✓ SoundsI love this game. Its my all time favorite. Very addictive! I only have one criticism. I need to turn the sounds off on my iphone. I like to plat in public, and I don’t want the sounds interfering. I can turn the sound off on my iPhone, but then I forget to turn it back on. Is there anyway you can fix it so I can turn the sounds off while I’m using it on my iPhone? Developer said to go to settings to turn sounds off. On an iPhone there isn’t a setting to toggle sounds off. Only on an iPad..Version: 6.8
✓ Hand and Foot CanastaHave been playing Hand and Foot Canasta for 25 years, not on computer obviously, and there are many versions, but this one is excellent. I play the game religiously each day and am quite addicted. I have but one complaint and that is that the person on my right, when playing to me, plays black threes or wild cards most of the time and that is frustrating. Having said that my partner and I still WIN about 90% of the time….we are good players after all..Version: 8.4
✓ Gets better all of the timeI’ve been playing this game daily for over three years. The computer used to “cheat” but doesn’t seem to very much any more. In challenge mode it is quite competitive but in high score mode it rarely makes Sambas or Bolivias, I would give it 5 stars if this was fixed. I have played this game with real cards and friends and find this a great alternative. Well worth the small purchase cost!.Version: 5.3

✓ So frustrated!There are bugs. I get so mad when it tells me I can’t go out when I’m just trying to make my discard, or when it suddenly won’t let me add cards to the melds. I’ve even had it keep the red 3’s in my hand instead of automatically pulling them. When it’s working it’s fun, but I’ve deleted and reloaded it twice from the AP Store just today. Usually I can just close the window and reopen and continue my game, but nothing is working today :-(..Version: 5.4

✓ I love this app!To me this is the best Hand and Foot app around. I didn’t think it was still in the App Store But I was not putting in the search for the correct name. I thought I had to get a new device to continue to have it. I play is game every night before bed. It keeps my mind alert and wipes away all the clutter from the day. I play this on my iPad and on my iPhone. It is alittle small to see on the phone but that is why God made “reading glasses”. 😊.Version: 7.8

✓ Great game- except for glitchesGreat game, minus a few glitches.... 1- The rules state that you can have 2 wild cards in a canasta. (3 if you turn on that option) I had one already on the table with only one wild card. It would not let me add one more if the wild card was at the bottom. This glitch has cost us times to go out. Or having to make a "dirty" book out of a "clean" book in order to get the wild cards played. (Basically, not letting you put one wild card on top of another) 2- you can not see an opponents black book on their screen. (The green screen background) There's not enough contrast. 3- A glitch that would hide a card drawn from the draw pile in my hand behind the other cards in my hand. To correct and keep playing, I would have to "pretend" to play cards in my hand by putting them up on the table until I could see the hidden card and then click on the hidden card so it would go into my hand properly. Then I could bring the cards placed on the table back into my hand. One thing we'd like to see is the ability to play more than two people via wifi or Bluetooth on a local game. We have sent an email to you and hope to see the glitches fixed soon. Other than that, we really enjoy your game..Version: 4.9

✓ Like on my iPad not on my cellI play all the time on my iPad. Something happens, I don’t know if All cheats or what, but I’ll have 2 aces for instance, and when I go to use them: POOF! I have one or none! On my cell, it makes a beeping or clicking noise that I can’t turn off. Rather than annoy people around me, I never use it. I use a different program. I’m home most of the time and near my iPad, so that’s not a big problem, but losing cards that I’m saving is an annoyance..Version: 7.8
✓ New glitchI’ve been playing this game for a couple years and really love it. But just this WEEK, a new glitch appeared playing against AI on an Ipad. If you have enough melds that it goes over to a second page, the game locks and will not allow you to swipe left to the second page. Therefore you’re not able to add to or work on any melds on the second page and cannot create any new ones. This makes the game on usable. In addition the main page goes off-center to the right and will not recenter itself. This is never happened before. Please fix..Version: 8.1
✓ Love the game despite the little nuancesBy far the best canasta game app we found, but there's a few glitches for example the discard pile is always frozen. And I learned the game with the red 3s being 500 points negative versus 100 points positive like a normal canasta. Wildcard canastas should be only laid down once all seven cards are collected in the hand but in this version you can lay them as you go. Despite the little unusual nuances, we still love playing this online version when we're not in person to play together.Version: 4.9

