Great appA bit pricier than the features provided, but nonetheles, if you like a solo training this is a great platform. Like the historical contrxt of landmarks when you go theu the videos.Version: 4.39.4

Love travelling the world from home!I love seeing the sites! Love the workout! Love feeling good at the end of a great challenge! This app is wonderful for beginners all the way up to advanced riders! So much fun!.Version: 4.40.3

Training planI have just finished the 4week basic trading plan for general fitness. Overall it worked well although it would be nice if it were possible to pair the workout with one of the Tacx films. The Film rides are quite enjoyable and interesting with excellent scenery. These truely make riding a trainer enjoyable for me..Version: 4.9.2

The ultimate cycling appPerfect so far, can’t ask for more than what you get here, love it, You can do an choose lots of videos, upload your own rides. It’s awesome.Version: 4.0.2

Poor support! This trainer and app have been a constant source of frustration! We had a great deal of trouble initially with connection to the internet. We finally ironed that out after many calls to Tacx. We were told that it was due to using an extension cord - not the case! Most recently, our data on the app disappeared. And since March 3, no data from rides records on the app!!! Ughh! I wish that we could return these high-priced trainers!.Version: 4.14.1

Saint Moritz, Lakeside Mountain BikeSweet little ride, feels good through the TACX Neo 2 Smart trainer..Version: 4.19.2

The New Normal Rides!I never would’ve bought this Tacx trainer and learned to use it at home if it had not been for Covid. It has been so incredibly easy to use, as efficient as ever, and brings with it a great sense of comfort and relief that I can now do this whenever I want making it even better..Version: 4.11.5

Better than WahooI do triathlons—everything from sprint to 70.3–and struggle to log the bike hours necessary to be competitive. This has changed the game for me. It’s a very smooth ride, amazing app with fun simulations, and great system for training with power. Never going back..Version: 4.31.1

I am clueless on how to operateI’ve spent the last two days just trying to ride my new tacx and connect to Zwift. No matter what I do it doesn’t works anywhere. One time I need to connect to garmin, then I need to connect to Zwift, then I need to connect to google. I fricken give up!.Version: 4.37.0

Great alternative to Zwift, but a few problems remain in training analysisThis is a really outstanding app to use with a smart trainer. The virtual ride experience is much more realistic than Zwift; the model used for the climbing and descending is much better, and the road feel available on a Tacx Neo trainer or Neo Bike is a nice feature. Problems: both on the iPad and iPhone version, the analysis graphs (of speed, power, heart rate, etc.) available at the end of a ride do not get plotted with proper scaling of the data; much of the data goes off scale, and there is no way currently to resize the y axis of the graphs. This needs to be addressed. Also: there should be a way to send the ride data to the Garmin Connect service in addition to Strava. At least one would expect that the Garmin Connect service would be an option given that Garmin International now owns Tacx. Maybe this can be added in a future version. Overall, this is really great app, and I prefer it to using Zwift because these rides available are real world. One can try out the courses for Milan-San Remo or the Tour de France climbs. (I need to be much fitter to survive the latter...)..Version: 4.2.4

Excellente application!La seule raison pour laquelle je n’ai pas donner cinq étoiles,c’est que quelques fois il y a des retard dans l’image et ça devient agaçant à la longue..Version: 4.38.5

Inexperienced cyclistHave had this app for 2 years. Enjoyed the free films back then. When the app changed about 12 months ago was very dissatisfied. Tried again a month ago following changes to app and am addicted. My only criticism would be that I couldn’t find the FTP test. Found it now but would be helpful if it was called an FTP test as that is what newbie cyclists like me get directed to on the internet..Version: 4.3.1

StartupOnce I realised that my computer was not needed, all that was necessary was training device..Version: 4.2.4

Falling in love again ……. With indoor cycling training…. Great scenery, tough challenges for all skill levels and no traffic 😁.Version: 4.40.3

Could be betterCould be better… But then again so could lots of things. One easy thing to address: Not enough UK films. Must be loads of stuff from 100 Climbs or The Tour of Britain, Trans Pennine Trail, LEJOG etc. The next one on my list of stuff that’s broke is: Tacx Boost Metrics go to zero after peaking at 349w even though the Trainer can go beyond 1000w. What’s going on here??? It’s either a software or a hardware issue (can’t find out): Needs fixing. No.3 on my list; Wheel on Trainers are restricted to resistance setting 2 for “virtual power’ to work even though the power curve for each resistance value has been mapped. That makes me think only 1 algorithm is available for how your speed and Watts are displayed although you have a choice of 10 resistance settings. All other resistance settings ‘skew’ the on screen data for Watts so it becomes meaningless. The wattage shown on screen is mathematically generated and is only likely to be reasonably correct if resistance value 2 is selected. Watts displayed on screen are therefore only a guide and is just a means of creating the illusion of progression through a workout. Like I said.., Could be better. All that said… I prefer it over Zwift..Version: 4.21.1

