✓ A good oneI manage a number of different bank accounts with a range of bankers. This is the best App of the lot in my experience. Always room for further improvement as with most things. Having the ability to authorise as 2nd signatory even though I am not a personal customer of Lloyd’s would be a major step forward..Westley ClubVersion: 15.2

✓ It works and is serviceable but...This is an ok banking app. If you’ve used others, it’s not as good as Barclays or Nationwide, but better than Halifax. You can make payments to existing payees, but can’t setup new ones. You can log in and see all your transactions per month. So, it’s all so so from here. The things bat nee improving: 1) fingerprint log in needs adding. You have to enter three chapters or numbers from your memorable information every time you open the app. So, can you quickly recall letter or number 11 of you large info, neither can I. 2) The keyboard provided to enter your password does NOT show the difference between CAPITAL and lower case letters. You password must have upper and lower letters, yet every time you make a payment, your return left guessing if you got it right. 2.1) Also the password field will not allow copy and paste. I had to drastically simplify my password because of these two points..Lovol2Version: 19.0

✗ Keeps asking to set up app every couple of daysLast couple of weeks have been a pain since the app has forgotten my account details. I’ve had to register my account twice now in the last couple of days only for it to be lost again. To be fair the app has been great until this has started happening. Note that your contact app support link just takes you to a page to download the app again which is kinda pointless! ✗ Frustrated Business Customer!I have private bank accounts with Halifax & Lloyds, and business banking is done with Lloyds. It’s really frustrating that the Lloyds business banking App is much poorer than the App’s for private Lloyds/Halifax customers. (The App’s for private customers are practically identical.) Examples of where the Lloyds business app fails as follows:- * No Face ID or Fingerprint ID * No upgraded for screen size for iPhone X * Cannot set up new Payment Recipients (Only done online via Web Page).Flute3261Version: 19.0
