All the others were no challenge at all because I would put a number down in a spot that it even looked like it could belong, and if it wasn’t right it wouldn’t even let me. ✓ Easy Play - I Love SudokuThe best thing about this app is that there is an immediate option to mute volume! One thing I struggle with, is understanding win versus loss. It’ll show a winning streak, but that winning streak gets messed up with the pop up ads. Sometimes I end up closing out a game instead of an ad and it counts as a loss. That part is frustrating, but the numbers are clear, the images easy to see, the background a great color. My old eyes like this game board. Thank you!.Version: 2.3

✓ Lots of changes, pretty good game nowMANY (maybe all) of the issues I read about in these reviews before trying the game have been corrected by settings to leave things as is or do the opposite. For example you can turn off the “Disable invalid note buttons” so no more filtering of just the valid numbers for the selected cell. Some of the settings are worded awkwardly but that’s because they retained the existing functionality, which overall is the norm. Also, during games the ads appear in their own designated space and not full screen so they don’t interrupt the game. And I absolutely LOVE that I can access older Daily Challenge games so no sweat if I miss a day. I’d like to see a Pause and a Restart button. Having the numbers in 2 rows is a bit awkward for me; I’d prefer all in one row so 5 and 6 are right next to each other. They really should offer an option to pay some small amount for no ads. Now that the issues have been resolved, users would pay a few bucks for that..Version: 3.12
✓ Simple addictiveI quite like it but it is simple & addictive. The ‘Expert’ grade never gets more difficult than triples & takes me far less than 30mins per game even with ‘notes’ switched off. The ‘Easy’, ‘Medium’ & ‘Hard’ can almost be done blindfolded. The downside is it is just a vehicle for game & gambling advertising. When starting a new game a 30 second (occasionally a little shorter) advert appears, YES 30s, you cannot skip the add until the 30s has counted down. But the clock on your new game starts running when the add appears so by the time you start it there is already 30s on the timer. Its not for serious players but ok to pass some time..Version: 3.12

One particular ad really worried me - it showed a patently rubbish circuit with a lightbulb connected to the mains, and EXPOSED CONNECTIONS TO THE LIVE WIRE. ✓ Splendid but buggyThe execution of this game is good but with some glaring flaws. I like the subtle coloring scheme, the Notes function, and a lot of the optional helps. That said, the interaction with the ads is abysmal. Fine, show me ads before and after - but not during - a game. I start an Easy game to try to get the under 3 minute achievement and up pops an ad for Final Fantasy that I can't exit from for 10 seconds - and the game clock keeps ticking. What idiot thought of that? Otherwise not bad, but if you are ubercompetitive, find another Sudoku app..Version: 3.0

The daily challenge against the clock used to start when you did.
