✓ Love it but can’t save anythingI’ve been using this app for a long time now. And I absolutely love it. But the one thing that makes me angry and want to delete it sometimes, is I can’t save projects. Because of this, I can’t work on more than one at a time. And if I’m gone from a project for several days it no longer loads. So frustrating..Version: 2.39
✓ Barely functionalThis app shows amazing promise and its beautiful! The interface is gorgeous. However it is a laggy mess. It constantly freezes and hangs, such a shame! I will wait for an update and look forward to being able to give it 5stars once it's usable..Version: 1.2
✓ Doesn’t work correctly any longerAs others have commented, the app no longer works correctly. I’ve spent a good amount of money on this app (in-app purchases for additional features) and the app no longer functions the way it used to. It won’t access my most recent photos without reloading photos multiple times in the app and it will no longer allow me to change the photo but keep the text/artwork I was previously using. ✓ Updates are overdueUpdate this app! We need to be able to save progress on projects, some of the stickers should update too, I mean a New Years sticker set should still say 2019 in 2022. Just update it. I’ve been using it for close to 9 years now but it really needs an update overall. ✓ Too expensiveI saw some designs from this app on Facebook and thought they were really great, so I spent the $1.99 to buy the app. Little did I know, you have to pay $1.99 for every single packet. I’d rather spend money on an actual physical graphic design. I don’t think these designs are worth $4+ to just keep on your phone. Also, the app is really confusing to use starting out without any tips and tricks, and nothing that is extra money is labeled..Version: 2.34
✓ Can’t access all of the Design Packs I’ve PurchasedI love this app for ease of design and great results! As a longtime user, I have purchased Design Packs I want for projects. Unfortunately several of these packs can now no longer be downloaded or opened, even after the recent update. This is disappointing because I intentionally purchased them for specific applications. Does this mean the designs I purchased are no longer available? May we receive a credit for them, please? Can I remove/archive them? I’d love to give a 5-star rating, but since I can’t use designs I’ve purchased....Version: 2.66

✓ Meh.It has a lot of tools and a lot of potential, but beware, a lot of what’s shown isn’t included and you need to pay for additional texts, stickers, backgrounds, etc. Extremely frustrating when you think you’re getting what’s shown on the demo/preview pages..Version: 2.31

✓ Keeps downloading packsThe app was working fine till the new iOS update. Now the packs keep downloading every time I open the app. If I select a pack it will look like it hasn’t been downloaded and will look like it’s downloading when clicked. Then the next time I turn on the app it will give me an error per pack that I previously redownloaded because it’s saying there’s already a pack saved in the app. Still usable but a pain to use at the current moment. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and redownloaded but still the same. Had to turn off my data for the app because it was using up all my data..Version: 2.82
✓ DisappointingThis is my third update to my review for this version of the app and all I can now say its its terrible. I originally installed it on my iPad mini, and the performance was dreadful. The app was jerky, unresponsive and unusable. After quitting the app using the task manager thing on my iPad the app ran smoothly and I was really enjoying using it. So much so that I installed it on my iPad4, which experienced the same dire performance problems I'd encountered with my iPad mini, sadly this time restarting the app had no effect. Now the app has ground to a halt (again) on my mini and nothing I do fixes it. While I was able to use the app it was great, had some brilliant features including using masks, and lovely graphic packs. Now sadly it's dead in the water on 2 of my devices and I won't even bother putting it on my iPhone. Hope the developers can fix the performance issues because I'd love to give this app 5 stars.Version: 1.2

