✓ What happens to my favorite app?I just did updates on my iPad and iTV app updated. What happened? I can’t find the calendar screen that lets me know what’s on tonight. The calendar screen showed this week yesterday etc. it was simple with circles of shows on that day and times and channels. Where did it go? The app is useless to me without it. Been using your app for years and loving it. Now I’m lost unless you can show me how to get the calendar TV watching is so hard without it. Please bring this calendar screen back. ✓ An issue with watched episodesThe app is great, however there seems to be an issue with the episodes I have watched, I would check that I have watched the episode but sometimes when I open the app again it would show up again as if I haven’t watched it, which beats the point of having the app, and sometimes the picture and name of the show would start acting weird, I would have picture and name different than when I open the list of episodes, like I would have the picture and name of “lucifer” but open it to find “the masked singer”. ✓ Rip off!!!Like others said, I had been using the app for years and had paid the full price to use the app. Been through multiple iterations with this thing. Then it was broken for a long time and couldn’t add new shows or update anything. Now the developer fixes it and immediately changes “the business model” so that I have to pay an exorbitant price to repurchase the same app I’ve already had, or join the sea of companies that won’t sell your products anymore, you just rent them for the rest of your life. This subscription crap is out of hand. Every little thing you try to use you pay for monthly now. This should be illegal after I already owned and paid for the app!! ✓ So NOT into the new version of ITVI have been using this app for years. I do not like the newest version. I can’t see my shows listed alphabetically. They are now broken out into chronological listings by date showing. No calendar to see what is coming up either. This just plain is the worst version I’ve EVER seen. I have many Bristish shows I watch that are shown over in the UK before they are here. So even though it says TBA, I prefer them listed alphabetically. That way I know exactly what shows I need to watch. Again, I reiterate, worst version EVER!!!.Version: 5.0.1

✓ Used to be greatThis app used to be great. Over the last couple of years, however, it has become useless because the synchronization is unreliable. I don’t know if the problem is with Apple and iCloud or with the developer. I suspect iCloud. But the fact remains, money is collected for a service not provided: reliably tracking TV episodes watched. Think you’ve watched an episode, checked the box to indicate that you did? No problem. For a while. Then, open the app on another iOS device and the episodes you had checked as watched or the series that you had archived … no longer. Episodes are marked as unwatched. Sometimes ALL the episodes are unwatched. Even episodes that had been checked as watched on both iOS devices. Other times, episodes of a show are duplicated. One set of those episodes is checked as watched. The other set isn’t. Huh? Each time it happens, the entire set of TV shows must be reconstructed. This problem was really bad at one point, for better, but just happened again..Version: 5.6

✓ Terrible updateThis used to be a rock steady app, but this latest update is good in theory but is actually terrible... when scrolling on an iPhone 7plus the tiles keep jumping around, like they are rearranging themselves. And you can wait a few for awhile hoping they will completely update, but no... they just keep jumping around. ✓ Completely useless for me nowI used this app constantly for years now, but as of the most recent update you’ve made it so the app is now totally useless to me. By getting rid of the calendar view in the app, and not having any other way to show what previously aired on past days, I can no longer tell what show had new episodes air, unless I check the app widget daily to see what will air, or play a guessing game in the "to watch" section of, "did the number on this title go up?". For someone like me who has very limited time during the week to watch shows, and tends to binge on her weekends, or wait for entire seasons to come out, getting rid of that feature killed the app for me. ✓ Unusable!This is by far my favorite tv show tracking app and I’ve been using it for years and years and years. It has become unusable. Buggy to a level I’ve never seen before on any app. Lost everything. All my shows. All my data. All my hard work over the years keeping my shows I watch organized perfectly. ✓ App stopped working properlyThis app used to be amazing, I relied on it completely. Recently however the shows don’t sync and the search for new shows doesn’t work at all. Most troublesome though is that it thinks some shows are yet to be announced, which are already running - for example the new Falcon and Winter Soldier show! There are shows that I’d been tracking and working my way through, which it now says are waiting to be announced and have aired no episodes yet, for example Fringe, I was mid way through season 3 but it now says there are no episodes!.Version: 5.2.1

