The graphics, the storyline, the puzzles are all so richly entertaining and rewarding. You cheer along with the posse as you save the tree from the scourge. I write this with a tinge of sadness; I have played this on-and-off since January and I finally finished, wanting to take each step on its own. And now I am done...and I am sad. That being said, on a small iPhone, trying to pass the worm star maze is almost impossible. Please consider some sort of help for people trying to drag a tiny star with their finger through a maze they can't even see (fingers not being transparent and all). ✓ CrashingRight off before playing the game I will give this tip to people suffering crashes. Always have at least the same amount of memory as the size of the app you are trying to run. I like to keep a Gb free. I have to remember that besides running and graphics memory, apps need scratch memory (where they work stuff out in the background). All this memory is what I see in the free memory of my ipad 2. There is no secret or other memory. If I keep a large block free I have no problems. In fact never have. I keep telling my 3 kids the same. "Delete those "old" games kids!" I'll get them to rate this and adjust the stars later but if it's as good as or better than Machinarium it will stay 5 stars..Version: 1.0.3

Amanita seems to get that with Machinarium and Samorost. The challenges are pretty intuitive in what you need to do, although some walkthrough help was needed to see just how to do. However, since the solutions to the puzzles are identical every time, replay value is limited (unless you're obsessing about collecting all the creature cards). However, you can keep exploring the beauty of the environment without it ever getting old. ✓ Excellent, with a glitchIt’s a gorgeous game. The visuals and music are sumptuous, a true delight. The comedic moments and the personality behind the protagonists made me smile and laugh out loud! I was annoyed by one glitch when an arrow did not appear, so I had to reboot the game, and an ending puzzle that was finicky (seemed glitchy but it turns out you need a lot of precision), but overall this was wonderful. ✓ An amazing and beautiful gameI loved it. A fantastic game with puzzles of just the right challenge. The natural organic nature of the layout is a breath of fresh air, stunning and original but also mind bending to navigate. I had to force myself away the night I started playing it. Now my 8 year old is hooked. I love how there are no words. A bit easier than machinarium but more fun and much faster to play. The sound is exceptional. ✓ Barmy but brilliantThis game is absolutely bonkers from the characters to the story to the music. It is also a work of genius. How the developers came up with the worldscape, the storyline, characters and puzzles is difficult to understand. As with Machinarium, the game is beautifully put together and plays wonderfully well. I am not going to describe the game to you as there really aren't any ways to describe it and do it justice. Do yourself a favour and download it. As one reviewer said, there aren't any major instructions but just go with the game and it really becomes a joy. One minor issue is that my game stopped working at level fourish. I have reloaded it so will see what happens. I have lost all my progress but, with a game as good as this, I don't mind starting again one bit! Download, marvel and enjoy. Worth every single penny. To update: started again from the beginning and game worked perfectly. Now finished it and played it again. As I said, download, marvel and enjoy..Version: 1.0.3
