✓ Don’t waste your timeThis app is total garbage. Being a Passagemaker magazine subscriber for decades, this App will stop working every now and then. When contact the App support, all they are interested in getting your magazine receipt from probably a year or more ago. They should learn what customer service is and work with the magazine to solve the problem. At the end of the day, this app doesn’t work, it’s deleted..Version: 6.0.0
✓ No account managementA really crappy app for a magazine that I like. App has no account management tab to use, I have ended up with multiple auto renew subscriptions via iTunes with no way to fix other than by emailing the magazine……and wait, and wait, and wait for a response..Version: 4.1.0
✓ GarbageI have several years worth of issues. I have had to reinstall the app and re-download all of them three times. Now, all the older issues are scrambled up and I can’t read any of them. ✓ Not working yetHard to tell what the developers and the magazine are thinking. You can't download the issue that is displayed online. If you have the old app and a full year's subscription, they can't figure out how to get you the new issue with the new app. They blame apple. Amateur hour. ✓ 1 Day Per Year to Cancel Renewal???Why do they only give you one day per year to cancel the annual subscription renewal? Sounds like they are afraid of losing subscribers so they have to make it difficult to leave. What if you are busy or don’t have access to the internet that single day and can’t unsubscribe? ✓ Not worth the effortTried PMM App in 2014 and again tried free. Issue in Dec. 14. Painfully slow. After wasting hours over the past several weeks (never did see more than the cover for Dec 2016). Quite difficult to cancel the subscription (in-App purchase) through ITunes. Buy the analog magazine - save yourself time and frustration..Version: 5.0.8

✓ Confused and frustratedPMM has migrated through too many delivery mechanisms. It was an app, then a download, then a newsstand, now an app again - I think. The frustration with it all seems never ending. All I want to do is read the rag. I really wish they'd use a commercial delivery vehicle like Zinio which works beautifully and just stick to content creation..Version: 4.0.1
