wrong day. I then delete that and have to specifically click on the day I want to add the hours. ✓ Week start dateI like this app the only thing about it and that messes the whole app is that you can’t change when the week starts. It is set to start on Monday, will not everybody’s week start on a Monday. My week starts on a Sunday, so it’s pointless to use this app if it doesn’t start on the day that my week starts. ✓ Mostly efficient. Never updatedThis app is efficient at organizing your schedule with multiple jobs or pay rates. The downfall is support. You can't adjust the weeks out function. It crashes every time you try and change it from 6 weeks. I've sent in multiple support messages over a period of 5+ months and have yet to receive a response or have the problem fixed. Overall. I have 2 jobs that I use to keep my hours on this app. And I use the 3 letter abbreviations to set the jobs apart. This app does it well, but I encountered problems swiping between days and upon clicking 'add selection', the shift would be randomly added to a different day.
