✓ Never againI let my subscription go but then wanted the fantasy baseball extra issue. App said that I needed to subscribe to “unlock” it - I did and I still can’t read it. It is unbelievable in this day and age that they can’t get this to translate online..Version: 13.0
✓ Cannot log into new appSince they updated my app I cannot log in to get the current editions. I was instructed to go to the right bottom of the app and tap on current subscriber, that DOES NOT excise on my “new app”, I sent another message with this information, I have received no feedback in days, this is totally unacceptable. ✓ Bad AppI have already deleted the app, because I have an active USA today account, and I logged into that USA today easily. But then when I go to USA to do sports weekly it says I did not have an account and I have to reset my password just to use this app to read the freaking sports newspaper. So I go to the USA Today happen I do reset my password it says I was successful so then I go back to the sports weekly app, and it still says that it does not work because I have done something wrong. So it is too much work it is toToo hard to work with, so I have already deleted it, and when my subscription to USA today weekly is up, I will not renew,.Version: 13.0

✓ APP simply DOES not function!This app has continued to get worse over time and I got charged again with an auto renewal. I want my money back for the two NFL seasons that I attempted to use the APP for. The developers blame USA Today. USA Today customer service blames iTunes. iTunes can cancel your subscription but they can’t fix the issues not showing up. Everyone passes the buck. It’s been well said by other raters here before — issues are always late, some never show, the updated app deleted all 2019 issues (nice!), and it goes on & on. Too bad because I enjoy the publication to read on my iPad when it’s delivered in timely fashion but unfortunately that’s a rare occasion..Version: 13.0

✓ Doesn’t send issues in a timely mannerThis app stinks. I am a subscriber to USA Today Sports Weekly and the digital version is supposed to be available every Wednesday. It is May 26 and the last issue available is May 8. Before that issue arrived, along with several others, I had no received an issue in a timely manner for nearly two months. Tech support is also very slow and they have told me the digital publisher of the app is totally separate from them which is a joke and proves there is no quality control. I will be deleting this app and I suggest no one wastes their valuable time with this junk app..Version: 14.0
✓ Piece of JunkI am a print subscriber, have access to this app for free, and it’s still not worth the time and effort. This publication has gone downhill ever since they did away with the all baseball format. With spotty home delivery, I frequently do not receive my print edition. It got so bad years ago, I canceled. When they included free app access with a print subscription, I thought at least I could still read it when I did not get my print. Well, to my dismay, they even screw up electronic issues. I could almost accept incompetence in missing print deliveries, but delays and missed issues in electronic format? Seriously? Only a hack, sub-par, bonehead, and incompetent company can pull that off. As others have said, save your money and look elsewhere for your sports info. These guys just can’t deliver no matter what format. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.Version: 8.4
✓ Avoid at all costsI subscribed in February and the magazine has been up to date once. They are currently a month behind. Then they will upload 3-4 magazines at a time, in case you wanted to read previews of things that happened weeks ago. I asked Apple for a refund and they denied it, a complete ripoff. I have an active subscription but this app tells me that my subscription has expired even though I continue to get the physical newspaper delivered to my house and I’m able to get the E edition on my laptop in my web browser. ✓ USA Today Sports Weekly ReviewI have always liked the content of the magazine. There are, however, major problems since MAZ became the provider. While the provider has answered requests for help, I have still been unable to access content without deleting the app and re installing the download of the app for each new issue. This is such a time consuming and irritating issue that I shall not renew the product once my current subscription expires.
