✗ I wish there is a lower credit than one starThe food was always the best, but this app should be considered the worst cause it’s a delivery app not a restaurant app. There was no customer service at all, unless you were using it on “day time”. If there was something wrong with the food or driver, you cannot find the customer service to help you. ✗ Delivery time not reliableI just used this app for the 1st time, and it showed delivery time to be around 50-60mins. It’s been almost 90 mins since I placed my order and i still haven’t received it. And the restaurant I ordered from is only 2.5 miles from my place!