✓ App lost part of a meld and now wont let me go forward.I have been playing this app for quite sometime now and I enjoy it. In a multiplayer game, it lost a card on one of my melds when I was not playing and wont allow me to play to move forward. If I do undo, it only backs out what I did in that turn so I cannot correct anything. If I choose continue, it wont allow me to finish playing because there are only 2 cards in the meld and I dont have something to add to it (since it was put up several plays earlier). For some reason when I click on the game after not playing for several days, it kicks me completely out of the app and will not allow me to open the game on either my iPad or iPhone. Can you explain? ✓ Enjoyable, occasionally glitchyMy friends and I play each other in the on-line version. We do enjoy it a lot. There are a few glitches and QOL updates needed, though. Glitch: >Occasionally (infrequent, but has happened a few times), the game seems to get stuck between players and won’t let either player take a turn. No option for this glitch except to delete the game >mysterious card appears in a players hand after they already went out. I have wondered if this happens after I start my turn and then need to minimize the app to do something else (read a text, for example) before I have discarded. When I go back to the game, it restarts my turn. Wondering if that restart is some sort of hidden penalty that gets imposed when I finally go out. >QOL update: i love the banner at left that lets you play your turn after your friend makes a move, but I wish it was a bit more transparent. It covers up the most left stack of my books, and I sometimes forget which book it is or if it is clean/dirty when I am making my play. I have to say No to the “do you want to play it” banner to get it out of my way so I can see my cards. If it was semi-transparent, I could see thru it so I could complete my play and then say Yes to the banner..Version: 7.7

✓ How come?Love the game just wish the rules of the game were the same for the player as the computer playing. Case in point the computer can add to an existing meld but the player can’t. Most of the time it doesn’t work for the player. PS it just. Told me I must put my pair of J on the meld before I could proceed so when I tried it won’t take therefore I was forced to start a new game Today while playing I had 2 red and 2 Black canasta, I was holding 2 Black 3’s and a Queen I couldn’t go out because of the 2 three’s. And when I tried to throw one of the three’s on the discharge pile I would get the following error you had to error I had to add to existing canasta and rejected my discard of the first black three. These means the game will never end unless I hit start new game New problem since update: when I try and slide the game back to the main screen it goes to far left and can’t return to the game on hand. Is there a way to block the AI from seeing the cards in hand?.Version: 5.9.3

