✓ Great vocabulary building gamesMuch like some Rosetta Stone apps, Drops uses the same picture in the same order regardless of which language you’re learning. ✓ Fantastic, if only they had this when I was at school.Great simple pictures that you can understand. Not designed just for children. I’m not made to feel useless, if I get it wrong as it’s progressive learning that’s fun.. I Like that the annunciation is clear and easy to hear and repeat and if I have to learn quietly, I can turn off the sound and still enjoy learning. I like the different methods used to teach the words and I have even absorbed how to spell the words with the word search type element. It’s fun, fast and quick changing, repetitious without being boring. I have tried to learn many times before, with all sorts of methods. This is the best app so far. Great value for money, (especially if you stick to the free option). However, as I get closer to needing to be fluent I may have to increase my input and therefore may need to pay to access more frequently for longer periods. Currently I’m very happy with the increase in my actual ability and language skill development. I love that I can learn as often as I want to if I want to pay the reasonable monthly fees, (other subscriptions are available, lol) I also love that I can learn with just 5minutes a day. Which TBH is more than enough time for me to learn languages and to try and retain it. If you check in regularly you can get bonus times added, such as an extra 30 seconds. I would thoroughly recommend this language learning platform. I am currently learning Spanish. Also checked out my levels of retention from my school day french. I was terrible to start with, but after a few sessions on here I surprised myself, with how much I actually did know. Only been working with it a couple of weeks and have learnt 107 words.
