✗ DisappointedI turned to Talkspace after feeling like something needed to change during a really low point in my life. I have used Betterhelp in the past and found it pretty good, but I wanted to try Talkspace because they had a Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for when it comes to discount therapy!! I’ve had to switch providers 3 times because the therapists assigned to me were unresponsive and two of them are on long-term leave!! When you are looking for (and PAYING FOR) someone to immediately talk to during a dark period, it’s very disheartening to be met with silence on the app. I was trying to invest in my mental health, but I think this attempt was a huge waste of money!.LonesomedreamsVersion: 8.86.00
