Express Plus Centrelink for Negative User Reviews

Useless, waste of timeThere has been an investigation on my account while I was overseas and I tried contacting Centrelink about it through the app. Apparently I owe Centrelink $2000 but I disputed it via an online form as I was unable to call. I sent multiple forms yet no one replied, and now they are deducting the $2000 from my fortnightly pay. I am really disappointed with the lack of efficiency with the whole Centrelink system. I had applied for rent assistance yet no one contacted me regarding the approval, so I have not been paid. In fact, Centrelink owes me more than $2000 but there is absolutely no way to contact them. I wait 2 hours in line at my local Centrelink and they say they will look into it - 6 months later still no response. Please fix this poor system. Hire less degenerates please. I’ve completely given up on this..Version: 3.22.1

Convenient but deceptiveI managed to get my whole claim processed through this app. Awesome! Everyone who’s been through the centrelink machine knows how tedious and frustrating it is, this app definitely helped with the hour long waits and inconsistent help that you get in office. My biggest gripe however is the lack of information and notification I receive. Every week I’m supposed to make a financial report, which is understandable, however the app doesn’t notify me when I’m supposed to make it. It would be understandable if it was the same day every week but instead my payments areconstantly pushed forward and my report date is also. This makes it near impossible to keep track of my payments which in turn leaves me broke for fuel for interviews, food, phone and rent payments. I have all notifications on for this app PLEASE add a report and task notifier so I don’t miss payments and so I can not be constantly stressed over late fees..Version: 3.18.1

Unable to update income estimateI have not ever had an issue with updating my yearly income estimate on the app, until this year. I keep getting the same message when I am trying to save my changes, telling me I need to include all taxable income I expect to receive this financial year including etc etc. This is the first time I’ve ever had this problem. I’ve tried updating my estimate on the actual website too, but get the same message. I hope this gets fixed within the next week..Version: 4.5.0

App is super buggy and poorly codedThis temperamental app needs to be restarted multiple times; displays weird messages about updating to a new version when using the latest version; sporadically decides it cannot display anything. Quite poor but does sometimes work, which is always ideal. A lot of random error messages, and flashing white screens! After not using if for a while and you try to log in, it returns ‘session expired’, so you try again... it usually then works, but you shouldn’t have this recurring daily. Perhaps if Services Australia actually invested in better app development this would not be an issue..Version: 3.28.0

Keeps crashingIt keeps crashing when trying to look at money owing. The app needs an update..Version: 1.3.2

Your kidding right?!!!!!!This app??? hasn’t even allowed me to login for nearly a year so when I tried again months later I almost fell over when I not only logged in, but found the app to be nearly fully accessible. I was so shocked that I literally told my blind friends. I convinced people that the app was actually working well. Today I got a text message saying I had to update the app so I could login. Guess what, brand new phone and updated app and now I can’t login again. Any time anything works for Centrelink just give them time. They will break it again Well done being the most useless investment of tax dollars app developers. You are too apps what robo debt collection is to ethical accountancy. So utterly pathetic I laugh so I don’t cry.Version: 3.5.1

App was fine, then they “updated”.Going from running well and being easy to report, now reporting takes three times as long, where as instead of leaving something blank would before be 0, now you need to scroll and type 0 in. As someone who works on the hour and has no travel time, that’s typing in 0 three times for every shift, where you have to tap out to scroll down to type again, where before it wasn’t retarded to not know that being left blank meant nothing to say! Oh, that, and being left hanging after you click submit and the app crashing.. oh and you cannot report split shifts or when you get two seperate pay rates. I have to split one shift across 2 days, unlike before when you could just add it ontop of what you already had for the day. Utter failure, bring back the only timesheet, because employment diary is worse than handwriting it and mailing it off, at least I don’t lag at the postal box and then drop the letter..Version: 3.33.0

‘Service not avail pls try again later’Cannot upload documents for tasks required, will load to 100% within a second and then sit on the screen for minutes until displaying “service not available. Please try again later’ Needs to be fixedASAP please ! Payments get cancelled over not providing required documents within the given time frame. it takes 30 seconds to upload the required documents that service workers require to ensure we are receiving the correct payments due to our circumstances only 18 people max are allowed in the service centres with lines metres down streets and waits up to 45 mins before you can even get into the service centre doors... ** my due date was the 29th of April I went into the service centre and completed what I had to do and my app is still showing that the task is required to be completed I have tried to upload documents still and unsuccessful.Version: 3.25.0

