✓ Why Won’t Tech Support Answer My QuestionsI have been extremely unhappy with Red Alert. On numerous occasions I have contacted them to ask a question. It takes WEEKS to respond to me and when they DO respond, they give answers that are totally unrelated to what I have asked ! Yesterday I was notified that rockets had been fired on Israel. TODAY........those notifications are STILL there....instead of wiping the screen clean to start a NEW day. These Technical Support employees........give a strong impression that they HATE Israel......and are extremely resentful having to answer questions from those of us around the world who LOVE Israel ! As far as this Red Alert APP........I detest it ! But, what other choice do I have ?.PussWittVersion: 1.0.11

✓ Good idea bad executionThe UX isn’t user friendly and the alert did go off, but since the zones list is very moderate I had to choose a very broad area and it basically rushed us to the shelter in the middle of the night when there was no actual threat in our area (the settlement alarm did not go off)..The Real ViewVersion: 1.0.12