✓ Limit reached.The updates finally got the app working again, however I’ve been informed that I’ve reached my show limit and now they want $25 in order to add more shows. ✓ Lost EVERYTHING!!What a waste of an upgrade & money. I used the backup function in the old iTV app & it brought across all my tv shows but all of my shows that had been "watched" have now been unchecked. So if I want to use this app I have to spend a LOT of time going through every show & rechecking all the episodes I've watched. I'm not going to bother doing it in the new app. Especially because every time there's an update you have to pay money for an upgrade. ✓ Great App, But...I would just like to say that I have been using this app since version 1, so I have been using it for a while and have seen features and content added over some time now and as such I feel this app has become one of the better apps of its kind. Several things that prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating that I feel I must mention. Updating the app and making your existing customers pay once again is frustrating to say the least. I understand the business model but do not agree with it. It seems the app also does not import the data from the previous version yet another reason not to upgrade if you have the previous version. So you will have to input all of your shows plus the the ones you have seen again. I have also noticed that some of the tv shows that have specials outside the normal episode list are completely missed by this app and you will need to locate and find the episode from other sources. Sadly if this continues I will be looking for an alternative to this app, although it is good, some of these frustrations have yet to be addressed 3 times now..Version: 3.1

✓ Initial happiness now disappointedI was initally very impressed with this app. I have tried numerous episode tracking apps and this was amongst the best. It has a slick UI, has lots of features, allows backups, syncs & uses multiple databases (tvdb & tvrage) which gives the most complete episode listings of any app I have ever used. However, my initial happiness with the app has now sadly began to swiftly decline. The app will randomly mark episodes as unwatched when I previously marked them as watched. It also has shows that I haven't yet watched in the 'my shows' section yet these don't appear on the 'to watch' list. Therefore while it may have a great UI etc. at the end of the day if it doesn't even function for its primary use (as an episode tracker) then unfortunately it's basically useless. I sent an email to support almost a week ago & haven't heard back. I really hope the app gets fixed because it has the potential to be the best app in this category by a long shot... ✓ Rendered useless in one fell swoopApp was originally great and then became buggy and non functioning, but to developers credit all issues were fixed eventually (after years). Now with the latest update and pretty much without warning it holds previous users to ransom, either pay a monthly subscription or you will be unable to use the app (unless you only want to track 5 or less shows). Really disappointed with the payment model. Most users would pay a small one off fee, but not nearly $30! ✓ Glad to finally see the update BUT....I was very pleased to see the recent update for iPhone. However, will the iPad version also be updated to match the iPhone version 5.1.1? Right now, the iPad version isn’t working and is useless. Giving only 3 stars because of this. Also, on the iPad, the To Be Announced section is worthless. The font is SO large it doesn’t display the show name. All I see is the two letters of the show, followed by ... then the Words TO BE ANNOUNCED. It doesn’t matter the show, it only displays first two letters. Example: Masterchef is displayed MA... TO BE ANNOUNCED. If the show has a white background or a light background image, you can barely see the check mark indicating all caught up. I preferred the previous indicator in red in the corner. It stood out more. I still love the app and have been using this app for at least 8 or 9 years. Just wish iPad version could match the new iPhone version. Or perhaps give us the ability to adjust the font and size or choose the categories we want displayed..Version: 5.1.1

The ability to add new shows is gone; all it will do is a local search when you hit the ‘plus’ button to add something new. I thought I’d try getting around the problem by adding what I wanted to my trakt.tv account, but that no longer syncs either. I even went to their website to see if I could get some help, but they no longer provide support... it said “Oops, this help center no longer exists” when I hit the help link. Thanks a lot. ✓ Bit shadyI find this version harder to use, I can't easily tell what's to watch I have to first switch screens from "my shows" to "to watch", sometimes It swipes sideways when I'm clearly scrolling down, there are no swipe actions on the "to watch" screen meaning if I want to see the previous episodes in a show I have to switch back to "my shows" find the show then swipe and click episodes. Pointless when you could just swipe on the "to watch" screen if reading this is sounding confusing then I promise you'll find the app just the same. A modal keeps asking to use trakt, which I have signed up for and enabled, I tap continue...a blank window pops up then closes. In the main list of shows/movies, I’d like the option to not show ended/to be announced/etc. It takes up space and I don’t really care if a show has ended or not. Maybe adding a date we plan to watch would be helpful? For ex, Eyes on the Prize is reairing on PBS but the app isn’t recognizing that, so I won’t get any reminders. It only sees the initial 1986 airing. Also it would be nice to add my own notes if I liked something or not. Cheers!.Version: 5.2.1

