✓ Good but major issues!I have used the desktop application for a few years and can honestly say it is excellent. As for the mobile version, it is good, but whenever I open it and it sync's, it deletes my most recently added entries made from my desktop version. ✓ Username is shown before faceID protectionI have sent emails regarding this concern without an answer! The app shows usernames prior to use faceID and only reveals passwords if the faceID security step gets passed! However Kaspersky doesn’t notice that usernames are important as passwords and must not be shown until approved via a security step such as faceID! ✓ Residential Suite does its job, howeverThe Russian government has gone after this company before. The company has already worked with government. There is real truth about this company and bad actors. I know this company’s products and services well. I’ve serviced over 100,000 devices to date. Although, I never used, recommended it, and when asked, I didn’t comment. But, I did respect colleagues, team, and clients their choice and belief in Kaspersky. ✓ Slow on iOSI’m switching to another password manager, as I’m getting very annoyed with waiting for the password to load when I open the app. Also don’t like the integration in chrome on Mac. The extension keeps having issues. Kaspersky could really work on their Apple integration . Ever since I switched (back) to Apple products, I have been dissatisfied with Kaspersky products. ✓ Perpetual loop of inoperationThis use to be the best, and my most used app on my phone until the recent upgrade...Or should I say non-upgrade. The new version no longer synch's with my laptop which is the main database for all of my passwords. The app keeps saying I need to upgrade to the latest version and it takes me to the latest version in the App store....Which is the exact same version I already have!!! Its perpetually looping me around asking me to upgrade and then back to the same version I already have...This app has become inoperable. I've tried customer service several times and I just keep getting asked what version I have but then not getting any response with a solution. ✓ Terrible experience!I have used this app for years, then tonight I suddenly found all my data were gone after I logged in. The it automatically logged out and asked me to enter the main password, which I have not used for many years. ✓ Will Be Good Once It's Sorted But This Release Is RubbishI have used Kaspersky on my PC for a couple of years and it is an excellent package but This version of Password Manager should be a beta version as at has so many bugs. As well as deleting random passwords from both the PC and IOS devices, it mixes up user licence information between the PC and IOS device which prevents you from upgrading to the full unrestricted version. Support was very slow and after 9 weeks issue has has now finally been logged as a defect awaiting action. I will buy it when fixed because I know it wii be good but certainly not because of the support service. Shame on you Kaspersky!.Bazwil54Version: 1.2.0

✓ DO NOT UPDATE THIS APPUpdating to 9.0 version screwed everything up on my iPhone 7. I can log into password manager on my computer, but the same master password won’t allow access on my phone. I’ve gotten no where with support after communicating with them for 2 hours. They wanted me to screenshot the master passwords to make sure they match. ✓ It's ok but.....There's not much flexibility in the free version and to access the full version costs a ridiculous amount of money compared to other reputable password storage apps. An annual subscription that only lasts for one year which is more expensive than an unlimited and singular upgrade for any of the others? ✓ Read carefully before judgingI have been using it for a year, until I upgraded yesterday, i lost all my passwords and was unable to utilise my banking. After few calls, they honestly admitting upgrading the back end software, the incompatibility of the databases, meant there is nothing i can do. They escalated to their head office while i have to sit and wait, unable to get access to hundreds of passwords. Think about it! ✓ Just okThe auto fill in is not good as other products. There are so many websites miss the username and only fill the password session. So I have to key in the username every time. ✓ If I could give negative stars..After the most recent update.. the password manager asked me for my master password which I know and entered correctly. It’s telling me incorrect password. Then it tells me I have to create a new vault and that all my passwords will be lost. I have so SO many passwords saved in this vault. For them all to be lost is SUCH an inconvenience. I have requested support and if they are unable to (or won’t) help. I will be canceling my subscription and finding a new internet security company. ✓ Will not Synchronise!After downloading app and logging into it as being a subscriber, I try to synchronise which the app does immediately upon installing it anyway, it just spins and spins and spins telling me it’s synchronising. Now I have done this on my Mac book pro 2021 with no troubles but on my iPhone XS max it is not synchronising at all. I also manually applied some documents of around 40 individual ones, and was successful doing so. After closing the app completely and re-opening it, the 40s so files are no longer there once I login again. Update: It now seems to save the files and passwords I put in manually. However the app continues to spin in synchronisation, but nothing from my other apps from MacBook or windows laptop are migrating to my phone..MepozerVersion: 9.2.62

✓ What a con!!!I have recently bought a 5 machine user license to Kaspersky Internet Security. Saw this mentioned so thought I would give it a go. Then when in the app it says you need to pay a subscription to unlock more than 15 password syncs! I mean, hello? I just paid a lot for AV for a year. This should be free for AV subscribers. And it's not like it's cheap for this - the features are terrible compared to cheaper, much much better made software such as LastPass.TownsmcpVersion: 1.4.0

✓ Sync problemI’ve experienced this problem many times and it solves in the next update, but starts again in the other new update. I have to install / uninstall the app to be able to sync any change in the database. Also, there is not any “feedback” option in the app, so I had to write it here..Fsh50Version: 9.2.55

✓ Almost perfectI find it frustrating that you can’t store general passwords or codes for thing like... backyard gate lock, front door code, or even a persons PC login... when using the Windows app. In iOS I can but I have to use the “App” category and put in the “app” as “Backyard Gate”, and I could live with that... problem is though, when I’m managing my passwords and codes back on my PC, it won’t let me edit the “app” name I chose (backyard gate). ✓ Poorly featured AppApparently Kaspersky threw out there old App which they sub licensed a couple of years back built this App from the ground up. And & it shows. But not in a good way. Kaspersky Password surprisingly light on features & doesn't compare well even against many free Apps like LogMeOnce. No support for categories on iOS, forces mergers on account on whim, no support for 2-stage login or sites which require 2 ID field. ✓ This is NOT a perk, the antivirus and go...I got the Kaspersky Total Protection and was glad I was going to get the password manager in the package. I immediately ditched Dashlane (bad idea). The major problems with this app are: • It doesn’t synchronise your passwords across the app and desktop. • It fails to update passwords correctly. You will have to change your passwords to multiple account multiple times and if you are relying on this app to feed in the correct one you’re in for a rude awakening. • It doesn’t save passwords correctly to the right domains and logins. At the moment I have my business email and personal email logins crisscrossing and I’m fed up. Finally, please just use the antivirus and go. This is completely useless and could cause you serious anxiety about being locked out of important stuff.
