✓ Deals disappear too quick!I tried to find a weekend deal for my birthday but either the deal wouldn’t load or it disappeared when I tapped it. Then I go back to previous page and it’s still there. So either the main pages are not up to date or the app is not working. I tried at least 10 deals and only one them worked. I don’t believe they all sold out that quick. Though if they did, then this app is useless..Version: 6.5.1
✓ Could be greatCould be an awesome app. I love the way they list destinations together to help you come up with great travel ideas with comparable prices. Unfortunately this app seems dead. In the past year or two there has only been a few new lists posted and all the deals you click on are no longer available because the app hasnt updated in a LONG time. Its a shame.Version: 6.5.1
✓ It’s $60/yr not $35 and comes with zero supportFirst the price is $60 annually not $35 like the description says. And even if you pay for the premium the app is buggy good luck getting any support. The app is returning incorrect results for destinations I setup. I tried to contact them multiple times and nary a reply nor acknowledgement. So yeah false price, buggy app, and no support is going to earn you no love from me..Version: 6.5.1
✓ Needs more!This app has so much potential! As a backpacker I found that I wasn't able to pin a lot of places that I have been! Mostly 3rd world countries ex. Laos, Guatemala. ✓ No support and premium option brokenI downloaded this app 3 days ago because I was interested in the ability to filter deals to a specific set of airlines, which is something lacking in other apps. This is supposedly available in Hitlist as a premium option. However, every time I try to subscribe to the premium option, I get an error that it is unable to load products from the Apple Store. I tried using the in-app contact form to report the error, but have gotten no response. I then tried sending an email to the address provided in the app, and my email was bounced back from that address as having been flagged as spam. If the premium option is broken, and there is no support to even help a user be able to pay this company money, I’m doubtful of this company’s ability to provide a quality product in general..Version: 6.5.1

✓ Currency does not show properlyI have set the app to show in my local currency, AUD. Flights are shown as A$100, but after looking at making a booking, they then show in UK £. The developers need to get this right..Version: 6.5.1
✓ Waste of money!!!I subscribed for an entire year thinking I would get better deals with the full membership. So far the cheap price it shows me is never the actual price. When I click on the deal to book the price goes up and it shows a bunch of extremely long flights. I think the people who rate this app highly like to look at the deals advertised and dream but don’t actually try to book the flights or shop around. Who wants to pay more to fly for 19 hours?.Version: 6.5.1
✓ Great concept, terrible executionI love the interface of this app and how in theory you can pick from curated lists for spontaneous getaways to places you might not have thought of. However, I have YET to find a deal on the home screen that hasn’t come back with a message saying “this deal is no longer available”. What’s the point if the advertised prices and flights don’t exist? Very disappointed that I haven’t been able to get further the homepage searching stage, let alone to the booking stage!.Version: 6.5.1

✓ Dumped the app frustratedSo I prefer many airlines but I won’t fly spirit as an example. I tried to select airlines but I would have to selected too many. ✓ A Useless App!Hitlist has proven to be a totally useless App and a “waste of time” as the advertised deals are never available! Photons are uselessly flying to find deals that have expired as soon as they had come in or probably were never there to begin with, and it is just a big trick to bring people on the App site to waste their time. I travel extensively for pleasure and am very flexible on my date and time for travels. I have been looking at Hitlist for more than two years but yet to find anything useful that I can buy. Most of the times the deals are either expired or the flights are so useless with the long and many connections rendering the deals really useless. Many times it is on the useless connections by Spirit and Frontier airlines that no one wants to fly as they charge for everything after you buy a ticket, resulting in to a useless deals. One is better off doing a regular google search for the flights and get much better deals. I will now be deleting the App as it is uselessly occupying real estate on my phone. Enough wasted time! ✓ App is not working as expectedHi, I installed this app a week ago and it was working when I initially downloaded it but after a week it’s not loading anything. When I try to login it says “authentication error” and when I try to search airports it’s says “error loading airports”. ✓ Not working anymoreI loved this app to keep track of all of the places I have been and want to go in the future, however it no longer works for me. Anytime I open the app it says “Sorry, we’re unable to load destinations at this time. Pull down to try again.” Also, all of my trips and info is gone. All that is left is my name. ✓ Book button won’t workVery disappointed. All was going nicely in choosing flights, til I tried to hit the BOOK button. Nothing would happen. So I hit “Send me a reminder” which sent me an email link of the flights I wanted. I opened that email and clicked that link and got to a page with my trip info but, again, no way to seal the deal and actually book it. ✓ Not WorkingThe app was working fine however in the last few days it has not been working. Nothing showed up when I open the app and I keep getting a error message. Not sure what’s going especially since customer service don’t seem to exist. When the app is working every time I go on to get a deal it’s gone. I never get notifications on the great deals just notifications on places I don’t care to go. I wish there was a setting where I can say which place I wanted notifications sent to me. ✓ Fake PricesEvery single flight listed on the explore page says “We’re sorry, this deal is not available anymore”. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE that i clicked on. ✓ Doesn't filter ridiculous flightsAlthough the app in itself is great, looks good and does suggest nice trips, it does not filter ridiculous flight durations for shorter trips... For example, if I try to search for a weekend getaway, it would show me "impossible" combinations, such as a 24-hours flight with 4 connections; which transforms the ~ 3 days trip into... a 5 ~ 6 days trip, half of which would be spent in the plane..Version: 3.5

