Login fields not properly setupThe login fields do not allow you to use saved passwords. This is such a basic thing that it scares me to use the app. If they can’t get that simple thing right then it’s hard to trust them with my medical information. A regular app I would just take off a star for this but medical apps need to be very closely scrutinized so something this egregious drops it to one star even though I haven’t even logged in yet..Version: 8.4

Stanford my health appFirst I use the Stanford app. Was great. Than later couldn’t let me log in. After that day I never able go back to use the app. It is very inconvenient for me. I called Stanford technician many many time still not able to log in. 😱😱😱.Version: 9.0

New Health AppLive in a rural area with poor wi-fi. Trying to put in info requested for video appt in the morning. Health App keeps telling me to upgrade and no way! The appt is with 2 Stanford Doctors tomorrow, and I can only hope we can get through. I think phone calls should be considered for situations like these. Very frustrated..Version: 6.1.3

Login IssueThe first thing user does is to login to the app. I do remember my userid/password. I was only able to login at the doctors office. At home it’s very rarely I successful logging in. What good is an app if it fails 9 out of 10 times. Here’s is the error I keep getting. There was a problem communicating with the server, please try again later..Version: 4.0

Big disappointmentFor me, it is a nonstarter that my health care provider does not integrate with the Epic MyChart Central patient portal. This lets me connect my electronic health records from past providers. Unfortunately, in the USA, I don’t own my health record. Every provider has its own implementation. And every time I change employers, I need to change providers. Stanford MyHealth was on the list of participating EHRs on MyChart Central. However, when I signed up, I found myself on a site that had no function to pull in my earlier charts. The app also does not support letters, meaning I can’t get them in the app, but have to go visit the web site..Version: 5.1.3

Please fix, so many issuesI hope someone from Stanford’s tech reads this and fixes it. I have so many issues w/this app. I am disabled w/16 specialists at Stanford, so I use the app often. The issue that comes in mind today is that you can’t copy/paste your message in the app, but can in the mobile site. Since only 1000 characters are allowed per msg and my health conditions are complicated, I often have to type my message in notes on my iPhone and paste it into the message to check word count. Unfortunately, even though I read messages in the app, I then have to sign into the mobile site to gain access to the “paste” function. I have more examples, but this is the most annoying one... Why can’t the app mirror the mobile site in functions? Also, why do some doctors use Zoom for one-on-one, while others use the app? Also, why can’t you program blurred background for users on the app to mimic the green screen the doctors use? Patients like privacy just as much as physicians. What about simple things like printing a list of my medications or health conditions or doctors? A print function would be helpful… mirroring the mobile site. Pls fix the app..Version: 8.1.1

Please increase the character limit in the “message to Doctor” sectionPlease increase the character limit in the “message to Doctor” section. 1000 is not enough to articulate most messages..Version: 5.1.3

Additional people bugWhen trying to add additional people, especially ones with the same name, the app goes nowhere. This seems to have come up on recent updates. It used to work. When I click on the plus sign, my contacts come up. Those with a different name are picked immediately. Those with a similar name go to the full contact info page and no further. I have to go to the native calendar app to add that person..Version: 5.1.2

Updating medications!I have sent the list of my medications to them 2 times and asked them to correct the list on the app but they have not. One thinks something as important as the medications that you are taking should be 100 percent correct, but not the Stanford health care /app or whatever..Version: 5.7.1

Need to improve..Stanford need to improve the service and atenttion any time when we try to make or schedule appointments that are necessary in the short time and not for 2/3 months in front. More comments about the blood pressure tester many times are out or with wrong lectures. Just improve and will be the best one. Thanks..Version: 7.3.1

New appYou have taken away a good service for people that have an old phone. I use my health at Stanford all the time. Now I have nothing but try to call. What a hassle! You had a good thing and you high tech the people that need it out. Very unfair! I was suppose to have a Video appointment next week, now what do I do. I live over 250 miles away. I’ve always bragged about my care and service from Stanford. But it seems you want only those people that can afford all the expensive gadgets. Ben Jones I have one more surgery in two days at Stanford and I can’t look up information on my phone to ready myself, thanks a lot.Version: 8.3

No landscape on iPadIt’s absurd that there is no landscape mode for iPad. The app is nearly useless when an iPad is docked to a Magic Keyboard. iOs 15 does force the screen to rotate, but it’s still a miniature and unreadable. It’s 2021 and Stanford should fix this..Version: 7.4

Not a bad startThis app does help communication with doctors and specialists for those using the Stanford healthcare system. My biggest issues are that not only is there not a separate app for the iPad, but Apple Pay is not supported—it really should be, in this day and age..Version: 4.3.1

IPad version neededVery strange that a university with huge financial resources, located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, and pushing more and more medical visits to remote, can’t produce a quality app. Having an iPad optimized version of MyHealth would be a good start. Come on Stanford..Version: 7.7

Good functionality on iPhone only3 stars for iPhone and 0 star for iPad. On iPhone it works great. But on iPad it is not supported, the screen size is not native. Any plans to add iPad support? Used to use My Chart on iPad but now My Chart is no longer supported..Version: 4.0

Bugged throughout.Stanford health increasingly requires that I use this app for all medical issues and since they have info for health and insurance reasons they have all my personal data. This app is so not ready for prime time, it’s laughable. For instance, it makes appointments that neither I nor my doc requested. It sends text and redundant email reminders for these unrequested appointments. It sends text and redundant email reminders to look at test results which don’t exist. I guess it’s a situation of the shoemaker’s children having no shoes. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley and educating some of the world’s most brilliant software engineers, it appears that Stanford health has cut a lot of corners (including inadequate pre-publishing testing for glitches) on software engineering it’s very bad app..Version: 8.1.1