Fix reporting issueIs a good app other than the fact that almost every time I go to report it continues to say that I still haven’t done it. Sometimes it actually goes through (despite still saying I haven’t reported) and I get my payment, other times it doesn’t and I receive no money and have to go stand in godforsaken dandenong centrelink for over an hour to fix it and then wait the weekend to receive my payment. This has been happening for the past 2 months or so. The app never used to do this. Please fix this soon..Version: 1.12.1

Upload does not workNeither web based nor the Centrelink app process the upload of the documents. Without the documents it won’t let me to submit the claim. Ironically the documents are showing in the history of the upload for past 2 days 6x, however I am still unable to submit the claim. More frustrating is that Centrelink has these documents already as part of my 2 other claims submitted just 2 days ago and one of them has been already processed. So they read it with all attachments right? But they want the exactly same ones again ( they did not change within 2 days), but will not let me to upload. Soooo frustrating 😕.Version: 3.11.0

Failed from the startDownloaded the app for the first time yesterday. Everything is ready to go with my MyGov account to allow the app but the app can’t even get past the start 😒 I’ve enabled locations , data etc deleted the app and data and re-downloaded etc I’ve done everything possible on my part but to no avail so I know it is the app! Step one. Start Step two. Accept terms and conditions Step 3. Introduction to creating MyGov acc-click continue Step 4. ... Computer says no.. There is no step 4 because all it does is say “processing” for a second and goes white! Just a white screen which never processes even if you leave it for 20 mins all it does it kill your battery. Trying to simplify everything is a good idea and all that but come on this is just a tad overkill don’t you think Centrelink? lol 👏 There is nothing passed this elusive step 4 and I guess I’ll never know! I cannot believe I just wasted so much time and effort on this pissant app.Version: 2.1.0

Really poor. Plain and simpleIt was slow and clunky but just about managed to give you some facts about payments. However, with the last update it is now won't download and install rendering it useless. Developers really should sort these bugs out before release - it's embarrassing. Who knows how secure the app is if you can't get the basics right - that's my question..Version: 1.3.2

Constantly needs updatingThis app has been really irritating to use lately, where I live the internet signal isn’t very good, the app works well but each time I go to report the app has a new update meaning it needs to reinstall which takes half the day to download before I can report. I don’t understand why it needs a new update to work every two weeks.Version: 3.37.0

Centrelink can’t handle a crisis and neither can their appI am a full-time student that had to leave home due to my studies and abuse early this year. Because of my age I am still considered a dependent despite what my home life was like and due to the current state of things I lost two jobs before I even started. Despite all this my claim was rejected. On top of that the app would crash making it difficult to check and update my claim, so I would call them to update information and I later found out that they never updated that information, which could have led to my claim being rejected. So no I’m scared of what will happen if I can’t find a job before I run out of money. Thanks a lot Centrelink, I hope that one day the people in management can go through something like this and then they may actually treat people like human beings..Version: 3.23.0

BuggyI can’t report my earnings on the app, or on the website. When I click “report” it takes me to a receipt saying I’ve already reported, but it was for the last payment. Despite this, it says my next reporting date is today, but it never loads up. The app is terrible. I log into myGov and set up a pin and it comes to an error screen. Then I try again and it tells me there is already a pin set up but then takes me back to the error screen. I’ve been on hold from the complaints department for half an hour. This honestly needs fixing ASAP..Version: 2.0.0

Sad StoryThe app is useless, we know that, can't upload documents for a claim without decompressing it to a size that's unreadable. Just go into a Centrelink store, other than that I was kicked out of my house at 17 and Centrelink wouldn't put me on youth allowance again since I lost job at same time an have been homeless since. 8 months trying to get a claim back ad recently found out since I've been homeless so long I can't even MAKE a claim. I thought I'd be someone most in end, well after 3 suicide attempts they still don't care, I'll be dead by this year, it's the government faults.Version: 2.2.0

USELESS!!After waiting 2 months for a parenting payment to be processed it was finally done only to be canceled the next day due to my apparent failure to report, how does one know they even had to report when the app won't even open to allow access to read letters or tasks!! I have now been waiting another month and still counting for my payments to be "re-processed" this is just ridiculous!! By the time I receive any payments my maternity leave will be over and I'll be back at work!! In the meantime all my direct debits from finance are accumulating and by the time I have money to pay them off it will be just interest so basically put me into debt and bad credit rating!!!! NOT HAPPY.Version: 2.2.0

