βœ“ Good AppGood app that replaced my discontinued Boot Camp app. I like that you can customize the workouts and put time for resting. I wish that the App at the beginning of the workout would call out what exercise you will be doing along with having a display on the screen with the upcoming exercise so you can prepare and transition. Also if you are doing the exercise by time I see useless having to tap when you are done. Once the time is over you should seamlessly continue to the next exercise instead of tapping the done button. Definitely see a lot of potential..Version: 2.0.0

βœ“ Good workout appThere are tons of workout routines. They're all challenging and different to maintain interest. There are also informative texts and videos incase you've never done a workout before. Another nice feature is the timer. My only suggestions are: Add workout tracking to keep track of which workouts, exercises, reps & cycles I've done since downloading the app. Make it simpler to set up a daily workout plan without having to sit there and figure out which routine is what body part and whether I did that yesterday or not. Maybe just an easy, medium or hard plan that does upper body day one, Cardio day two, lower body day three, repeat, & one day of rest, but with different workouts each week..Version: 1.0.5

Also, grouping them by muscle group or movement (push,pull,legs,core) would be an added bonus 2. Be able to create different types of workouts (straight sets, supersets, tabata, etc) 3. Be able to delete created workouts. Also, I haven't figured out how to use the timer yet, but I'll play around with the app a little more..Version: 1.0.6

I am 29 and out of shape and these workouts let me know it. It’s a good thing though.