✓ MagnificentThe best app out there for HandandFoot. Super polished and works very well. Customization is pretty great but I would like to see the option to choose how many clean or dirty books it takes to go out. Rather than extreme and normal. HandandFoot seems to be a game with rules that change slightly depending on the family. We play with three clean two dirty to go out so it would be nice to adjust this, because I can just see my mom and Aunt throwing a fit about that if we try to play this in multiplayer. 😂.Version: 8.3
✓ The AI cheats on SambasThe AI cheats. It puts unrelated cards into an existing Samba and then changes their suits and values so they meld into that Samba. However, the AI apparently can’t cheat fast enough to avoid a screenshot. I have sets of screenshots of 14 separate occasions showing unrelated cards in the AI’s Samba followed immediately by a second screenshot showing those unrelated cards changed to make their suits and values meld into the existing Samba. That said, I find I still really enjoy this app. I do insist that it start a new game whenever it cheats, but since I’m always way ahead when it happens, I suspect I’m being manipulated instead of levying a penalty. ✓ Game is fun and entertainingI have be been playing this game for over 3 years and I have experienced problems as others have mentioned, but the developer has been constantly improving the app and has been very receptive to my suggestions and reports of errors. The game has become very stable and I believe the game to be a high performing game that will give you hours of enjoyment. I only play the online version where I play against real people so I don’t know how well the computer opponent version works. Playing against real people I find much more enjoyable. ✓ Love this app style and game!Sometimes you don’t want to take time to teach friends how to play this super fun yet complex game or take the time to set up for the game 😅 this app is perfect! You get to choose if you want to play the jail break version with sambas and canastas or to play the original way (I suggest the jail break version 100%) The layout is simple and easy to learn read (some say they are to small of font to read - maybe an option in the future would be to a have bigger card option?) Otherwise I how this creator continues making these games without adds every 5 minutes. I would happily buy a game from them again! (Maybe look into the game Bezique? This is really frustrating when i pick up from the discard pile and must play the three cards together. ✓ Needs improvementThere needs to be a slide right when on the game table to be able go to your next game waiting quick. Instead of going back to multiplayer online Game Center screen every time. No locking up in the current game by asking if you want to play another game. That’s so annoying! Need to add an option for the 2 black 2 red also “needing a wild card canasta before going out.” That’s the way I was taught anyway. And please have the cards also auto correct the meld when you click the hand correct order button. Harder to follow what you have when it’s out of order. ✓ Review new versionThis is a great game...however, I would really like to be able to put my cards down in order like I would in a "real" card game. When laying cards down you should be able to lay them down in order such as wilds, Aces, Kings, queens, etc. Also, you should be able to pick up the stack with a single card and a wild card for anything already on the board. In the actual card game you are not limited to the initial meld requiring a clean meld. If you only have 3 three cards and one is a wild card to make the meld it should be accepted..Version: 5.1

✓ Love this game but.....I’ve been playing this game for several years and it was great until lately...there are glitches. After finishing a turn sometimes it will not transition to the other player. You can’t play...the other player can’t play but it looks like the other player just quit responding. I contacted the creator...twice. No response. Also, even more disturbing is that the cards dealt are no longer random. With the number of games I play, It is more than just a coincidence that the cards I am dealt are exactly the cards I do not have on the board. If you go back to the main menu it reloads the game and you can fix if you’ve laid down a canasta and want to pick it back up of course if you haven’t ended your turn by discarding. Also in any canasta game you would need to have more real cards than wild cards thus you can’t put a second wild when you only have two real cards down. ✓ Best one out thereThere is no question that this is the best Hand and Foot app available right now. Me and my girlfriend love to play this app together however the biggest issue is the blue tooth connection. Since the latest update it connects and you can even accept the other player but then nothing happens, it just sits there waiting. We have four apple devices and tried different combinations on all but still can not get to actual playing. We use to play this app for hours but now we can’t play it at all. I don't agree that the game is weighted in favor of the computer because I beat it most of the time. I double checked, and I had my husband count it up too, and he came up with exactly the same thing. A lot of time, when picking up the discard pile, an extra random card gets added to your hand on the NEXT turn. There have been plenty of times that I picked up the discard and went out—the hand was over—only to find out it glitches and there’s still play because of a magical card that’s left. ✓ No notification that the other player has playedI have version 6.4! After I play and after my turn is sent, nothing happens. I get no indication that the other player has played. I have to press the “i” button, then press ‘online multiplayer,’ then see whether it is my turn. Waiting at this screen does no good. I must go back and repeat the process endlessly until it shows my turn. This is extremely annoying. How soon can you fix the problem? Until you changed to the iCloud, I didn’t have this problem. ✓ My hands are freezing!The app says it's my turn, but won't let me take a turn. I can't draw or discard. I ended up having to forfeit my last game. ✓ Keeps closing for no reasonLove this game however every 10 days or so I need to delete it and redownload the app as it keeps kicking me out. You go into it and it just shuts down.