Easy reporting but not always effectivePretty good app but it doesn’t allow you to view your partners details, even if your accounts are linked/have permission to act on their behalf. Makes it hard for me to budget when I can’t just use the app and view all our info in one place. Also, when trying to report a change in circumstance, this is often impossible on the app and I end up having to call Centrelink anyway (eg report going back to work post maternity leave). Otherwise, it’s a handy app that lets me easily and quickly report my income (once the call centre operator set it up) and is straightforward and easy to use..Version: 3.9.0

Worst app i’ve ever experiencedWow. i just mean wow. what a massive fail. almost as much as a fail as the whole centrelink system. i guess it falls in line with the failure of everything centrelink i mean i’m a techy person but i can only just scrape by using this app. it just makes things worse i can’t imagine my nan or aunties and uncles ever using this without a massive struggle. i feel sorry for all the elderly people that don’t use technology very often trying to use this app and then when you get feed up with it and finally make a trip to a centrelink (that usually wastes your whole day) the staff there (which are usually just as much of a fail as this app except a rare few) refer you to the app or the website (which is terrible as well) and say something like “der um yeah it’s like so totally easy to use” but they are never willing to help you and if they actually do its fails embarrasses them to the point of taking you back to their desk to do everything manually for you. and they say something like “errr it must be having some technical issues at the moment” seriously i can’t actually believe this app made it through the check points..Version: 3.7.0

UnreliableThe app is unreliable. When attempting to input new information when reporting, it always, literally every single time, says that the "update failed". The app frequently goes under maintenance which interferes with being able to access the concession card which defeats the purpose of having a digital copy if it is not accessible in any circumstance. This app requires huge upgrades, otherwise, like most of centrelink services, it's ultimately useless. UPDATE HALF A YEAR LATER: It’s still terrible. They need a massive overhaul on the app and it needs a lot more attention as it can be a very helpful tool in people’s lives if it was only fixed and the app itself improved..Version: 1.12.1

New update is terribleThe new update doesn’t even work. I don’t know why but it crashes shortly after opening. Not a single button works when accessing. So I want to upload a document and have even tried on the updated website to no avail. It uploads on the website but when I click save it just comes up with a box at the top with a red hazard triangle in. But no information on why it won’t save. How is this remotely helpful? In trying to make this more user friendly you’ve actually made it worse. Also I don’t appreciate the fact that the emails and payslips we receive from you are removed after just 2 years. If Tax and other things like medical information and payslips has to be held for 7years roughly. Then the emails and payslips that we receive through Centrelink should also be held for that amount of time. As I’m now being told I owe almost $7k and 3-4years ago I paid over $3k in overpayments and these pays overlap. But I no longer have access to the Centrelink payslips or email to prove my case because they are removed after 2 years. I’ve heard a lot about Centrelink and the government over paying due to their own incompetency and if that’s the case/ that’s what you are trying to fix. Then you have no right in asking for the money back as it was your mistake that was made..Version: 3.0.0

Can't they just fix it once and for allWhen it works this App is OK apart from the Govt gobble speak that renders it useless for the uninitiated. BUT it always crashes and trying to ring the help desk is useless. Use it on both our accounts and as soon as it has data to present it crashes. Rang help desk and did the usual uninstall reinstall delete links and reestablish links etc told to wait 10 minutes and open again if still not working just ring back and we will raise a IT ticket. NOT SO LUCKY Rang back and asked to raise the ticket as previously advised but NO operator refused and insisted on going through everything again (1 hour after first call). After 1hour 5 minutes on phone surprise he raised a IT ticket Unfortunately this was the second time a ticket has been raised for me and even after 7 working days on the second ticket I have not had a reply/follow up yet.......Version: 3.21.0

An unresolved issueConvenient yes, inconvenient? Also yes an issue I’ve actually noted to the staff at Centrelink more than 12 times I’ve had to come in yet it still hasn’t been fixed since the issue started 5 months ago. I’m able to report for my defacto partner but I can’t report for myself so I have to go in and use up transport money but now a new issue has come up and now it won’t actually let me report for myself at all could this possibly be fixed? Eventually? Probably not but oh well it’s not like I need to eat, pay rent etc, no no I don’t need those at all to help keep me sustained for future employment or to afford good clothing for interviews..Version: 3.2.1

