✓ Works as remote control. Revision.Adding an extra star as they fixed the most annoying feature of the old program. You may now select whether or now to check for updates, rather than having to wait for it to go online and check before allowing you to use the remote. I still cannot figure out how to adjust the settings of my L85 Elite from the app, as the documentation on using the app is sparse (non-existent). It is possible that this capability is not available on this particular model, but, as I say, I have no documentation to tell me whether it is or nor. The online manual accessible with the app is identical to the hard copy that comes with the robot, and does not mention the iPhone application..Version: 5.0.7

Slow, poor UX in areas, not always intuitive, with poor English (even spelling mistakes), leading to some confusion over purpose of the controls. Crashing sometimes when updating settings to robot. ✓ Overpriced GarbageThe $4,500 4.0 Elite machine doesn’t have functioning GPS. It doesn’t have functional Cloud connect. It doesn’t have functioning scheduled mowing. Other than being unable to mow along a fence line, the Ambrogio machine is no different than my $500 push mower. TOTAL JUNK..Version: 7.0.8
✓ Shocking appThis app needs to work properly with the mower given the price paid and it just doesn’t most of the time. Worked for a day after reinstalling it and all the settings and now back to the usual. This is unusable with the mower unless you are sitting on top of it..Version: 13.0.2
✓ Remote does not offer any way to interactI purchased a Lawnbott LB75DX+. Using the iOS app, I can pair the remote with the robot but the app does not present any way to interact with the robot. It only lists the model as L85 V4 Evolution 2 r28079 and has the word "Menu" below that. Update 5/22/2016: The local dealer will not support the Bluetooth module or app. Ambrogio support has not responded to requests for support. The app functionality has degraded even further. Now, the robot shows up when prompted to "Select an accessory" but the app shows an error "Connection is unsuccessful"..Version: 2.2.1

✓ AppallingI would guess that this app has been designed by someone who normally designs lawnmowers, has never ever designed an app before, but thinks it is easy. The only person that it could even remotely feel intuitive to is the designer. Almost every element of the user interface follows its own special convention from the designer’s head and certainly not something most people feel familiar with. Ambrogio, please please build a relationship with a company that can design an application properly, and an agency who can translate it into English properly - the mower itself is great, but the app makes it almost impossible to get it working as it should..Version: 12.2.4

✓ Needs workThe robot is fantastic but then app is clearly developed in-house. We had an issue with our robot on day two, we believe the software update function temporarily “bricked” our device as this morning, it was giving us no display except for a row of black rectangles along the top (L30B). Unit is now working again after mysteriously performing a software update again on it’s own but the app needs some refining and work on the process of connecting to previously paired robots..Version: 9.0.4

✓ Great machine - awful appMy Elite 4.36 has been excellent over its first 9 days of use, coping admirably with some pretty bumpy terrain. The app though is terrible. It is not very intuitive and hard to navigate. Does not even show state of charge and error messages are cryptic. GPS is not accurate and very slow to display. ✓ UselessI also have a Husqvarna mower it’s remote control through its App is superior in every way. To call the Ambrigio App a remote control is misleading as you can’t do hardly anything unless you are next to the mower and it is connected to your phone. The Husqvarna one allows you to control all functions from anywhere in the world. Ambrigio needs to lift it game with the App as the Hardware is good..Version: 13.2.2