Works Generally Very Well .... butI really like using this app. Generally a really useful user interface. Functionally it sometimes / randomly loses connection so the maps and or video doesn’t stay in sync with metrics. A bit annoying. Feature missing - automatic customisable lap interval times. As in the Garmin Connect app, I can review my 5km interval times for whole of my cycle ride. Except when I have imported the data from this app. This missing features minuses 2 stars..Version: 4.8.1

More demos. For the price that I paid. There should be more demos..Version: 4.41.0

Old Bushido vs new Flux 2Still adapting. Easier to program power training, but not that strait forward, and not convenient to move from one app to another to program and then train, everything should be in one bundle. The ride seemed to be smoother on the Bushido, and wattage seems to be better represented an the Bushido than on the Flux..Version: 4.23.0

Recovery trainingHad my Tacx vortex since the beginning of the pandemic. Great to be able to ride my regular rides, albeit virtually. Loving it more than ever after a recent MTB crash. Now still able to rise using Tacx Vortex during recovery..Version: 4.21.1

It is worth it BUT …I recorded an outdoor bike ride using the Garmin Fenix 7. Then, I uploaded the route in Tack so I could use it indoor with my Tack bike trainer. However, once I uploaded the route, I was unable to use it unless I pay a subscription. This does not make sense. I created the route so I should be able to use it for free. I understand I should pay for routes created by Tack. Anyway isn’t Tack owned by Garmin? The routes recorded in Garmin can be used for indoor rides with the Tack bike trainer. Anyway, the Tack app is good for determining your FTP and for training using power indoors..Version: 4.46.2

Great for year-round trainingGreat app for year-round training! Amazing movies from all around the world!.Version: 4.35.7

Great app… but seems to have stopped working on iPads with iOS 15☹️. The screen is unresponsive so it is not possible to login. It is the same on my wife’s iPad. So now I have to use it on my iPhone which is much harder to see and operate during a workout..Version: 4.24.0

UpdateHi there I still can’t open app and having issues as I’m unable to open any applications. Please make sure any ongoing issues are sorted. Regards JCMATTA.Version: 4.10.0

Training videoGreat fun and easy to Use.Version: 4.8.1

Features lostThe old app was better to compare stats with previous workouts. The analysis was shown nicer, now I only see a flat line and have to hover over it. When doing a workout the screen is not in full screen. On the good side is nice to have everything integrated in one App..Version: 4.8.1

Great cycling appIt certainly completing longer rides indoors.Version: 4.39.5

MergerI’d give this app 4 minimum from when it worked but since the merger with Garmin Connect, which should work well in theory, I’ve had nothing but problems. Initially Garmin lost all my previous data and then the Premium status was lost meaning I couldn’t use the app as I needed it to. Spoke with Garmin support and a password change has now meant the above have reappeared. They didn’t seem to know why but glad it worked. First ride after has not appeared on my timeline after several hours waiting. Nothing but problems since the merger. Good when it works and I hope it’s just time before issues are sorted. Update: training session eventually appeared, not on the Training, but in Garmin Connect. This was unexpected, but now that I know where the session will appear it’s much better (I had expected it to appear in the Tacx Training App as they had prior to the Garmin merger). Data now automatically sends to linked apps..Version: 4.13.3

Not recording ridesFor some reason the app has stopped recording my rides. When I’m done, I download my activity and get the notice that it’s safe to close the app, but when I reopen, my ride isn’t saved. Not happy w the “bug fixes” in the current version ☹️.Version: 4.19.2

Tacx BaraviaGood workout, however road feel is why off. Can hardly turn pedals on 5% gradients, have to stand on anything greater? Perhaps I don’t have the set up correct?.Version: 4.7.0

