✓ Found exactly what I was looking forI’ve been searching through the Appstore for days for an app like this one, where you can write notes and sort them out easily with colors. Some other apps do the same as well, but this one is the highest-quality app I’ve seen so far. It lets you adjust small things that make the app much more worthwhile. Plus, there isn’t a limit to how much notes you can have, which is an extremely amazing plus that other apps lack. This app was exactly what I was looking for. ✓ Good Free AppColor note does everything you would want it to do in a note app. There are lots of preferences you can set. You can change the note color, the font style, and the font size. Also you can add photos to your notes. That is pretty cool. The one thing I wish it did offer is the ability to add aList, like a shopping list or a to do list, Something with bullet points or check boxes or whatever. This is not a dealbreaker for me but it is something I wish it had. As for free apps, this really is a good deal..Version: 2.8

✓ Deleting contentThis is a great app to keep notes on your iPhone but to get information by searching for a specific word it only gives you the full page. The confirm delete is on but does not work and I’ve accidentally deleted full sheets of content. 🥺.Version: 2.9.3

✓ Great appThis is a great app, however, it does have a couple of flaws. 1) When I first open the app, the order of my saved data changes. What was suppose to on the top, suddenly jumps to the bottom. But, the next time I open up the app, it is back on the top. 2) There is no way (that I know of) to manually change the order of your saved data within a specified color grouping. It would be great if that was possible. Your last entry is always going to be on the top of the list..Version: 3.4
✓ Better than notes on iPhoneI’m super organized and write a lot of lists. This app lets me organize them by color or emotion or time. It’s very helpful. I am a visual person, so being able to color-code my lists is super helpful. I’ve gone thru 3 iPhones in 5 years and still have all the notes I’ve made. It transfers easily from one phone to the next. AND it double checks with me when I try to delete a list to make sure I really want to delete it— which is a nice safety feature. However, there are times when the keyboard pops up indicating something changed. ✓ Outstanding 👌🏻I'm really falling for this app. I've been searching for a new notepad app that can get me away from the junk that is "the iPhone notepad". I hate that thing!!! So boring and uninteresting. Nothing like Color Note. I love this app because it's fun, whimsical, overall great to use when you wanna just jot some thing's down. I literally spent about three hours the other day, writing things, choosing my mood and what color I wanted the note itself to be. Now, every time I have an idea.. ✓ As I Want Needs ImprovingThis is a great app and I love using it. What I want to see improved is the sorting option for “as I want” I want to be able to drag and drop my notes in the order I want them for easier viewing. The only way I can accomplish this now is to grab older notes and paste them into a new note but then I lose the original creation date. ✓ Perfect!!!Was perfect until recent update. Now can’t see my notes on full screen. It is now split in two halves. So all my formatting has now been ruined. Why update something that was just fine as it was? EDIT Nice when a developer changes something back if update wasn’t working. Split view just wasn’t a good change and now shows up as an option in settings if you prefer it that way. I would happily pay a pound or two for this app as it’s perfect for my needs. Thanks for doing what many developers don’t bother about. ✓ Nifty appGreat app. I use it to keep track of when my bills are due and when I am expecting money in. I do not use the calendar as I use Outlook which is more robust. My phone deleted the app by mistake due to the touch screen. I easily reloaded the program but lost my data. It will take some work to put it back in. It gives you a list of fonts to choose from. Someone said at times their written notes erases. But I’ve had Colored Notes for over a year and nothing like that has happened.
