✓ Outstanding!I purchased the basic intro, the acoustic, rock, piano and jazz (v.1). The potential for songs is unlimited. The drums alone on the rock session are worth the price of admission but with audio copy, the real power is being able to mix works from all the various sessions. I've built songs using chords from guitar, built a bass track and drums with rock session, added a piano part from piano session and put the whole thing in GarageBand..Version: 1.2

Easy to export progressions or grooves to a DAW, and between all the different apps for jazz, funk, or rock, there is going to be a Session Band that works for you..Version: 2.8

✓ So much funThis is as close as it gets to jamming with a real band. Choose some chords, the style and a couple of groove changes...and things just sound & feel great. So easy to just mute one of the parts (e.g.bass) if I want to drop in my own bass line. ✓ Can I give this six stars?This app, and the others in the SessionBand family, are an invaluable tool for songwriters. Right from version 1.0, this app has delivered time and time again. The revamped app suite, with its new features (I'm loving the improved tempo shift especially!) blows even its illustrious predecessors out of the water. ✓ I’ve been looking for this for yearsSo amazing. I really wanted to have some nice, easy to program drums for jamming with. That eventually led me here. Let me say that even if all you use this for is to get some drums (you can solo the drum track), it’s awesome. But this app lets you throw together a chord progression and immediately play! bass, drums, rhythm, lead all there. Plus, say you want to practice your leads. just mute it the lead channel. Same with any of the other instruments (and i play all of them). You can easily change key and style of the whole piece in seconds. You can change the quality of the chords or the drum beat just as easily. play trumpet? you can display the chord chart in Bb without affecting what the backing band plays. Want to get better at styles? you can solo one the instruments and try to mimic what they do. It’s freaking awesome. I bought rock, blues, and all the Jazz volumes. If I had see the complete bundle I would have bought that. It’s so worth it..Version: 2.0