Version 7: test results disappeared!Less than a year of test results are now visible. I rely on ability to look up and show these results to other doctors when I visit them. Please put these back!.Version: 7.0

Needs workOverall, this app is fine. The main issue for my use is that the screen view does not rotate for landscape use. I use a keyboard with my iPad and every time I open the app I have to use it sideways or completely remove my iPad from the cover/keyboard. This is really a no-brainer, but here we are. It is especially crappy when trying to use it for my online visits where the app stays in portrait mode. It is infuriating to have to constantly remove my iPad from its holder just in order to use this app. Really not thought out. Don't you people use your own products? Time to find programmers who think and feel, and don't just sit there dreaming about their tesla in the parking lot... really..Version: 7.3.1

Good but needs improvementOk app overall but it would be helpful to have a search feature on the message inbox or sent list to back track key words for referencing past communication with providers instead of endlessly scrolling. I really hope they include this feature since it is Stanford & pamf has this feature on their app already. Stanford should be ahead of the game here. Please make this improvement as a medical care manager it makes my job easier. Thank you for your time & consideration..Version: 9.5.1

Still not working well on ipadI found it unacceptable that we still cannot rotate the screen on iPad. The screen size on iPad is just as small as the iPhone. I can’t see the document the doctor tried to do screen shared with me because everything is so small..Version: 5.7.1

MessageAppointment app does not open for me to tap past spot and read the summary. Very disappointing. Also, an appt shows up in messages from November 2023 that never took place..Version: 9.5.1

Good but needs more accessibilityThis app has been great but it needs a few adjustments to accessing doctors and billing. As well l, as scheduling. The Standford Children’s app you can message the billing department on invoices rather then call them and have long periods of wait times on hold when needing to work on incorrect invoices billed to patients. This app does not allow you to message the billing department about invoice errors. Another issues is, it says you can schedule appointments with your doctors office but you really can’t. It just leaves a number for you to call to make appointments. It’s not consistent. Set aside from this feed back I like the appointment reminders and e-check in. But that’s really all you can actively do with the app. The Standford Children’s health is completely interactive and it would be great to see that same quality work with the adult patient app for Standford..Version: 3.0.1

I expected betterI concur with most of these other reviews. One would expect better than this app. Man in the heart of technology that’s the best that Stanford of all hospitals could do? You absolutely need tablet support. Disappointed!.Version: 7.9.1

Doesn’t workApp won’t open unless you perform the update. Update completed. The app continues to say an update is needed to open. :-/ App is useless Edit: App, eventually, one day started working again with no changes on my end. However, contact from developer says I have version 2.4. App Store clearly says I have version 2.8. 🤷‍♂️.Version: 2.8

It’s a start, but really needs work. The basics work ok. It really needs an iPad version, though. Under the circumstances of COVID-19 video appointments between myhealth iOS not properly supporting the iPad, and video on the myhealth website being IE only (I thought we were a decade away from that being common) video appointments are far clumsier than they could so easily be..Version: 5.3.1

No password manager supportI have a complex password to protect my health record that is managed by Apples password manager. This apps login does not support any password manager, yet even the built in Apple one. I am forced to open it up and manually copy my password anytime I want to use the app. This takes 1-2 minutes. Please fix your password field..Version: 7.8

Never remembers password, doesn’t use Keychain or FaceIDI use complex passwords for everything. This app makes that tough. It doesn’t remember me, include FaceID, or trigger Keychain. That means that every time I open the app, I have to go to my computer, open my password manager, find my password, and then manually type a long complex password into the app without making a mistake. End result, I absolutely hate using this app. It makes doing something urgent impossible and something simple complex..Version: 8.5

Needs an iPad versionThe app otherwise is serviceable. But until it’s as useful as picking up the phone it often just gets in the way of what you want to do. It makes it very hard to contact a provider to ask a simple yes or no question like “I’m bleeding from my fingernails, should I make an appointment or go to the emergency room?” How are you supposed to manage your care when the design strategy of the app is to make it harder to contact your care provider?.Version: 6.1.3

Totally InadequateWhat a total failure on behalf of Stanford Healthcare to create a video app for senior citizens to ONLY be able to use on mobile phones. I suspect it’s no problem for a Gen Z patient to talk with their Stanford Healthcare physician through a 5” phone LCD. EVERY other virtual meeting app works on larger screen computers including portals created for Physicans in other healthcare systems. But Stanford Healthcare forces patients to use a cell phone. Again ... another failure from Stanford Healthcare..Version: 7.0

Too many updatesEvery week it seems there is a new update. How about fixing it properly so we don’t have to update every week?.Version: 7.5

Fix need for side scrolling!Reading appointment notes has become a horrendous pain now that the text is wider than the screen and can't be sized to the screen. Please fix!.Version: 9.6

UnusableUnusable, can’t view payment history because the date range widget is broken, it takes a while to load statements, difficult to go back to the previews screen from a statement, etc. I basically have to use the website on a computer instead in order to get things done.Version: 8.2

Bad ServiceThe system makes you download a new browser in order to login and just continues to reroute anyone back to the browser page until this is done. Changes to the system need to include all available browsers. This is not customer friendly or customer focused at all….Version: 7.4

So annoyedSo annoyed how dysfunctional the messaging application feature is. Will erase the 1000 character capped messages which often need to be minimized momentarily to reference complex medical documents and jargon. Attachments feature will also erase messages. Seriously unstable and buggy. Could have been coded by a child not to erase text while in the application. Epic fail. Please address. Some app features not fleshed our but have potential- assuming someone develops them one day. Idk.Version: 6.1.3

Nice but with issuesThe billing system is odd. It only shows each bill separately but does not show you the current balance..Version: 4.0.1
