✓ Lack of supportThis app works quite well except for two serious issues. The first and biggest issue it’s that the keyboard covers the text you are typing when you make an entry, so you are typing blind. The second issue is that the filters do not work when you are selecting entries for an invoice, so you have to go through an ever increasing list of entries. ✓ Good. Could be great.I've been using this app for many months now, and find it quite satisfactory. However, I've been using it on the iPad (had an older iPhone), and find slight problems in field rendering. Annoying. Now that I have a newer iPhone I find that it would be great to be able to sync across iOS devices via iCloud, and have a native iPad version. ✓ I remember it being betterI had success with this app at first, but now it disappoints me. I create a new project, punch in... but it seems that if the phone goes to sleep, the time doesn't register. I come back to the app an hour or two later, and nothing's been saved. ✓ Good but needs some featuresUsing on iPad not iPhone so a tad more difficult to use.. Definitely needs a way to share besides stock email, which I do not use so no way to send invoices...or view them for that matter. Without invoice capability app is good but not great for me, also have issue with all projects defaulting to open instead of collapsed, lots of scrolling and searching. ✓ Needs allot of improvementsNo way to hide or not show paid invoices with out deleting all the information. No way to add so charge hours, sometimes I work on a project & I need the client to see I did it but I might not want to charge them but you can't do it south out adding a new client and then it's not on the same invoice. No way to add different fees for different projects only by clients. Some projects I charge less then others for the same client. ✓ I want to love it but...There's no way to import fields from contacts. After playing with the app a few minutes I realized that every single client I have goes into my contacts app first. I don't see myself entering clients info into this app before anything else. ✓ Could be goodMight be good, but needs attention to make it useable. Sorely needs the ability to draw contact information from the iPhone contacts. No one wants to have to enter all that information for every client into this app by hand, especially when all that contact info is already on the phone. Just import from iphone contacts please. Also needs the ability to preview the invoice in the app without having to email or print it. Presently you'd have to email it to yourself, open it there, check it, and then return to the app if it requires any editing. Hopefully updates will add these essential features. As it stands, unfortunately its just not useable (unless perhaps you only need to do one or two single invoices, otherwise just too much work). ✓ Terrible fiddley tediousNo autocomplete except user shortcuts. No back/next navigation in text fields; you have to select a text field, type fully with no spellcheck; click Done, which does not auto advance so you have to scroll to select the next field. No access to contacts so you have to switch back and forth between apps unless you have every field memorized. Bad rubber band action not only hides text fields at the bottom, but makes them difficult to select; e.g. The notes field in projects is nearly impossible to see let alone click on. Very diddly fiddley, tedious and too time consuming to use. You'd have to bill a new client a minimum of 15 minutes just to add them, and another 30 to enter multiple items and tasks as a contractor. ✓ Has potential - needs some obvious featuresHi Just downloaded this and am still familiarizing myself with the app. Already seeing where this won't work for me. Some simple adds would help. I have a major client where i do some work by the hour and some work on a flat rate/unit basis. Further some jobs are billed at different hourly rates. I want to be able to put all of this on one invoice but that does not appear possible with this app. There needs to be much more flexibility about how to enter time and different rates within a client including flat rate jobs. Also the time clock feature may well be useful but I would prefer to enter a specific number of hours rather than track literal time. I might work four hours on a project but this could be spread over 8 or more hours in a day. It is not necessary to track by the second - too much of a nuisance. I also can't see where I tell the app the tax rate I need to apply. I live in canada and need to apply GST or HST depending on where I do the work. As it goes the app does not seem very sensitive to geography. Maybe it is there - I just have not found it yet Please continue to develop this app - it has promise - but I won't likely use it as is.Ross9999999999Version: 1.03
