✓ Hard to see Highlighted NumbersI’ve enjoyed this app for years until the recent update. When tapping on a number on the board, all those same numbers used to light up so you could see them all. Now they are dimly lit up so my eyes are strained while playing. I’ve installed another Sudoko app that’s easier on the eyes but will come back to this one if they ever go back to how it was or improve the lighting..Version: 4.1

✓ It's a good app.Beautiful background photos, nice, clean looking interface. Does everything a sudoku app needs to do. Pretty sure my times would be a bit better if the interface's animation was a bit less laggy, but it's a small complaint. This app gets the job done..Version: 2.0
✓ It was better before the recent update!The “draft” numbers are now VERY small (as opposed to just “small” and the contrast seems less. I’m having more trouble seeing when a number is highlighted. Since I’m of the target market that is using Sudoku to keep my faculties sharp, don’t you think you should ENCOURAGE my play, rather than DISCOURAGE it? Once I realized the new issues, I even tried to find a different app for Sudoku, that’s how negatively I was affected! Update Dash it appears that the contrast and lines appear more visible. And, it is quit counting my mistakes., Which I appreciate since I had turned that function off. However, the draft numbers are still pretty tiny..Version: 4.2
✓ Very annoying changeI have been playing this game for several years now but recently the system freezes after a few minutes and won’t allow me to enter numbers in squares. The only way out of this is to shut the game down..Version: 2.2
✓ Almost GreatI would love this app, and bye it (remove ads), if it weren't for a few things that really annoy me. The first thing is the notes and normal number bar not being separate and on screen at the same time, instead you have to switch between one or the other. Second is not being able to put the wrong number in and a number disappearing from the bar when said number can't be used any more (these features/mechanics should be optional in the settings because there some what cheat-ish). Lastly you can only play/save one game at a time..Version: 2.0

✓ I love it, but could be betterI love this sudoku puzzle app! It totally beats those boring activity books! Plus, you can take notes!!! That may sound like, “wow. It’s in all sudoku puzzle games.” Yes, it may be. But I am only used to having to write it down then erase it again and again! Here, I can take notes!!! Also, I love how you can pick the difficulties off the puzzle, unlike books, and other games. Those were the goods of this app, but now the bads... This game is constantly giving me adds, it annoys me a lot! But it’s not the worst thing. Another thing, this game is giving pop ups constantly... no, MORE then constantly! Every time I look at the screen, there’s a pop up at the bottom! And when I am trying to figure out the puzzle, I accidentally click on the pop up, and I’m on a whole different web site!.Version: 2.2
✓ Warning: Displays Actually Disgusting AdsThis game, like many others, generates revenue for its devs by displaying ads. And in general, I don’t have a problem with that. But today on my iPad they showed me a full screen ad of actual crusty feet as an advert for “Senior Nail Clippers.” I literally got sick to my stomach. What’s next, ads showing how much crap an adult diaper holds? Immediately deleted the app. There are those who will argue that the ads served by an ad supplier is beyond the control of the devs. Nope. They selected the provider. They are responsible for what is shown while in their app. And in spite of the fact that I’ve played their game for probably 10 games a day for the last four weeks, and allowed them to get ad revenue from probably 280 ads, they won’t get another ad view from me. Crusty feet! Literally gross gnarly toe nails with dried up white flakey skin! Are you kidding me?.Version: 4.1

✓ Update problemsRecent update means that some setting selections do not register. I can no longer get ‘number of guesses’ to appear at the end of each game despite selecting this option. Settings reverts to deselecting this choice every time..Version: 2.2

✓ Great for beginners, gets tedious fastIt’s a great game if you’re learning to play, however once you start binging the expert puzzles, you realize they all have similar formats and number correlations. For instance, once you complete a puzzle and start a new one, there will be a set of two numbers in the same position in the same location as the previous puzzle. I’ve had games where I can completely guess where a number will go based on where it was the last game. The game can be challenging, but can also get tedious after a while. P.S. has anyone else completed an expert puzzle in less than 5 minutes?.Version: 2.1
✓ Was perfect, now looks clunkyI love this sudoku game and play it every day. The backgrounds are beautiful and the controls are intuitive. However, the most recent update included a change in the font and size of the numbers as well as making the bold even bolder. It destroyed the legendary design and now it’s just clunky and distracting. Please add an option in settings to control font size and the “bold when matched” feature so that those of us who don’t need assistive large fonts can enjoy the beauty this app was originally designed with..Version: 4.1
✓ Was once my go-to sudokuI like this game (and this particular app as well). the gameplay is straightforward and there aren’t any unnecessary animations or distractions. it is very similar to solving a sudoku in a puzzle book (pencil & paper style), which i really appreciate. there are different accolades or awards you can strive for (win streak, consecutive days played, etc.) but they are not necessary to accomplish. the only reason i rate them a 2 instead of a 5 is because they have started implementing an ad during gameplay which automatically redirects you to some scam website. i understand that it is a free app and it needs income to operate, but a popup ad that automatically redirects you to a scam website is inexcusable. there are many other sudoku apps that DO NOT do this. i uninstalled this one and DLed a different one.Version: 4.3
✓ Rubbish after the updateHad to delete the game since the update. Used to play while listening to music, the constant ads now interrupt the music and then when trying to restart ads keep loading. This is now ruined and unusable..Version: 2.0.3

✓ Game is nice, App could be betterI LOVE playing sudoku, and complete at least 3 games per day. I’ve always loved the functionality of this app and its aesthetic. The only two reasons I gave it 3/5 stars is because if you click anywhere else or open up a different window for a brief moment, you get attacked with a pop-up ad. I’m all for viewing the occasional ad to keep things free, but I wish the ads would be toned down just a little bit. The second and most significant reason for the 3/5 is that the app kills any and all music/podcast/sound you may be listening to outside of the app. It simply won’t allow you and your device will immediately go silent as soon as you open a game. Overall I would recommend this app for sudoku, just be aware of these two things..Version: 2.1
✓ Too EasyI wanted to replace one of sudoku apps that isn’t compatible with iOS 12. This one had good reviews and looked pretty good. I tried one puzzle at medium. I was done in less than 10 mins and hardly needed to use notes. In both the other one, medium is much more challenging. Also, when switching between notes and regular numbers, the numbers themselves look exactly the same. It would be better if there was some visual difference on the numbers themselves..Version: 2.1
