✓ Why do I have to pay to get my work email?I downloaded this app so that I could get my work email on my phone. When I got through the setup it told me there was a subscription fee required. Why am I having to pay to get my work email? It actually says that it is for business so why do individuals have to pay? Shouldn’t that be covered by the business that “owns” the email? I’m very disappointed..Version: 10.2
✓ FrustratedThis is the only app I pay to use. I need it for work and it is very frustrating. Often times it does not work. Even if I have wifi I often have to resort to data to open it and even doing that it often times does not work. I simply feel if I am paying so much to have it, it should work all the time..Version: 5.10

✓ Very poor valueEvery time you open it, it hangs to open for at least 20-45 seconds before if you are lucky finally opening. This repeated EVERY TIME you open it!!! ✓ Frustrating appWe're using Groupwise as our company communication at an airline. It's nice that I can delete emails off the server from this app. But, the communication errors and loading time are frustrating. ✓ Does the jobI am forced to use this app because my archaic workplace chooses to use groupwise. This is the only option if you want to access groupwise without using a web browser. It does the basic job of allowing you to check mail and your calendar. ✓ Yet another company jumps on the subscription model bandwagonI was very happy with your previous GW mail app. It was expensive and slow, but it was a big improvement over the Novell alternative. Now you've switched to a subscription model and the old app that I paid $10 for is no longer available for download, let alone supported. I don't mind paying another $10 for a major version update, but the subscription model makes no sense! You are providing an app, not a service. ✓ The least worst devil helping to access the worst devil...Groupwise itself is an awful interface, and I have no idea why any organization would use it, especially since there is no practical way of forwarding emails to another email address, or another mailing app. GW Mailbox allows the only easy way to access Groupwise on the smart phone. At $12 a year, however, one has to ask what kind of kickback might exist to line the pocket of Groupwise....Version: 3.0

Purchased this app when I saw the update and liked the design but couldn't justify paying the monthly/ yearly reoccurring fee when notifications aren't working. Constantly logs you out, cannot attach files to emails without first being in the app that hosts the file, cannot save emails as drafts, slow to load, cannot access email when offline. And they have the nerve to charge us for the service of using the app in addition to the cost of using the email service! Difficult to sync the email account with iOS mail app--can only receive email now, not send. Shame on my school for wasting its students' money on this poor service. I paid $4.99 for their GW Calendar App and now it stopped working (it will not even open on any IOS device) and it now looks to have been replaced by this app. I would have been fine with the app no longer working if it was free or the refunded my money...but if they are going to charge for the app they should stand behind it. So my experience with this company is they charged me ($4.99) for an app and then the app stopped working after they replaced the app with a new one that essentially does the same thing. ✓ CrashingAll this app does is crash. It crashes when you try to log in, it crashes when you try to do the "automatic" subscription which isn't automatic as I have to re-do it every month. ✓ Most expensive app/works horriblyPretty sure I pay almost 10 bucks a year for this app. It is just marginally better than logging in through safari. It's by far my most expensive app and works poorly. Almost never lets me know when I have mail. Often times will just hang for a minute or two when I'm first checking mail. It usually takes a couple tries just to get it to load. The only reason why I would ever use this app is because my company still uses the long outdated groupwise email service because they don't want to pay for outlook and won't give us the credentials to use the native email app on our phones. Save yourself the time and money and use safari to check your mail. That a company charges this much for such a poor service gives you an indication that they know who their clients are. ✓ Buggy...Details count... The App is gives error messages too often for something that requires a subscription. I'm not overly mad about the subscription because when I first started using the App years ago a subscription was required, but it does beg the question of why now? The lack of GW Import is a bother. The developer needs to consider adding the ability to swipe or click an arrow to advance to the next month. Fix the bugs, improve the calendar, and bring back the import (in that order) and this is a five star App. Fixing the bugs alone gets it to three and a half and I would possibly be ok with the subscription nonsense. ✓ Worst App EverThis is the worst app I've ever used. I'm a college student, and I use this for my school email. I paid the $9 for the year subscription because I obviously need it for every day use. Half the time it won't connect you to the mailbox, it will only display the "loading" icon. You have to have the app running in the background in order for it to send you notifications, which aside from being a huge flaw in its own right, seriously drains my phone's battery.
