✗ Bring back phone call applyingIt’s the second time I apply for benefits and I get denied because I didn’t send documents? I sent them and I even have the pictures in my gallery with the date to confirm it. I send the documents and the app says they are received only for them to NOT be sent! This happened to me for the first time in 2021 and I had to send documents FIVE times before the agent could even access them. This is horrible. I NEEDED the TANF as I lost my home. And I NEED the Medicaid for pregnant women, but according to the app malfunctioning I’m “not pregnant” even though I sent my notification of pregnancy??!! You will literally give the benefits to people who don’t even use them, they abuse them. And I ACTUALLY needed them..Version: 6.2.1

Wish you could see your EBT balance with the app and have access to notices/forms to view. Other than that I love this app for me to upload items quickly but that all I use it for. Usually finding myself on the website more than I actually use the app to view in detail items or looking for more information..Version: 5.9.3