✓ App doesn’t function after downloadJuly 16, 2021 -Downloaded the app - no issues. Clicked on “get started” and it won’t recognize the click thru for either option (search by location or home airports). I click on search by location and nothing happens. I click on search by airport and there’s an error message saying it cannot load. Therefore I cannot advance to set up an account. I’ve tried this several times. Deleted and downloaded the app again (have done this three times now). I was able to get the location to work on the third time but still won’t pull up any airports or advance to the next screen to sign up. Will try again and then update this review..Version: 6.5.1

✓ Lies!This app is such a disappointment. Every time I click on one of the deals, the app restarts itself and the price goes up. When I finally got the app to go through without restarting so I could book a deal, it took me to the website and said that the price was no longer $225, it was now $555. ✓ UnfortunateThis used to be my favorite app for flights, however, it seems it hasn’t been updated in some months. Since May it tells me to try again later. Can’t look at my profile, my trips, or anything for that matter on Hitlist. Led to me deleting the app. Update: I wrote this months ago, and to this day, no fix! Sorry, Hitlist. ✓ Insensitive!This app keeps sending me notifications like “you could be on an island right now #noregrets”, and advertising booking flights to places in June. Are you kidding me? Not only is that incredibly insensitive, but it’s dangerous to encourage this kind of thinking right now. HitList clearly doesn’t care about the fact that there is a pandemic killing thousands worldwide and infecting MILLIONS. Deleted this app as soon as they sent me that last “no regrets” notification. Will you regret it if your travel right now leads to the deaths of people’s loved ones? What a joke. I am an avid traveler who has been all over the world. Am I excited to travel again? Yes. Am I going to be responsible and wait until it’s safe? Yes! Other travel companies are also encouraging this. ✓ This deal is not available anymoreThat’s the message you’ll get used to with this app. Alert pops up and you click on it immediately! “We’re sorry, this deal is not available anymore.” Really? The deal disappeared in the 1 second between the alert and opening it? If so, they’re gaming this by releasing one deal at a time. So this app isn’t so much a Hitlist as a Wishlist. ✓ A great idea poorly executed when it comes to actually spending $$$While the whole idea behind hitlist is great and well designed. It gets complicated when you want to actually buy a ticket. 9 times out of 10, it could not find the advertised price, the other 10th time , the vendor had a 404 error. So I used different services to buy tickets. Hitlist is well designed and has a fun experience , but the cheap tickets DO NOT work. At all. Right now it feels like a useless shiny toy..Version: 3.1
✓ Not usefulDeleted it right away for a few reasons. I live in Tel Aviv and the cheapest airfares are usually on airlines I won’t fly (Turkish, Aeroflot). So being unable to filter them out would mean getting lots of useless alerts. Also the feature to enter where you’ve already traveled has no menu. I’d literally have to type in every city and country I’ve been to. Way too much work. It might work nicely but it’s not for me..Version: 6.5.1