ImpressiveAfter 4 years and over 25,000Km I’m finally feeling qualified to review. The rides feel damn real and I’ve only got the most basic of tacx blue tooth trainers with currently a standard subscription. Yes I was a little grippy after spending a bunch of tin buying rides Under the old Tacx model to have to change to the subscription model however The plus’s outweigh the cons. What a joy to be able to ride any day in any weather still getting a sweat up. And a very real training regime. Huge pedestal fan keeps me cool and makes sure we don’t get too too sweaty For me the biggest plus is not having to deal with idiot drivers out on the road. Our Spec: Hooked Tacx Trainer to either an iPad or a MacBook Pro then mirrored to Apple TV with 50” plasma. Thanks Tacx..Version: 4.31.1

All goodVery good.Version: 4.8.0

Near perfect but…The Tacx app on iphone has too big number display when streamed on a large screen. It covers the view. Please give an option to reduce numbers and slope info size. This way we can see our specs but the view too. Thx.Version: 4.38.2

Garmin can and should do much betterLots of excellent features but training separate from Videos. They should be combined. So one can train with the videos. There also should be voice alerts to speed up, increase power etc….Version: 4.27.4

Poor user experienceSet everything up. Downloaded a video and paired Tacx trainer and bike sensors. Then rode to the video. The video played and I completed the ride only to be presented with the sole option of discarding ride. There was no option to save it, no on-screen support and not FAQs or forum to find a get around. Poor user experience with no expert support..Version: 4.8.2

Basic functionalitiesI have been using this app for a few years already and am satisfied with it. I mostly use it when I want manual control of my smart trainer as I prefer apps such as SYSTM or Zwift for workouts that follow a structure. This said, the Tacx app works well for what I use it for..Version: 4.35.2

Tour the World............without needing to travel! Admittedly I’ve only just started to use this app on my iPad & Tacx turbo trainer, but so far so good. While it’s snowing outside I’m pedalling my way up some lovely Spanish hills in my garage. I think it’s an excellent system and I really look forward to my next session. What’s really nice is that you're viewing video so you’re getting true scenery and not gaming type graphics..Version: 4.13.3

Morning exerciseGreat 1hr rides.Version: 4.9.3

Change display during rideI wish we could change what we see during ride. As example during ride shows kcal. Wish I could change this to heartrate. Using this on iPad and mirror to TV. Have had no issues except need to plug in so iPad doesn’t die in middle of ride. Wished we could sort rides by easy, moderate, hard, extreme.Version: 4.0.2

Best App for my Tacx BushidoI've tried Zwift and Bkool, but this is by far the most realistic experience. Great / Smooth resistance on climbs etc..Version: 4.29.5

Impossible to calibrateLove the tacx app alot but have so many problems calibrating it. Seems impossible since more than a month to calibrate it properly. Always have errors messages… ipad, iphone, mac, etc. But still liking those video’s views..Version: 4.35.7

Just amazingBest purchase for training you can get, between the trainer being amazing and the app giving you so many amazing rides you just can’t help but fall in love with the whole package. I would do this whole thing over and over again.Version: 4.35.2

Really recommend the Tacx Desktop app for MacBookIt is now over 4 years since I got my first Tacx trainer. It has been life changing for me. There have been quite a few snags along the way as the software has progressed especially for Mac users. I stress that I have not used the iPhone or iPad app much but I have used the MacBook software frequently throughout these 4 years. I upgraded to a Tacx Neo trainer 2 years ago and it is terrific. Tacx have really come out of a tunnel with the latest subscription software for the MacBook available as a free download. It all works very reliably. You download films in high quality (up to 1080p) and cycle away in the safety of your own home. You can see the route profile as you go. Together with changing incline data and film of the road ahead you can easily decide how much of the hill lies ahead. That is unlike when outside the crest of a hill seems to be always somewhere round the next corner. I can’t praise this Tacx Neo trainer and supporting software too highly. Don’t be put off by adverse reviews for the app for iPhone or iPad. In my opinion the Desktop app is in a completely different catalogue. Final suggestion is to use an HDMI cable from your Mac to a TV to get an enhanced view..Version: 3.4.7

Need more rides from CanadaActually, any ride in the Canadian Rockies would be nice! Suggest Highwood Pass on hiway 40 in Kananaskis Country, Alberta. Or the 4-day ride on the Icefields Parkway from Jasper to Banff. There are dozens more..Version: 4.40.3

