✓ SluggishGreat that it actually allows an iPhone to talk to a Sony Bravia TV but performance is as slow as a 1990s modem. Photos display in a clunky slideshow with irritating muzak loop which restarts every time a new photo is loaded. Photos load slowly in real time, no option to disable the muzak. ✓ Don't even try!I tried this on April of 2016 and all of the devices in the network started acting up!! The iPhone didn't find the TV and so the connection was never established! I tried troubleshooting, but once I found out that my iPad and my TV are not responsive (without having this app or even being connected tot his app on my iPhone) I gave up. ✓ Current Build - Awful!I've been using iMediashare for over a year and its been fantastic. Then the latest update came out and it's just plain awful. Not only does it freeze, it freezes mostly on the advertisement ad that we are forced to see when opening the app. Overall performance is terrible. Someone did a rush job on this latest update. Very sluggish before it freezes. My phone is practically new not to mention I'm well versed on the iPhone. ✓ All Hype No SubstanceAccording to the website it should discover all my media, players, and network automagically. Well, I opened the app and it shows a bunch of empty folders. It knows nothing about anything on my iPad (music or videos). When I click on the network it says not connected (how do they think I download their app - duh). Arcmc is the app to buy , I have all my movies etc on a central wireless hdd and can stream using arcmc to all my computers to both led tvs samsung and do it all at the same time , yes the computers need cyber link 13 installed but it's 100 times better than this app and more. ✓ Photos only“Cannot play media” is the helpful error message shown when trying to stream any video or song from an iPhone. iTunes purchased videos are not an option. ✓ Not Worth the EffortTried using iMediaShare on my iPad to allow mirroring with a recently purchased Samsung Smart TV. After downloading and opening the iMediaShare, it appeared to be unable to recognize any Photos or Videos stored on the iPad. Upon selecting Photos or Videos from the main menu, it displays page after page of "This asset is not available" messages. There is no Help menu to speak of. Thus, it falls into my category of "DELETE AND MOVE ON". Seems to be another of those "slap together and dump online without testing apps". I then downloaded the TV Assist app which works just fine..Version: 1.0.7