✓ Easy to useThis app was really easy to use, but all the add ins also cost money. I also am discouraged by the lack of skin tone availability and hair styles varieties. I am from NM and there are black, white, Hispanic and Native Americans. ✓ I love it but there’s issuesI love this app. I’ve used it with my previous iPhones. I have upgraded to the 8+ and now when I go to add text to a photo, I cannot click any of the option add text or designs. The app freezes and I cannot do anything. I have to shut the app down. ✓ Down the panI used to like this app, loads of content, even started following them in instagram. Then i spotted the so called "free goodies" for "personal use" to which between the Intermixed Commercial and None Commercial content has made this app a legal nightmare to use. Zero definition of what can and cant be used on a commercial industry level. And now comes the religion upgrade stuff too?. I bought this app to use for GFX design on a Retail level. ✓ Stopped working & needed tweeksI used to love this app so much that I was willing to overlook the fact that you couldn’t save raw projects. And consider it a five star regardless. I invested so much money buying fonts literally hundreds of dollars over the years and I didn’t regret it until now it hasn’t been working for months. I’ve reached out and never received a response, so I can’t help but leave a review and it’s down to one star because I cannot even use the app. I open the first page and I click open current project or I click the photo album icon to start a new project and from there there is no moving forward on either option. ✓ Incredibly slooow... and stops!I cannot work out what all these reviewers are seeing in this app!? Yes it's pretty, but it has the biggest lag I have ever seen in an app! And that's using the latest and fastest iPad out there! I also tried it on the iPhone - exactly the same! So it's not just an unlucky installation. ✓ Loved this app but can’t download packs?I have used this app for so long and loved it so much for making things at home and for the kids etc. Paid for an extra sticker pack today though and it says can’t download as not enough storage space on my device - I have over 34gb free on my phone. The whole app is only 237mb or something so can’t understand why one sticker pack can’t be downloaded? Annoyed with so many in app purchases and never any extra freebies. ✓ Ok.... but export resolution is not that greatI was loving this app until I tried to import a 12x12 image from the Project life app to add more designs on top of my finishes page. Problem is the original image is 2760x2760 and the export from the RD app only allows 2048x2048. Could you please allow images from camera roll to keep their original resolution? ✓ Way too expensive to not be able to save designsI love creating on this app because my graphics come out so beautiful all the time BUT I’ve spent sooo much money just buying font and design packs which I wouldn’t even mind IF I was able to save a design. Many times I spend hours designing and then will just need to tweak a graphic just a bit to create a new one but I can’t unless I save the item each time I add an element which uses wayyy more space than I’d like. I just don’t even understand why saving a design can’t be added for all the money this app hasn’t gotten from me. Very close to a boycott of this app...have already stopped referring others to it. ✓ I was a fan...I have been using this app on and off for over 5 years. I purchased a couple sticker packs when I first downloaded the app, and recently bought a significant amount of sticker and font packs. About a week ago, I switched from a Samsung Galaxy to an iPhone and lost all my paid fonts and stickers. I have sent the support team 2 emails asking to restore my purchases and have heard nothing. This is very disappointing since I have been a fan for so long and have spent a decent amount of money with in-app purchases. Still hoping to hear back from someone to either restore my purchases or I’ll delete the app and consider it a loss..Version: 2.32

✓ Please update and fix issuesApp is always glitching, freezing and shutting down. I have re-downloaded it and have a new device and plenty of storage. The issues happen also on my ipad. I have been a dedicated fan of Rhonna Designs apps/products since they launched. It is absolutely disheartening to find after spending likely HUNDREDS of dollars on this app over the years since the very beginning on all the fun cute new packs that it no longer works properly for me. I find myself needing to use canva now for so many things I would rather use this app for because it is always giving me issues. Will there be any more updates to keep the app working well as technology advances? Are we just at a loss for all the cute packs we bought ? Is there a way to receive them via brushes or stamps files to use in photoshop since the app no longer works properly? I really miss my Rhonna Designs. Sadly at this time I can no longer suggest this app to friends or rate it 5🌟 anymore. Please do well to your following Rhonna Designs team and find a way to help the app improve and work right again. ✓ Adding textYou really don't want a review because if the nickname has been used already, then the entire text is erased. This app has no instructions whatsoever unless you take a tutorial through instagram, another app you need to download to do so, and therefore I feel a complete waste of time and money. ✓ Needs workLoved the idea of this at first. As a creative person I like any chance to decorate photos and play around with filters, composition and text. But the app itself needs work. It doesn't run smoothly and is constantly crashing. For example when playing with filters I could only click of about 2 before it crashed and wouldn't let me select any more. ✓ Don't botherThis app is a really good idea, very poorly executed. The user interface is very troublesome and takes a lot of effort to use (I am computer savvy by the way). Options are like a maze to trawl through and resizing / rotating stamps is very basic. Colour selection and menus are problematic also. It really does have the potential to be an amazing app, but needs work. However, my main problem with the app is that there is very little content available for the price of the app and anything half decent is only available through in app purchases which, at 69p per extra, you do not get great value for money on any of the in app purchases. Ignoring the poor user interface I would have thought all content would have been available when you pay for the app. 2 stars only... ✓ Lost purchasesI had been using Rhonna for years, I got on to use it and all but 1 of my purchased packs had been removed. They were in their groups on top to repurchase, and when I click the “restore lost purchase” it said I’m not missing any!!! I am missing all but one of them!!!! What the heck is going on. ✓ Lots of issues and lacks serious necessitiesI love this app and I’ve been using it for 6 years now. However, it lacks some major necessities such as the ability to save projects and the capability to hold more layers without crashing. This app crashes CONSTANTLY and has lots of weird issues. If you put yo many text boxes or layers, it crashes and will not save your project. I worked on a bigger project for a month and it would not save, just kept crashing. There weren’t even very many elects or layers in the design. It has some serious issues. I’ve contacted support SEVERAL times over the years and have yet to hear anything back. They obviously don’t have any support or customer service.
