✓ Console convert PLEASE!!!I never really do these reviews unless the game is awful in every way conceivable.... However, this is the complete opposite. This game is insanely addictive and fun, well thought out with incredible graphics and game play. That being said I would love to see this game go BIG! I’m talking about home console Xbox and PlayStation BIG! I personally would at least want it on Xbox. I believe this could be as big if not bigger than Mario Cart. And I volunteer to do anything needed to help the developers make it happen. So please please make this happen. I think for the most part it’s perfect and all it needs is to go bigger. More vehicles, tracks and even broader range of customization with the vehicles. But most importantly don’t do anything even remotely similar to the Beach Buggy 2! I’m sorry but “If ain’t broke don’t fix it!” And the second version of this game was a complete abortion! Except for a few good tracks. Again sorry for the honesty but, it is what it is.. ✓ Favourite game!This game is brilliant! It is challenging and addictive and doesn't get boring like some games do. I highly recommend it. I like that it has options to use finger control or tilt control. I prefer finger control, and my daughter prefers tilt, it would be helpful if it was easier (perhaps a shortcut) to swap between the two control options. The only issue with this game is that it crashes quite frequently, this use to be a problem and I stopped playing for a while. ✓ ONE OF MY FAVE GAMES, AMAZING!!!!!I love this game i recommend if you like a car racing game that’s not TOO volatile at least in my opinion. I like mow you get to decorate your own car and choose your own character. ( Mika is my favorite. ) the only few things you could change. Maybe you could add a feature where you can create your own character. By that I mean you pay gems to create your own beach buggy character by mixing and matching other characters. One other thing is that some of the power-ups are useless. Like the spring that makes you jump really? the fire work and earthquake could go too. Overall it’s a fun game and worth it. ( P.S. A few of my problems, number one, is how not all the tracks have shortcuts so it would be really nice if you could put one in at least all of them. Two is the fact that I will jump into first place, then five seconds later I will be in last. It also unfair in the fact that all the racers can have power ups that I don’t have. There should also be other ways to earn coins and diamonds. It would be nice to earn them on the track, through the shortcuts, basically anyway other than just winning the race. One thing that would be cool as well, is that the people on your team should give you diamonds and coins as well. So like if someone on your team wins, then that would add to you score. ✓ This is great except for one thing... 😕Ok, so first of all, the game is great. Love it. exciting, thrilling, an off road adventure. Super fun. Lots of items to buy, lots of different modes. Awesome. Except... the weapons, you can get affected and possible destroyed by you own. Example, the oil spill power up. I have placed it down and on the second lap I end up running into my own, getting the slippery effect I would have gotten if it were someone else’s. Can you change that? ✓ Fabulous! Went premium but...I have to agree that it started taking longer to load after buying both the premium and the 2x coin boost. Other than that, app is great and I love it. If I could have anything to it, I’d LOVE an option to convert gems to coins or vice versa. :D Sometimes you need more of either one or the other (and can’t spend cash) and gems are harder to earn than coins. :) Great work guys, keep it up! ✓ Good but needs improvementI’ve been playing this game for a few weeks now and I love it but my game keeps freezing which means I have to close the app and re-open it which is really annoying and a big rip off considering it’s still deducting my “cash” to be able to play but I’m not even getting a chance to finish the race. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or my game but maybe improve the bug issues or something because none of my other games are freezing and my wifi isn’t a problem. ✓ Its like a 1 player mode of a certain plunger bros kartI am very surprised by this game. I played on my iPad and the graphics and performance are stellar. Downloaded this when I went to Target to purchase Mario kart and it was out of stock. This was a surprisingly great substitute. Yes there are ways to pat to i crease your access/allowance for upgrades, but I haven’t needed to spend a dime to thoroughly enjoy it and advance to the fifth series of levels. I’ve played the update BBR2 for a while which is cool graphics and fun but I’ve come back to the original as it has more features i.e. championship races, league, career make it more exciting, you’ve got full stats history like how many seagulls uv hit or how far uv driven in total, basically a stat for pretty much everything which is great and makes the game more interesting, why they’ve got rid of these features for BBR2 really surprises me! Vector Why take out all the great features from the original game and leave them out of BBR2, this makes BBR2 a little boring & tiresome not having the same sort of challenges. I thought the idea of a new or updated version would usually keep the majority if not all the original features and expand and add to these and add new features to increase the overall quality and enjoyment value of the game, this is a shame cos BBR2 had the potential to be brilliant and amazing, it is still a great game and I’ll keep playing but not as often but the new version feels like a step backwards unfortunately. I love BBR1 and glad I’ve come back to the original as makes it much more fun, exciting and challenging and there is hardly any difference in tracks if any just graphics a bit better in BBR2 as you’d expect but BBR1 they’re still great and do for me! Thank you Vector for giving us a few really fun, addictive games and hope any future updates or new releases can incorporate most of the original features and expand and take the games to the next level and far and beyond! ✓ Way better than I rememberedSo, I’m a big racing game fan. When I was little, I had a kindle and I would play this game all the time. Recently, my friend and I were talking about old video games that we played as a kid and suddenly this one popped into my head. I searched for a name and eventually found it. I downloaded it expecting for a nostalgic but very boring game, and I ended up falling back in love with this game. I would argue that despite the auto-drift and early 2000s-esque graphics, this game controls better, has a better feel to it, and is ultimately more interesting that Mario Kart Tour. Though it isn’t perfect, I think its flaws are what make it feels so personal to me. Honestly, I might delete Mario Kart Tour after playing this, it was an overall much better experience for me. 10/10!.Version: 1.2.22
✓ Finally a fun local multiplayer!!It’s about time someone put together a fun multiplayer that makes good use of the steelseries controllers. My kids enjoy the game and it has a lot of fun power ups and race courses. Comparable to super Mario cart. I would like to see more multiplayer games become available for the new Apple TV 4K! I haven’t played all the tracks but as you go along, they just keep getting better. Some can be difficult at first but they become second nature with practice. ✓ Great to Play Alone or in Multiplayer ModeThis game is so much fun! I’ve been playing Beach Buggy Racing with my daughter on the Apple TV since she was 5 years old. She’s now 12 and we still have a great time playing it in split screen multiplayer mode. I used to easily win and let her win every now and then, but now she beats me every time! We also tried Beach Buggy Racing 2, but we prefer the original. I hope Vector Unit keeps updating the game to work on future versions of tvOS. Don’t change the game, just keep it working, please! ✓ Great Game. Breaking not always registering though..I’ve really enjoyed my time with this game. Great fun. Looking forward to BBR2. Only frustrating thing I have is that quite frequently when I’m touching the screen on a break peddle it doesn’t register as breaking but an arrow icon shows over the break peddle instead making the car steer in that direction rather than breaking. A problem If your flying round a corner and need to break to stay on the track. Still give this a 5 star review though. Maybe 4.5 stars if possible..Version: 1.2.20
