✓ This application does not work.It has never worked. I can input my username and pass, press enter and the screen hangs. Uninstall and re install the app, input access credentials, still hangs. ✓ Broken app! Please fix ASAP!My daughter uses this app to go to sleep to every night (she is 4) watching the read and share Bible series. That is at least she used to until you guys updated this app on November 2. Since that time she has not been able to watch any show without the app crashing on her following one show and then playing double in the background. This is super frustrating to my wife and myself as she used to go to sleep on her own rather quickly and now it’s constantly having to fidget with the app including having to close it and completely re-opened it just to get it to play right. It signs her out at the end of every show (Which for the read and share Bible episodes that are only three minutes each this becomes very frustrating). Fix this quickly and I will gladly change my rating to a five-star until then one star is the best I can do..Hespac2006Version: 2.8.2

I did go through the proper channels their support option, but never received a response back. ✓ App was fine before the latest updateThe app was working fine but just after this latest software update, it logged us out. It took me awhile to get it logged back in. Once logged in on the Apple TV device the app won’t allow proper toggling between shows and other options within the app. There is lengthy lag time from when I press a button on my remote control to when the app reacts as well. ✓ Trying to unsubscribeI have been trying to unsubscribe and there is no way to do it...no one gets back to my emails and my credit card keeps on getting charged. We like the content but found that because it is not made available for all devices, mainly our smart TV, we don’t use it at all and haven’t for a very long time as we don’t let our kids use our phones. ✓ Scam they took my moneyThis is a scam they charged my debit card when I purchased the subscription on the 9th of September that was nearly four days ago and now it’s saying I need to restore the purchase because it’s not active? So if it’s not active why was 7$ deducted from my account regardless I thought it’s a “7 day free trial” not true and I will be calling my bank first thing Monday morning to get my money back. Don’t fall for this scam!!!! And by the looks of the other critical reviews I’m not the only customer this happen to but you won’t be getting me for my money because my bank is on top of it and they will put a report in and I will get it back. ✓ Not FreeI had considered trying this program but it’s not a free trial 7days because you have to put you card number in. That means if I forget to cancel within the seven days I’m charged the amount. I really think that if your going to advertise a trial of 7 days it should be free and not pressured to make that decision right away. Cut the service off after the 7days and then the parents can decide if it was worth it to purchase for the family. ✓ It’s great but could use some tweakingI absolutely love having something that I can let my kids watch when I need them to have some down time and that we can use as part of devotion or Bible study time. However there are a couple things that could make this app better. First, the screen orientation on my ipad is only on portrait so I either have to type with the screen sideways if I want to use the keyboard or use the touch screen. Second the search always comes up with no results even when I type the name of a show that I know is available. It would be able to search a keyword and have shows or episodes pop up that contain that topic. For example we have been talking about wisdom and when I search online for shows on JellyTelly about wisdom I get a list, but when I search from that list on the app I get no results. Those things won’t keep us from continuing to use the app but they sure would make it a little easier..Hoch familyVersion: 3.0.5

✓ Can’t use; must be preexisting userI just downloaded this for the first time and when you open it there is a login page with no new user/set up option. So I entered my email and made up a password and of course it said invalid password. I clicked “forgot password” even though I was never offered a chance to register and entered my email and of course it said email not found because, again, there was never an option for new users to enter any info; just a log in screen. Either this is poor design development or it’s a private members only software program. I am very disappointed because I had to delete kids you tube (a video popped up with the title “kids meet a gender nonconforming person”) and thought this was a wonderful alternative and wished we could try it out. My daughter loves veggie tales. I don’t know how other people are able to use this. I cannot find any place to register. ✓ What is going Here!! BEWAREI, like many of you parents, were looking for a way to add a positive influence on our children while they were online. We want to introduce and have them follow the word. How sneaky is the enemy to take advantage of our children under the guise of the true word. We have all been guilty of having our children be entertained and “ Taught by technology “. After looking at some of the shows. One caught my attention as plain evil. Owlegories. If you understand the pagan origins of moloch and the sacrifices of children to him you’ll catch was been shown here.. and the professor is named “ Aleister” . Awake to what they our showing our children, question and research. As soon as I saw this show I canceled Minno.. we are commanded to teach the word to our children by scripture and example. This “ Paid” subscription is indoctrinating our children into something not of the father. Don’t take my word for it, watch a few programs and use discernment. It’s actually revolting when you watch a few shows and, as a adult and parent, you know something is not right. ✓ Worst video app everI’m so aggravated with this app that I can’t find the words, I signed up using one email and then I had to enter my debit card information but I don’t generally keep it on my IPhone so I had to load it then it said sign up completed and I attempted to login about 5 minutes later and it said no existing account, So then I canceled everything and started from scratch with a different email and debit card and I was all the way through to view shows suddenly it your session expired and kicked me out. What in the world is that about?! I wasn’t in the app more than 3-4 minutes before that happened and seriously sessions should NOT expire period!! So I attempted to log back in and it said no account found with this info. Seriously?! So I deleted the purchase from within my Apple settings and I am done with this ridiculous app!! ✓ Good but could improvementLove the idea and content of the app. Would like to be able to mark a series of shows as a favorite also rather than just each individual show. I cannot get the search to work no matter what I type in. The search doesn’t work. I would like to be able to view a list of shows also. Might be nice to see how to view them like large icons or a list. I was trying to use contact feature on the app it asks to put in password than it does nothing. Was trying to find a show “Wonder Look At God’s Story” and could not find it. We found it on Parent Cue as a new single episode each week. My daughter can’t get enough of it and will watch the same episode 2-3 times in a row. Was hoping to find the series of them on your app and had a really hard time doing so. Search didn’t work. Had to scroll through all the shows and didn’t find it. Contact feature didn’t work. The review feature did and it brought me here. Hope you guys can fix or improve this in the near future.