This is an app designed to confuse people. This app is obviously designed to confuse and scam anyone who is actually trying to find and keep a job. There is nothing intuitive about it. Every time I try to use this app I have a panic attack. Whoever designed the latest update is either a psychopath who did it on purpose to destroy any chance of someone getting back on their feet or a total idiot who was given free reign for their total lack of understanding of the life of a person trying to find and keep a job. Every time I use it I feel like giving up on life. I’m always worried that I’ll miscalculate and end up getting one of those robodebt death sentences you people have been handing out. Why would you not have some sort of calculator? I get paid weekly on a Tuesday and somehow I’m meant to predict how long I will work every second Wednesday on top of a weird, staggered, week and a half, trying to work out from my payslip what hours went where! It’s like you are intentionally trying to mess with my head because I’m trying to do the right thing! Why sabotage someone who is actually trying to get work? I’m recovering from chronic anxiety and doing my best to get back in the work force and this is really not helpful!! PLEASE THINK ABOUT HOW PEOPLE ACTUALLY USE THIS APP AND DESIGN IT APPROPRIATELY. I’m doing my best to do my job properly, how about you guys trying to help me rather than trying to undermine me??.Version: 3.39.2

Same problem for overseas usersOverall the app works well, but there has always been a problem entering UK home addresses which still isn’t resolved. UK postcodes use a combination of alpha and numeric characters and spaces. This app still only allows for numeric Aussie style postcodes. Very frustrating each time I need to update my details..Version: 3.18.1

System is hard to navigate roundThe system is extremely hard to navigate round. I think it’s deliberately done this way so you give up. I found it really hard to upload a form as it would not accept the form numbers. How, was I suppose to know not to use the first three letters of the form. Subsequently I tried to communicate by phone, but waited another 44minutes before being told I’d need to go in to Centrelink. When, I eventually could take a day off to get there the lady said to go to the computer and submit the form myself as she could not accept the forms I tried to give her. Eventually was told only the last lot of numbers on the form were to be used not the SV and another letter which I can’t remember now. Wasted, so many hours on something that should have been so easy..Version: 2.8.1

Biggest joke of my life. What a ridiculous update... from being able to report my income on the app, no worries. To being directed to a website to enter in my income, with a whole bunch of extra questions is complete nonsense. After entering all required questions correctly it still says I have an error & now I have to call Centrelink, and hold for 25 minutes plus? Seems as each year it just gets harder to do the most simplest of things, all for a pesky extra couple of dollars that don’t even help out... if you’re having issues with people being fraudulent, then make it harder to be accepted for Centrelink benefits & stop giving away money to people who can’t do the right thing. Simple..Version: 3.39.0

My review was deleted. My previous review for this app has been deleted !! This app needs constant updates but no fixes or features have come as a result, I can't just report fortnightly without a visit to the App Store each time, almost like having to buy a mug every time I want a coffee There are no notifications of tasks or changes to my account which can (for some people, luckily not me...yet) to pause or lose their payments. The notifications that the app used to have seemed to work ok just to remind you it's reporting day but they have been completely removed or hidden. Very poor quality app even for a government department, devs should be ashamed for building such garbage and dragging their feet just to keep the job while people aus wide are struggling to find one !!.Version: 4.3.1

Ridiculous!I’ve had this app for years and it was working fine... then one day all the files I had on my phone had the centrelink logo on them and wouldn’t open. I had tried everything to fix the problem, then as a last resort I deleted the app to see if this would make a difference. IT DID! All my files changed back to their original format and I was able to open them again. I then reinstalled the centrelink app and they all reverted back to the weird centrelink logo/format. Needless to say, I won’t be using the app anymore. I don’t even know how this issue is even actually possible!.Version: 3.17.1

TerribleVery slow, often crashes and way too many updates. You can’t use the app without updating, which is a massive pain if you have an urgent need..Version: 4.1.1

Difficult and stupid updateThe new update to report hours and income is causing me more stress than is needed to do a once simple task that took a few minutes. Some reports I’m reporting two weeks worked hours and only one weeks wages a week or two after the fact because I “haven’t been paid yet”. Bring back the time sheet, it’s much harder to keep track of your hours and you are not able to add in the minutes you worked. I have to triple check going back and forth between this app, the calendar app and my employers time sheet app to make sure I’ve got it all correct because I’m so worried I’ll make a mistake and get a another debt from being over paid. Then throw in a public holiday and I have to report early and it throws it all out of whack again making it even more confusing the following report. Please listen to what users are saying. This system is now complete dud!!.Version: 3.39.2

