✓ Be very carefulI have not had one order arrive that there hasn't been something wrong the with clothes with the wrong size that I ordered or the wrong colour delivered or just so poor quality I was disgusted. Yes I got a refund but it doesn't change the fact that now when I look at the promo photos of their clothes I really don't trust I will be delivered what I have seen in their photos. ✓ Poor serviceI had ordered few items from this website and none of it arrived on time and neither did it match the description. 3 items arrived damaged with delayed deliveries. One of the watches I ordered didn’t even work! Waste of money! I requested a refund and cancellation of order in between due to delays in delivery yet my request was ignored! The tickets I submitted for my issues were closed without having any communication with me so I couldn’t even report the issue anymore. For one of item that arrived they asked me to return the item but the company is based in China and the delivery cost too much and they wouldn’t offer any help! This company is a con and don’t provide any relevant communication or help after you’ve ordered your item! All they did was process the transaction! They send items in damaged quality and then make a long issue about attaching photos of damaged item which won’t even upload on their website. ✓ Worst mail order company I've everDone business with. I'd placed an order with them at least a year earlier and it took about a month to arrive. But when I ordered with them again in Feb/2016, I ended up regretting it. It took until May after the first shipment disappeared and needed to be replaced. Then when it arrived, an item was missing, so it needed to be re-sent. It was amazing to experience the blinding speed the missing item arrived in after waiting so long for the rest of the order. I was so disgusted with the unbelievable amount of time it took to get my entire order that I deleted the app and decided it wasn't worth the aggravation of ordering from them again. Don't order anything from these guys that you need in a hurry and don't hold your breath...but do complain (through your order page in the app) if your order hasn't shown up a month after placing your order. ✓ Shocking customer service and deceiving delivery times.I ordered a phone case from here and selected the shipping that was 10-20 days. Still haven’t received it after this time so I get in contact and am told it could be up to 3 MONTHS! So obviously I can’t walk around with no phone case on for 3 months as I will probably end up smashing my phone so I asked customer service for a refund as I was not willing to pay for a deceiving service. The customer service employees make absolutely no effort to even listen to enquires and customer needs and keep repeating themselves that my parcel will be here in 3 months.
