✗ Worst app I’ve downloadedJust connect is completely unreliable. 95% of booked video meetings have not worked. Given just connect took the contract for nsw corrections meaning they are responsible for all the video visits for family and friends with inmates across nsw correctional facilities. This app hasn’t been working for over a month and nothing has been done to rectify the problem. There is zero support help and poor communication. If you’re looking for a reliable app for video meetings this is not the one..GlSlaterVersion: 11.2.4