App won’t even loadI am beyond frustrated with this app! If it manages to load where I click on my name and then sometimes even loads to my pin where I load pin but if it makes it that far then it’s as far as it goes and just says processing until I need to load my pin again because it times out!! Has happened with every version of this app in various areas, last version before the latest was trying to apply for an advance payment!! Same issue with freezing on various steps and never being able to complete it! Works fine via web page... but why have the app if you cannot use it?? 😡.Version: 2.8.1

Keeps crashingIt’s more frustrating when Iam on the ph trying to get a operator when all you deal with a AI 4 times operator then goodbye same thing with this app keeps on crashing and I had to reload a new one time and again I have to report now when they said to me at the office the system is now shut for some reason . There is not enough staff and we need more better efficient offices to cope with the covid situation. This app has to get re designed and build to a better version Mr Morrison needs to get it all together Thanks Mr MacDonald.Version: 4.6.0

Almost got fined thanks to this app.I used to be perfectly happy with this app! It functioned the way I needed it to. The other day, however, I went to present my concession train ticket with my healthcare card via my Centrelink wallet and it wouldn’t open! I made sure I had enough space on my phone, no other apps open, downloaded and re-downloaded, even turned my phone off and on. Nothing. Will no longer open at ALL. I had to pay over double what I needed to pay for a new ticket in the end because Centrelink can’t make a functioning app. Ridiculous..Version: 4.0.0

Terribly slow and frustrating - Failed!!I have tried several times within the last week or so to open the App to report my income with no success. Tapped on the App to open and login and the App took ages to load the first page to enter personal PIN. Then once loaded and entered my pin it was taking a long time to load anything. After waiting for almost ten minutes, I gave up and ended up having to do my reporting online a day late. I have tried to logon again recently to report and again it has failed load anything. This App is supposed to be a more efficient and convenient way to utilise time and access and has failed to do so..Version: 2.2.0

Poor (needs improvement)The content on the app itself is great, you can do nearly anything on it that you can do online. However the app interface, software and optimisation for iPhones needs some big improvements, the app for myself and many of my friends who also have it find it to be very sluggish and (particularly for iPhones). Furthermore it would be nice to have a refresh on the old interface and give it a fresh face once you open the app. It’s looking outdated and plain; to have a new look would do this app some good. Other than this, it will do everything you need it to do, with some lag here and there!.Version: 3.9.0

Reporting is easy...butHi, I found that it was easy to report my pay. It would be nice though, if the next payment updates straight away. I found that when I tapped on the next payment on the dashboard after reporting, the next payment showing in that list was different than the next payment showing on the dashboard. This has caught me off in the past when I was expecting to get more pay than I actually got! Thanks for reading!.Version: 4.3.1

Developers STILL locking out cross-device useDespite numerous complaints, the developers of this app continue to prevent use on more than one device. Use this app at your peril if you want to try accessing your Centrelink details on more than one device (not at the same time, obviously). I would have thought the idea of online access is to allow users to access what they want on anything, anywhere. You can if you just use a browser - on your phone, iPad, Mac or PC - but not with this app. Now they have carried their error over into this update which forces users to access CentreLink through MyGov (2-factor authentication is a good thing - but why prevent cross-device use?).Version: 2.0.0

BuggyI have had this app installed for a long time but I haven’t used it so I can’t really comment on all the difficulties everyone is talking about. However, I can have a big whinge about this poorly written masterpiece of software that for over 3 months had interfered with the PDF handling of email attachments in the iOS mail app. Unbeknownst to myself, the apple geniuses, and elevated levels of Apple support, this ridiculous app took over the PDF file associations for the built in mail app without the ability to handle PDF documents. For months I couldn’t open any PDF attachments without explanation on both iOS 12 and 13. Thanks to iOS 13 accidentally giving me a clue as to the offending app by newly displaying the Centrelink icon where my PDF documents should have been. APP DELETED... full email function restored. Even though I’m fully employed and don’t require the services of Centrelink, they somehow managed to inconvenience my life, I can understand how the other reviewers feel. I hope the developers read this because there is no other way to tell them what I have discovered. Well done !!.Version: 3.17.1