Hurt LockerBeginner and loving the pain!😳🤣.Version: 4.1.3

Why Garmin Why?The Tacx app worked fine. Garmin came in trying to fixe something that wasn't broken and features like the GPS map, names of opponents/companions, racing against an avatar representing your past effort, all gone. Surprised the small mapis in Garmin's too-hard basket. I've persisted for a year, but time to call it quits on my Garmin account..Version: 4.37.0

Wilier Cento 10airThe best training!.Version: 4.37.0

Shifting accuracyI own a 2020 Trek SL7 (40T chain ring and 12-Speed 10-50 Cassette). Electronic shifting is with a SRAM Force. The middle five gears are useless because the chain jumps between gears without command. I do not want to adjust my shifter because I will need to re-adjust when i put my bike on the road. Calling Garmin for help..Version: 4.37.0

Not great!!!Supposed to be in the middle of a five week training plan however whenever I try to load it - it tells me it’s the wrong URL-a real lack of support from tacx feels like three weeks down the drain and having to do different rides now just to get some exercise in. Worked perfectly on the free subscription signed up for a month paid my money now absolute rubbish.Version: 4.3.1

Feel the power! The tax video app is best for those who love to ride with power. Cycling is a game of wattage. If that is the kind of rider you are then for the money this is by far the best combo on the market. The tax trainer is insanely fun with exact wattage requirements to get over calls in France and the seven Hills wrong. Having written some of these roads myself I can tell you that it is everything but the smell of cow manure along the roadside. Enjoy..Version: 4.16.0

Entraîneur véloApplication gère pas le français adéquatement. Plusieurs parties demeurent en anglais. Peu de parcours test..Version: 4.35.4

Bad interface/UXI really wish the most recent update hasn’t happened. The app was fine before if a bit clunky. Now it’s no longer possible to see multiple saved workouts at a glance, the information display while riding highlights odd data points (calories???) while making it difficult to see more important ones, etc. I could keep going. Please make the redesign go away!!! I dread it. Three stars because the app still works and doesn’t crash..Version: 4.3.1

VideosVideos are great but often slow / won’t load.Version: 4.11.5

NipperwrightFirst time. Loved it.Version: 4.9.3

Generally goodWhen working correctly it is pretty good. The integration to my smart trainer was fairly easy. I use both the videos and the power or slope training profiles. The image resolution of 720p on the cheaper subscription is a bit grainy. My two main gripes are 1) every time I calibrate the trainer it defaults to constant resistance mode and I have to turn it off and back on again to recover the full functionality and 2) the subscription and payment info is hidden so trying to change payment type is infuriatingly difficult..Version: 4.14.1

SuperbGreat App, set up using a projector and running through my IPhone. Great image although 720p due to I phone out put, put running through PC on projector it’s like being there ish. Running on a Tacx smart Flow so only 6% on hills but good enough. Having tried Zwift this is by far a better app real scenery not a cartoon adds for a better ride. The views on some of the french and Italian hills is worth the subscription alone..Version: 4.39.4

Great app but...I love the app but two things... 1) it would be great if the videos could be downloaded so it can be used more easily at races etc where broadband does not exist, and 2) I feel that some of the features such as gpx imports should not require a subscription given that the same functionality can be done via a wahoo bike computer. Feels like Tacx is giving me a reason to move away from the app vs staying with it for what’s great about it..Version: 4.9.3

More videos please.More scenic videos will be great thanks..Version: 4.12.1

Integration with Garmin partnership with StravaApp demands integration with Garmin and now doesn’t upload to Strava. Also do not see options to export workout or manual upload to Strava So after receiving response, Tacx can no longer export directly to Strava. All instructions one may see online for options are no longer valid. You must connect via Garmin Connect then the transfers can occur. With the transfer through Garmin Connect it appears you lose the title and description of the virtual ride provided by Tacx and the generic description of morning, afternoon, etc ride..Version: 4.13.3

GoodFine for indoor training, storing good ventilation required otherwise it defeat the purpose! Good investment..Version: 4.43.2

Great appWhen will this be available on Apple TV please.....Version: 4.12.1

First Ride - Enjoyed the new challengesThis was my first ride on my smart trainer. Pairing was effortless and next to instant. The changing effort load and power analytics to the graphics is a a great experience. My only gripe is that I am streaming to my TV and it only shows on about 1/3 of the area in a cell phone like window. I spent half my workout trying to figure this out. I will be searching for a solution..Version: 4.10.0

