The email response directly from their customer support was “Sorry, the app no longer converts directly from web. ✓ One “free” conversionHate these apps that require a monthly sub to work/test. It gave me one free file conversion, but that was it. It was quick to convert a small pdf to a txt file, but there was too much garbage to be useful, but wasn’t able to try another format without a $4/month or $10/ lifetime sub. Only offered “why my pdf won’t convert” which explains why a pdf might not convert to other formats, not the other way around. So instead I tried to convert to jpg, because I have another app that converts jpg to pdf... but this app converts it to a zip file instead, and says use izip to open it. ✓ DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEYThat was $10 wasted. Downloaded an ePub file and wanted to convert it to PDF. Should be a simple process but not with this app. The app had trouble downloading the file, but after several tries it was downloaded. Then it tried to convert it and that was a total disaster.
