There is one iOS related bug and that deals with the app not rotating at all. It usually will auto rotate to landscape mode. I found by not clicking on the remember checkbox it helped. However, sometimes that initial window does not appear and you’re stuck with a portrait view. So the mapped button icons will not work. You will have to wait till tomorrow to play. Short phases lasting anywhere from 1 month to a year at a time- I’ll be playing a game constantly. Spending more of my free time playing it than doing anything else. But whenever I’d get mad at the game or bored with it or needed a break from it, I ALWAYS fell back on my good ol’ TD Infinite. As of lately ( >6 months ), I’ve been on TD Infinite as my primary rather than my fallback. I just suddenly became determined to complete all the achievements (still working on it. Got like 3 or 4 left!) as well as keep up with the daily missions as an extra little challenge every day. One of the incomplete achievements I have is to do all the campaign levels on hard. I’m so close. And that was one of my ultimate goals I’ve set for myself with the game anyway. I’ll get there. And most importantly: I’ve NEVER spent a dime on this game! I feel like that would be cheating. You can easily get up the resources you would like to use by playing the game. Each tower feels unique and vital in defeating specific enemies. The gameplay also changes from mission to mission. So mission require you stay alive for a certain amount of time, while others are objectives based off of the map ,and still some are the standard td wave style. The game also has a great story that made me want to keep playing. The images paint a picture of a far alien planet ,and I started to feel as if I was actually there fighting. The one problem of the game is it’s obscene difficulty. Sometimes the levels feel impossible. No new towers, no new ways to power up your towers, no updates even. Through campaign mode, the enemies get stronger and stronger, but the only thing to balance that is purchasing gems for power ups. So if you aren’t loaded with cash or you’re not an absolute genius when it comes to TD strategy, then good luck getting very far. ✓ Great game a bit hard thoThe game is great for the most part until you unlock the turret that does increased damage overtime then the levels are pretty much impossible you need faster attack speed upgrades in order to beat them and that’s expensive it could use a difficulty decrease or a decrease in booster prices. I decided to add to my review I just beat the campaign still could have used a difficulty decrease but honestly the developers could do quite well making another game similar to this the only reason I changed my mind was because there was an update making it easier to get gold from infinite and challenges modes which made it easier to get the boosters to beat the campaign.W,e,dVersion: 1.2.2

In fact, you don’t need to to even buy them. By playing the other game modes, you can grind out the resources needed. It’s not too challenging of a game, but it does make you think a little. The fact that’s it’s a free game as well boosts it’s rating in my opinion. Great quality, no cost. I honestly recommend buying a pack of resources just solely to support the devs, because we need more developers who make games like this. Only issues: the recharge mechanic is a bit annoying. But I never found it too problematic. The slow tower is severely under powered and useless. It should act as an AOE attack, unless the player targets an enemy, in which it will double the slowness at the cost of the AOE. One more suggestion: The rockets and flame towers also should be able to hit more than one enemy. The campaign levels are challenging and fun, the towers are nuanced, the economy well scaled. However the overall app design and user experience leaves allot to be desired. The app opens slowly, black screen with an awkward browser based ‘news’ splash page usually at the wrong orientation (iPhone 11 pro). The mode select menu buttons are awkward to press as the hit boxes don’t correspond to most of the label. Selecting towers for a level it’s impossible to scroll the tower list without deselecting a tower. In-game pet peeve - accidentally selling a selected tower when trying to select a tower underneath because the sell button is down on the radial. Or the radial icons being in the wrong places on towers at the edge of the map. I haven’t yet determined whether it’s necessary to to spend gold etc for power ups to clear the hard stages but I suspect it is. It all adds up to a great tower defence game, but irritating flaws.