Easy to use with Garmin devicesThis app has numerous options for training as well as supported devices, rides, and view modes (road view, road feel, GPS, you can import your road rides to the app and train with them). One feature to propose is having Garmin & Tax merge the data from rides recorded on Edges, Fenix Garmin watches with the data recorded in the iPad/iPhone app. Each of the devices records different data, so they should be synced as one whenb used simultaneously. Ex. my Fenix records my Heart Rate, but the bike does not, neither does the App. So I want to add my HR to the data on the Tax and Garmin Connect. If Edge has it as well, then it wouldn’t be duplicated with the Fenix’s HR data, but perhaps averaged out instead..Version: 4.37.0

Great and smart but expensiveI have the Tacx Neo2T paired with the Tacx app. On the whole it is an amazing app with great features. The app controls my trainer, load, to simulate hills, and even can create lifelike road feel sensations through the trainer wheel. Amazing. The best thing is to be able to ride an indoor ride as a simulator with a video of a real ride outdoors in front of you. It’s brilliant however also, this is where the major drawback lies. In order to get the full feature set, you have to subscribe to Garmin/Tacx premium subscription. That’s a bit sneaky and, I think, expensive. The app displays key cycling metrics while cycling such as speed, power, cadence, with overviews, and on climbs brings up the ascent grade and details in a mini window, on a large climb during, videos. The training plans are also helpful, but, recovering from an accident, it could have some more basic options for real beginners. It fully integrates with your Garmin environment uploading automatically to Garmin Connect. It is still great as a control for your smart trainer without the premium features, and apparently works with most major BLE and ANT trainers. Pairing with the the Tacx Neo 2T trainer is so easy. However to get best functionality on a iPad you would also need a heart rate monitor that can broadcast on Bluetooth to your iPad, as the my trainer (and iPad) does not seem to pair with an ANT heart rate monitor The iPad app unfortunately does not seem to have exactly same feature set as the Tacx windows app, for example I can’t find the capability to display the power meter graph that can be displayed on the windows app. One criticism is the inability to multitask or share screen on an iPad. For example you can’t use PIP (picture in picture) to minimise the Tacx app while reading a webpage, for example, or alternatively, stream a video streaming service and watch your favourite TV or movie while working out. All do-able and would be great feature updates. On that topic a little mini map of the real world location, while in video mode, would also be nice. On the whole it’s a good app..Version: 4.22.3

PerfectThe real life videos are fantastic quality, and such a real feeling of riding the actual roads that you are on. The speed of the film is as you ride it, the faster you go then so does the film. I’m not one for gaming so stay away from the likes of Strava, just not my cup of tea riding as a cartoon character!!! Tacx is the best I’ve ever used real life feel, real scenery, real time power adjustment.. perfect 👌.Version: 4.14.0

TacxHello Le meilleur c’est tout!.Version: 4.46.2

Wow!I have been saving for an indoor trainer for a year and was steered in the direction of my Tacx Flux S. The only thing I knew was I wanted direct drive. Grit Cycling in Louisville, Kentucky, my go to shop started selling Tacx gear a few years ago. I knew I loved my smaller equipment from Tacx, but this thing is AWESOME. Best workout l’ve had in a month-since winter set in early. I’ll be on this thing way too much this winter. Only question and possible qualm...I don’t see a way to hook it up with my Fitbit for heart rate info?!.Version: 3.4.0

Lockdown Survival ToolIt’s lockdown number six here in Melbourne Australia and my trainer is an essential tool for physical and mental health. I use a iPad to show the videos and ride my old Giant flat bar. The trainer is easy to set up for a ride and the Bluetooth works well to the iPad. Then I’m of to the Dolomites, Pyrenees or a TT course from the Tour or Giro. Where I live in Melbourne is not within 5km of decent hills so the trainer is the only way to get some simulated climbing (for non-Australians, my state imposes a 5km limit on how for you can exercise from your house in a lockdown)..Version: 4.19.2

A+Lovey Graphics.Version: 4.39.4

Connectivity issuesAfter several months of trouble free workouts my activities constantly pause despite app, turbo and device both showing that all are connected. I have given up on trying to find a solution - disconnecting and rebooting will work sometimes but usually after several attempts only to find that the app drops signal again. Currently paying money for nothing..Version: 4.28.3

New Tacx Neo 2t11wks ago I broke my hip, today got the go ahead to full wait bare after 11wks of crutches, bought this trainer for my rehab and for future indoor sessions, first ride today and boy oh boy this trainer doesn’t disappoint, amazing so happy to be back on the bike riding along in Belgium 😎.Version: 4.17.1

