✓ Very effective, works greatMy bad habit was passively checking my Facebook... for a half hour at a time. Very effective to curb that. ✓ Great idea!Ok, so all of the reviews I’ve read seem to suggest that people don’t understand how this app is supposed to work. It doesn’t do anything FOR you, per se. It generates a password that you won’t likely remember. You take that password to whatever account you’re on and change it, then log out. Go back to the app and hit the “done” button so that the app will lock your password. It will ask you what time you want your password revealed. Select that and you’re good! You are now logged out of Facebook, Instagram or whatever and you can’t reveal your password until the time that you have chosen. There’s no way to override it. The next time you want to lock your account again, just generate a new password and repeat the steps. I think it’s genius!.Ajl320Version: 1.1

✓ Great When You Figure it OutWhen I first downloaded the app I was annoyed and almost deleted it immediately. I was looking for something to just lock me out of Facebook. This app does not do that. What it does is generate a password that is complicated enough you would have to memorize it. You log into Facebook (or whatever site you feel you would like to restrict your access hours) and change your password to the one provided by Self-Control. Then, within the settings of the app, you specify what hours and days of the week you can get the password. If you try and unlock the password during other times it tells you you have to wait. This has removed the temptation to even try and get on Facebook during the day for me. Works perfectly. Would work for any site that requires a password to log in..AEAnastasiVersion: 1.0.1