Just pay a one-time fee for a good one, or deal with the headaches of a free one. **Update** Even their website says you have to archive, not delete. It would be useful if it could show both or have the option to choose which one. Recently it has also lost my markers for episodes previously marked as watched. ✓ Crashes incessantlyI echo what everyone else has said. This app crashes all too often. I've been a long time user, but frankly the crashing issue just seems to get worse. ✓ Update on responseAfter about 3 months or what i can remember, it’s been longer i am pretty sure, of trying still not a single response to multiple attempts to talk with someone about this app not working. Episodes randomly un-check themselves (sometimes (10 at a time) which is really annoying as perhaps you cannot tell which ones you have really seen to check them off again. ✓ Lost my programsMigration from 2 to 3 was easy but about 4 days later I opened the app and all my tracked series disappeared one by one. About five minutes later they reappeared in the same fashion and then disappeared again right before my eyes! They did not return. However, lately I've been noticing that the app will say a show's season is done and move it to the "to be announced" section but the show is still on weekly. ✓ Honestly was the best app to track showsI got this app in 2014 and it has been the best and most used one on my phone Yes it’s had problems here and there but were fixed super quickly Lovely user interface and super easy to use. Now I’m being told I need to pay to continue using the app the way I’m used to. I understand they need more income but it feels a kick in the teeth that the app is now free and you need a subscription to use. We were offered a cheaper subscription for being long time users but that’s only for a year, where I initially got this app as a lifetime purchase…. ✓ Look at other options first!This app is really buggy. 4 episodes from a show that has ended keep randomly appearing in my 'to watch' category and I have to mark them as read over and over again. Sometimes the shows in my 'to watch' just disappear and are replaced by '(null)' as the title and '(null)' episodes. Ruined im using something elseEDIT: Yes but I don't think you understand what I'm saying, look at the upcoming tab, it shows what on next in order, now the favourites tab was exactly the same, so you have shows you like and can see when they air next, not have to scroll through alphabetically to find which is next EDIT: We thank you for the update, great that you brought the tabs back and the up to date item is more visible, is it possible to make it red again like the new recently aired icon you've made? Would make it like the red it was before and then it won't be so similar to the favorites icon. Also people add favourite so that it there main focus me personally would only mainly have the favourite tab opened and the rest closed but the favourite tab is still alphabetical can you make it show what coming next like before, I know there's a upcoming tab but favourite should be like that also, great work in the changes you've made based on our reviews so far, I've now rated the app 3 star instead of 1 🙂 I don't know what came to your head with this version 5 but you've ruined it for me, the fact that there was a drop down menu for favourites, to be announced etc was good helped to categorise stuff so you could archive stuff that you have watched no everything is confusing because it's part or 1 big list don't know what's what, now can't see what your up to date with since the new tick in the corner isn't prominent enough the red area before was better, the images on the main for each show was different from the ones in to watch now they are the same boring, trending, statistics and settings are basically the same, the slide to make favourite, archive, delete etc was good now it's press and hold??? Which is slower, why? Yes it all looks refreshing but why are you changing thing that don't need changing?? I don't see people complaining about the things you've changed, they complain about app crashes, things not updating, marking watched to later see its unmarked, fix the bug and customer issues, change the look but don't remove things, u telling me this whole time we've all been waiting for u to update the app all you've done is add dark mode, made it look somewhat different and removed things that's worked? Are you kidding me?? Don't get me wrong I love the app hence why I've used it this whole time but if you don't put things back to how they were and change things that actually needed changing then I'm out and I'm sure most would agree that what youve done might look refreshing but that pretty much it!! ✓ Recent updates…So I love this app. It helps me track everything I watch and is great at being updated regularly. I’m still holding out for an update that fixes my current issue. Every time I open the app I am inundated with shows that I have watched, ticked and finished. This is happening all the time. I tick them off then a few weeks later more appear and even ones I’ve ticked off before. Any help would be recommended. I’ll keep watching out for the updates..Version: 5.4.5