Good but not greatThe app integrates seamlessly with my Tacx trainer. I cable to a 4K TV from my iPad. The TACX standard subscription provides 720P resolution video. Other apps offer 1080P with similar routes at the same or lower price. The one feature that I do like is the ability to ride segments of routes...very handy if you want to focus on a particular element of your training but have time constraints. Returned to the app after a year, but little progress. Will check back in next year to see if there has been improvement..Version: 4.39.5

The real thingGreat to be able to relive rides I’ve done in Europe…NZ is a long way away in a post-COVID world!.Version: 4.17.1

Needs Apple Health support and more optionsI love that I’m able to just hop on and go with this app, but the lack of connection to the constant heart rate monitor on my wrist is a big negative. If I could control the resistance from my watch too it would be amazing. I ride a single-speed road/track bike, and I may not know the full range of features of the app but I feel like there should be a more intuitive way to set myself off on a more tailored training route for my bike. I’m always at the lowest possible resistance on my Tacx Flow because I don’t have the ability to change gears. Overall it’s a good app for the mandatory indoor exercise we have to do now, but needs some more features..Version: 4.8.1

Great trainer, stupid training ideasFor some reason on the Ten City tour in Holland I have to follow Pofferidge Pete or Stroopwaffle Steve or whatever his name is in the yellow jersey. Why? Why? So damned irritating blocking the view! Way different if you follow a pro or team but this? Stupid idea. Hate it! Just stop these stupid ideas! Does no one carry out peer reviews? G.Version: 4.40.3

MusiqueOn y devrais être capables de faire jouer de la musique au même temps. Et de inter réagir avec des amis (avec ces sorte d entraînement aussi).Version: 4.47.3

Lost a 31km rideThe app started as normal, did the power ride, was saving and lost the 1 hour, 31.xx km ride cause you logged me out. Should have logged us out before we started to ride to accept your new agreement. 🤦‍♂️it’s all about timing and the order you execute your plan, please think next time before you do something. Thanks.Version: 4.35.7

Blue motionFirst trainer and it’s simple easy to use love it.Version: 4.9.3

Love the many options for training/ridingLove the gps and virtual riding options and that you can also download your own Garmin routs, the training options are also on point. With the all the positive there seams to be problems. When training using virtual or gps rides that are longer then 1.5 hours in length the blue tooth drops connection (half of the time). I’ve tried another devise thinking that was the issue but still have problems. Not sure if it’s my tacx trainer or the app?.Version: 4.26.2

Can’t subscribe the monthly payment plan when I connected to Tacx cloudCan’t subscribe the monthly payment plan when I connected to Tacx cloud. I got the message “sorry, we can’t find that page” Can you help it? Thanks.Version: 4.36.3

Almost real (for a trainer)Good, prefer the real likeness compared to others, just wish more of the rides could be broken into segments and the price was a little less.Version: 4.39.5

EnjoyableThe best thing about this app is the ability to stream rides from the TACX Desktop in app map. Pick one from UK, France, Germany and other countries and ride. I would like to see more rides from Norway, Denmark and the Nordic countries for variety. Trainer resistance feels more realistic than Zwift too for some reason. 25% climbs are a beast?!! I’m using a TACX NEO 2T. Early days but happy so far..Version: 4.11.2

Good training appWould really like the following functions though... Stopwatch split timing Average power per split.Version: 4.8.2

HRM TacxOn the week of January 23rd 2022 the TacX training App in my iPad is not working. Basically, it close in 2 seconds after it opens. I tried to deleted couple of times and installed it again and it does keep doing the same thing. The app after 1,20 minutes tends to close.Version: 4.25.1

First ride after serious cycling accidentNovember 21st worst accident of my life - let’s not go into detail. Have not ridden a bike since. This was a great way to start riding again even when the weather is rubbish. I have had a static before and got rid of it - boring and could not record and upload miles (I am fixated on recording every ride). Synched straight to Garmin Connect and enjoyed being in southern France. Peter.Version: 4.38.5

Enjoying, back againI’ve been using the Tacx app for over a year now with my Tacx Bushido trainer, I like the types of rides they have in the movie mode. I did get frustrated with problems syncing when Garmin took over Tacx and I tried Fulgaz for a bit but it just didn’t have the same feel that I was used to with Tacx. Been back on since fall ‘21 and haven’t had issues. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to cycle through a route automatically again, for instance the ability to do a few laps of Central Park in NYC or something similar..Version: 4.24.0

