✓ Poor quality data and listing accuracyStandard app for accessing CRE listings. Listing filter information is inaccurate - I.e. searched price vs actual vendor price, yield filter, price per m2. You waste a lot of time requesting information from estate agents. Favourites / shortlisted property list doesn’t work - doesn’t save your short listed properties. ✓ Bunch of fake unavailable listingsAt least 40% of enquiries I’ve sent are not actually available properties. The agent does a deceptive bait and switch saying it’s not available but they’ve got other places. I point to another of their listings and that’s also not available. What they have available is not listed at all and much more than the properties they’ve listed in the same building. This whole site is a scam.Version: 4.0.9
