✓ FantasticBeen using Opentable for 8-9 years before guest center launched. Always a fantastic service, very easy to use. Compared to less than reasonable services like Bookatable. They have constantly updated their systems and are very fast to respond to complaints..Version: 8.4.1

✓ Please bring back Arrived resos added to waitlistIn a recent update you got rid of the ability to add a reservation that has “arrived” to the waitlist. Please bring back that feature or at least make it a option that can be toggled on or off..Version: 7.0.2
✓ Notes for hostsOur restaurant uses this app for our hosts, and we think it would be incredibly useful if a feature would be implemented that hosts could leave notes. Such as where high chairs were being used or if a table is all adults/children. This feature would definitely bump our rating up to 5 stars!.Version: 9.16.16

✓ Confirmed tick doesn’t appear on the timeline viewSince last update 9.5.1, when a guest confirms their booking via mail or call the small tick sign does not appear on timeline view. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.Version: 9.5.1

✓ Finally, but...1. I can't see a way of changing a reservation date. 2. The Wait List functionality seems incomplete, and quoted times don't seem to have an impact on functionality. No estimated wait time generator. 3. I should be able to adjust user status from the user info tab. Having to switch from the user info tab to the reservation details tab during confirmation calls is cumbersome. 4. When multi-seating tables, it would be handy if a visual outline would wrap the combined tables on the floor view. Great start though. Best UI from OpenTable so far. Quite usable..Version: 1.1.1
✓ Drag and dropThe system is great! If we could get the cover count feature that the iPhones have for our iPads that would be great. Also, if we could be able to drag and drop tables to move them around on the floor plan that would be fantastic!!.Version: 6.7.0
✓ Great! But....Really enjoy using this program, but it would be even better if I was able to see the floor plan on my phone. Why? It allows to set up waiters sections before I even have to step foot inside the restaurant. This way, when it’s really busy summer time, the waiters will know beforehand what stations they all will have (especially during a busy season).Version: 7.7.1

✓ Floor planI am a hostess and a very very busy restaurant . One of the top rated in the country. Love love this system . So far my only concerns would be that if I could have access to the floor plan on my phone so I can set up the servers section before hand, assign tables or even see what tables reservations are assigned to. Also would love if some of the tags had Icons matching/fitting what it stands for . Example : “business meeting”should have a “brief case”💼 logo or “graduation”should have a graduation cap or graduate wearing a cap 🎓👨🏾🎓👩🏽🎓logo etc... over all everything else works great..Version: 8.0.0
