I followed directions given buy the company and apple to restore the game…nothing. Then 3 days later it came back on with none of my previous coins or status and a different id number. Fortunately, I had taken pictures of all my data and my account numbers, however, I have emailed the customer service 23 times with no response. Over the last several years I have spent lots of money on this app to achieve my status and the coins.
