✓ Overall a good experienceOverall, I find my experience with this Sudoku app to be pleasant. The backgrounds are nice and the gameplay is smooth. There are a few adds, but they are not intrusive or prolific like the adds on other game apps. On a few occasions, the app randomly closes, which can be odd, but it still saves the game, so I can pick up where I left off. You have a few options concerning how notes work (so you can mark potential numbers for a particular square), how the game will indicate mistakes, and other such options. I found it easy to negotiate and chose my options and settings. The game automatically tells you about wrong answers. I think this can encourage guessing, but at the same time means if you do make a mistake, you do Not find yourself in the position of needing to back track or start over. One of the options is to track your mistakes, which may be helpful for those who are serious about playing accurately. For those who wish to merely play and have some fun, you don’t need to worry about the frustration of mistakes meaning you have to backtrack. Overall, I’ve enjoyed it, despite the few issues..Version: 2.3.1

✓ My favorite sudoku appI like the multiple difficulty levels. I like the wallpaper options. I even find the one bug that it has always had gives me an extra challenge. Except for the number nine, it clears the available numbers from the selection board once all nine have been entered. But if you enter the last nine and still have a nine entered as a note in one of the boxes you can’t delete. So I have to be careful when I am working with 9. However, the latest update introduced a new problem. It keeps closing down, sometimes several times in a row. It saves the work, but it is distracting..Version: 2.3.1

✓ SudokuThey have the challenge levels categorized very well. When you click onto a puzzle number, for example: if you press a 2 on the puzzle all the two's light up. This shows any twos still needed. Maybe one thing that is needed is a pause button. You may have to do something or answer the phone and the only way to stop the game is by closing the app. Another thing would be to have the same puzzle be accessible again. To my amazement I found this app only to discover that you use MY method with this wonderful app, allows each correct letter placed, automatically deletes all the possibilities that have to be deleated , and I cannot make an error by forgetting to deleat one or two all the possibles of that particular letter off their positions on the game and thus eliminate the possibility of my winning the game. But... the most recent update, to v4.1, has made the appearance unworkable for me. I need to tone down everything on screen in all apps, reducing contrast and eye candy as much as possible. This app used to have a very clean subtle interface but now it has thick dark lines around each box, which makes the white areas brighter in contrast, and the numbers are suddenly too large. Final straw… it’s almost impossible to see the highlights on numbers. I downloaded the app in Nov 2015, and have done thousands of puzzles in those 8 years, but unfortunately it is now unusable for me..Version: 4.1

The problem I have with it is that if you put an incorrect answer, it disappears, ruining the logic of the game. If you put in an incorrect number, it should stay there until you realized it’s wrong. I see how it could be beneficial to people who don’t want a hard puzzle, but that’s what Easy mode is for. Logically, if an incorrect number disappears, the player could keep hitting numbers until one doesn’t. I like the app otherwise, but this feature is a major issue..Version: 2.2

I learned that if you chose a number and highlighted it and you did not remember that highlighted cell, the number you chose would go into that highlighted cell. ✓ A real challengeI enjoy this puzzle very much. Recently I tried the Hard level and was able to complete several puzzles with only a few misses each. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the sudden appearance of pop up puzzles that I was not interested in and were difficult to exit from. I suppose and thought they were advertising for other games then a new window message appeared asking if I wanted my previous purchase restored. ✓ Challenging puzzlesI’ve been playing this app nightly for two years or more, love both the hard and expert levels for being challenging and interesting. The note function and row completion indicator all work well. Only issue is with the ads which are very repetitive and hard to get out of. But if you finish the puzzle in one sitting without exiting, you don’t get the ads. They only pop up when you exit without finishing a puzzle..Version: 5.0

✓ This is the most rewarding Sudoku app!OK: I have obsessed about Sudoku puzzles in newspapers while traveling all over the world during the last 10 years. Somehow, they have kept me connected to home. I was grateful for them. & SOMEHOW this little app is PERFECT. I find that the medium puzzles are easy and doable.
