✓ Confused & disappointedSubscribed in January 2014 for the 12 months but unable to download the January 2015 issue as my subscription was due to renew on the 20th of the month so I only got 11 issues not the 12! So when my subscription was due on the 20th I wasn't sure if I would get the January and February 2015 issues. All the other magazine issues I have don't do this, please look at this!! Decided to stop the auto renewal as not happy over the possibility of being short changed. Overall the magazine is lovely..AkagloriaVersion: 1.2

✓ Login issuesI’m having issues logging into the app. It accepts the email address and password, congratulates me for logging in, then after approx 5 secs it pops up with a message telling me there’s been an issue and boots me out. I then go through the login details and it does the same thing again. Has happened about 5 times. Please fix this, it’s not the only time it’s happened..ScillaMMVersion: 7.17

✓ Black screen, on my iPadI subscribed, and HAD been able to view the magazines and issues on my iPad and also on my iPhone for several months. Suddenly, this magazine will not open on my iPad, even though I can still open it on my phone. Likewise, I can open various other magazines on my iPad AS WELL AS on my iPhone. So I would be keen to hear if anyone else has found a fix for this. I have unsubscribed (now waiting for my credit to run out) and will re-subscribe to see if that fixes it. ✓ Much improved, but...This version of the app is much improved over earlier iterations, but disappointed to see that it does not support the full screen size of the iPad Pro. I'm sure it is planned for the next version of IOS, but then it will require all issues to be downloaded again, which will be impossible if your subscription has lapsed. Therefore, you will lose access to every issue you have bought. Media companies really must find a way around this loss (theft?) of content that users have paid for..@arcadeltVersion: 7.16

✓ Keeps crashingLog in then 2 seconds later it pops up asking me to login again as I’ve been logged out. Can’t even open anything as it continues to happen. ✓ Print subscriptions for digital magazineThe digital magazine does not support print subscriptions - I already subscribe, so it seems worthless. They are just replicas of the magazines, and only issues after January 2014 have additional features - for an additional cost. I will re-review this product if there is a discount for print subscribers or a package deal for print and digital - there are so many magazines that already do this, why waste your money?.GroovypantsVersion: 1.0.8

✓ Don't waste your moneyI'm really disappointed that I spent money on the electronic version instead of the paper copy of what is otherwise one of my favourite magazines. The app used to work fine, but since the latest update I can only see a page or two at a time before the app crashes closed. So frustrating that I didn't even get to read the September issue, and judging by tonight, the October one is going to be no better. ✓ Why botherThe old version was interactive and made the most of having it on the iPad. The new version might as well be the paper version. I paid to get the interactive features and now they’re gone. The claim that old purchases can just be downloaded is false - I purchased and interactive magazine and now I can’t access it, I have a pale imitation. ✓ New AppThe new app is a step backwards. The magazine access is basic, with one page just following the other, with a sharp transition between pages. If you have a break in reading and return it often reloads and you have to find your page again. Very disappointing for such a high quality magazine..--VoiceMail--Version: 5.14