Inconsistent power set upWhat should be a great app is constantly spoilt by having to try to recalibrate or mess about with every ride in order for the app to work correctly. It either offers too much resistance or not enough. For a not too serious rider I took the plunge forking out £700 for the Flux 2. I wish I’d saved my money as the enjoyment is tarnished every time I get on and have to spend time messing about instead of riding..Version: 4.14.1

Keeps crashingThe app keeps crashing on me. It will either crash and then I have to press the app icon and it carries on or I press the icon and my complete ride is lost. I’ve also had it where it completely freezes, usually around the 20 out of 22 mile mark, and it refuses to unfreeze and I lose the distance I’d already done. Today I was at 19/22 miles when it crashed and I lost the ride..Version: 4.8.2

Tacx and Garmin connection is a disasterSince Tacx put in the connection with Garmin nothing works. Rides don’t upload to Strava, it’s impossible to manage profiles and the software goes round and round in a failed login loop. Despite having a subscription all ride movies are locked. As soon as I can login I’ll be cancelling my subscription..Version: 4.13.2

Almost perfectI’ve got a subscription and the range of films available is excellent. Have had no problems connecting my trainer or making use of AirPlay to display on my big TV. There are a few things I’d like to see in future updates to earn that fifth star... My phone and iPad each have over 60Gb of free space, please allow me to download films to prevent some of the stuttering. My internet is fast but there’s still occasional screen freezing. Give us an easy way to take screenshots of the beautiful scenery to share on social media. There are other riders on course but their presence is limited to a little circle at the bottom of the screen... how about a graphic showing how far ahead/behind they are in metres for better competition? Overall I am happy with the new app and hope that it continues to be developed.Version: 4.3.1

FontI am an older rider and would love to make the front on bottom of screen bigger. The numbers for how far to go and how much has been completed.Version: 4.40.3

New trainer new to ridingSo excited to have my new Tacx t2 and get the app working so easily..Version: 4.9.3

Rubbish since updateWhen are Tacx and Garmin going to fix the issue. Just did a gps ride on Tacx and it hasn’t shown on Tacx, Garmin Connect or Strava. This is an on going issue, when are you going to fix it. I pay a premium subscription to Tacx and this is not an acceptable service. 😡.Version: 4.13.3

Love it, except...I love how easy this app is to use, and how I’m able to see all of my stats as I go. There are two minor things I would change: 1. I would love to be able to see a quick comparison of my FTP over time, for an at-a-glance view of my improvement. 2. I would make the “discard” button much less prominent. When I’m tired and have sweat in my eyes, it looks deceptively like an “end workout” button, and I would hate to discard all of that work by accident..Version: 4.9.1

Intermitted Interruption.While riding I got these intermitted jumps / freezing. Annoying..Version: 4.8.2

Tacx Flux Constant Calibration Required.......So many rides ruined as you have to stop and “re calibrate” or just carry on being Lance on the climbs ! When it works it’s great but sadly re calibrate is the order of the day ..... every day 😡🤬😡🤬 In answer to your question on whether or not the rear wheel is activated correctly . It is a direct mount tacx trainer, model no T2900 ..Version: 4.13.3

Tacx trainerOverall nice and quiet when spinning. What annoys me is the function to sync my Garmin heart rate monitor which I still can’t do and see my heart rate & the fluctuations in the watts. It’s always up and down . The App isn’t very user friendly in my opinion..Version: 3.2.3

% de pente pas toujours en ligne% de pente pas toujours ligne avec la vue du film, par exemple parfois à la vue du film on descend et pourtant le % est +2.0%.Version: 4.39.5

Great Workout SoftwareIn use this app primarily for the workout software. The inbuilt workouts are very good and the ability to create your own is excellent. The graphical workout design tool is really great. I really like the fact that you can select the FTP based design which means you only need to specify percentages and timescales and the software does the rest. It’s a pity my Tacx Flux 2 power accuracy is 20% out although by reducing my FTP by 20% in my profile allows me to train using the ERG workout mode whilst recording the workout on my Edge 830 connected to the power meter on my bike. It’s a bit of a workaround but it functions. I have used the videos and they are also very good and the connectivity appears reliable..Version: 4.10.0

SupportI am trying to get support on how to use the app and it won’t accept my password so can’t get help. Very frustrating..Version: 4.3.1