Just keeps getting worse not better. After updating multiple times, attempting to log in multiple times only to be told that I have a pin and I should use that next time (hard to do when your system keeps deauthorizing the only device I use to access this app) and then after finally getting through the myGov login on to sit there and stare at the screen telling me it’s authorising for over two hours before I finally decide it’s not worth trying anymore. I’ve been using this app for several years now and this is the first time I’ve had this issue and it’s been going on for months at this point. Every single time I close the app it seems to deauthorize my device. But every time I’ve attempted to log in with myGov I get an email saying it was successful and then I spend hours staring at the authorising screen spinning in a circle and getting nowhere. Sometimes, eventually it will log in, today it is most certainly not. This along with the fact that you can only report in full hour increments which isn’t reflective of the hours I work, this has always been a finicky app to use but it’s rapidly going downhill fast and when the only other real option is to get on the phone then this is beyond unacceptable..Version: 4.4.0

What could be worse? So I just downloaded the Centrelink app to upload documents Centrelink required and if I don’t upload them they will cancel my age pension! I thought this app might be better than waiting an average time of one hour ten minutes on the phone line, when I can even get through and not get the line engaged beeps I have had for the last ten days when I tried to ring them. App downloaded, all set up, came back later to uploaded documents and even though the app says hallo to my name IT WONT LET ME LOG IN!!!!!! What the hell is wrong with Centrelink? Useless does not even begin to describe them. After two days I STILL CANT LOG IN!! Don’t bother with this app it is as bad as everything else to do with Centrelink. In disgust I took my docs down to my local Centrelink office and asked them to process the docs, only to be told that they could not do it and I had to upload them myself online! I tried to explain that I couldn’t do this as I can’t log in to the app and they fobbed me off with ‘Just keep trying!’ Looks like I’m going to not get my pension anymore. Negative ten is what I rate this app and Centrelink!!!!.Version: 3.11.0

As user friendly as calling them on the phoneEvery time I log in it asks me to sign up for electronic letters so I go through the process and then it asks again the next time I log in. It only shows one letter from last year and no other communication. I am also required to submit changes to my circumstances which the website tells people to do through the app but there is no function to do so? Unnecessarily confusing and doesn’t offer any of the services that the MyGov website claims should be able to be processed via the app. Why have an app that doesn’t do any of the things it claims to do?.Version: 4.1.1

Could not develop a worse app myselfEntirely unfriendly for users and difficult to manage considering half the time, the app suffers extreme bugs, glitches and generally runs like internet explorer on a computer with no wifi. This app will close at random intervals for no apparent reason, won’t log in properly and it seems that half the buttons are for decoration considering when clicked, nothing will occur. Otherwise, the app is under maintenance every few days where you would assume these consistent and plentiful bugs are being fixed... but you would be wrong. How there can be report dates set weekly and then the app goes under maintenance every few days so nobody is able to access it is beyond me, the app might as well be a phone book for the Centrelink numbers so the public can directly call when the app is down to do their business. You would think for a government program which deals with people’s livelihoods and financials (particularly during the COVID-19 crisis), actual developers would be hired to design and run a functional app with little to no issues for the general public. I would rather pay a fee, or pay for an app that is somewhat usable than deal with this embarrassing excuse of an app thrown together obviously by low-skill developers that have never had the excruciating pain of navigating ’Centrelink Express Plus’..Version: 4.6.0

Problem with updating TimesheetWhen I try to input the times I've worked into the Timesheet section of the app it doesn't allow me to input the time I've worked. Employer name comes up with a "tick" so works fine, as does the hourly rate, but after I put in the time the input bar shakes and goes red. I've tried putting in different amounts of time but still get the same result. I can do it on my computer but it would be easier to do through the app because you don't have to navigate through as many things as the website..Version: 2.8.1

Absolute rubbishCan not access the app. Have not been able to use it for at least three months now. Now the new “myGov” link to Centrelink is also not working and neither is the Centrelink Online Service page... how am I supposed to read my online letters, report my income or do anything if I can’t access my account? Plus no point calling cause no one ever answers and going in to the office is at least a 2 hour waiting time... apps are supposed to make your life easier not difficult. Also, every time I go to use it my pin is supposedly wrong, even when I write it and I KNOW IT but I always “get it wrong” and need to change it..Version: 3.2.1

Reporting Period History DisappearedThe previous results for my Reporting Period does not reflect what I previously reported. Previous reports have disappeared from the app. I previously reported the number of hours I worked and earned (which was over 0), yet it is displayed as 0, which in my opinion is false and misleading. I feel like this will be used to Robodebt me in the future as Centrelink is showing me false information in regards to listing my previous reporting history. Furthermore, there is a lack of previous reporting periods listed and the current listed reporting periods do not accurately reflect what I have been reporting since I started receiving payments from Centrelink, which in my opinion is misleading. The new method of reporting is too difficult, confusing and not easy at all..Version: 3.39.2
