✓ Reboot your products before complainingI was having the same problems with connecting rear speakers to the sound bar and it seemed to coincide with an app update. I tried resetting the rear speakers to factory default and restarting them. Finally fed up I called LG support and within 10 minutes I was able to get my speakers connected. You just need to unplug your sound bar and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and reconnect..DTmSempreVersion: 1.9.73

✓ Great bit of kitMost of the people reporting problems on here is because they just don’t have a clue how to set it up. I have a sound bar, bridge and x4 H3s all working perfectly. It’s all about understanding the set up and how the network works between them. Correct router and bridge set up is key and obviously speaker placement. 99% of the poor reviews on here is all based on user error. Obviously it’s an app and all apps can be buggy from time to time. And obviously it has to sync again if your smart devices is off the network. Well mine works perfectly and sounds just amazing. And the app is fit for the purpose..Arrymann2417@Version: 1.9.99
