✓ FrustratedI love this game, of all the mahjong games I have, I play this one the most but it’s so hard to get through some of the levels and when you have heaps of tiles left and get the gold tiles it still only gives 1 star. I love it because it keeps my mind active but it’s frustrating having to play the same levels over and over. Because I enjoy playing it I won’t be deleting it, YET. It’s so slow to give coins as well. Not everyone can afford to keep buying diamonds either, I bought some and they lasted me for ages but now I’ve run out, unfortunately I can’t afford to buy more at the moment..Version: 1.25.6200
✓ Glitch on updateThis is a fantastic game which I play every day and am addicted to. On the recent update on 5th Feb 2018 (yesterday) it stated that I did not have any lives which I presumed was just a glitch due to the update which would be corrected. On trying to play today 6th February it is still telling me the same yet I know I should have 5 lives. Can you please fix this as soon as possible as I do not want to go through withdrawal 😉. ✓ Would like it so much more if only...Find this relaxing as it focuses my mind on something irrelevant (the game) such that it can't be running over and dwelling on everything else life is throwing at me. The music is a great aid in that. However, the zen is shattered by all the annoying ads for all their copycat games, especially when accompanied by their jarring energetic music which you can't turn off or even cut short. Out of all those games and characters there is no non-white ethnic representation--no, the extremely stereotyped Japanese guys don't give you points in that area. It becomes increasingly difficult to progress without buying and using cheats, which I don't think is right; you should be able to complete w skill and perseverance alone. I wonder if it's even physically possible to tap that many tiles in 1.5 or 2 minutes, much less search, match, and tap. I dislike that the timer always keeps going for 3 seconds after you finish the game, but lately it even adds 30 second to my time before comparing to the cutoff, making it impossible to progress. Another bug is that the daily log-in sometimes won't accept input, or skips, or erases your progress. The constant nagging for donations or in-app purchases disrupts the good feeling that would be generated and assures that I will NOT reward that nagging with my $..Version: 1.16.4100

✓ What’s my score?I like how we get a peak at where the gold tiles are at the start of the level, although this is sometimes hidden by pop up ads. When you redo a level, it no longer shows your score on the screen at the end, so you can’t tell how well you did when the time bonus is added. There is a lot going on now, so is hard to work out whether to do the next level, do a level to earn the pet paws etc for the special challenges, do reward chest levels, or work on the new quest things to earn other stuff..Version: 1.11.3001

✓ Mahjong JourneyHello, I have been playing this particular game for the last four years...I always recognize the old gentleman and the little girl. Actually I recognize them from further back, now that I think on it. So, every few years, I find it again, and start it anew. Usually I just play it until either it changes or I do. This time my life changed drastically. And when that happened, I was very happy to have this game show up again in this brand new adventure. And on my iPad. Thank you for all the added adventures. And the games within games...and the treasure chests. I blew one of those so bad, I lost four times in a row. Waited a few days, then came back and finally won. Success. Now I finally made it to a new level...whew! And with the update will be able to play longer. I have asked many family members to play it, but am not sure anyone tried. But I Love It! ✓ Could be much better.I don’t have money to spend on games so you probably couldn’t care less about this review. Your game is obviously made to keep funds coming in by making it so difficult to win without making extra purchases for critical game pieces. I play on 6 games regularly. This game is the only one that doesn’t at least present the perceived opportunity to obtain critical pieces through wheel spins, alternating daily bonuses of about 6 critical pieces (one per day in a set sequence), or better rewards for a game played really well. Having said all that, I will continue to regularly play your game and/or the other 5 games for the sole purpose of working out my brain so that it doesn’t get too lazy. Before I wised up, I spent way too much on games. Now I spend very little occasionally, and none most of the time. Frankly I spend less on this game than any of the others because it requires too much to purchase very short-lived pieces that often still result in an inability to complete that individual game without purchasing even more. ✓ Good but still needs workI love the game but I've had issues with purchasing gems also I've lost and when I go to retry the level it didn't give me any tiles to play with so it ended up costing me 3 lives. It would be nice if there was extra ways to get gems since for some reason the game won't let me purchase anymore. But all in all I love the game I just would like more gems. Ok months later and I do enjoy some of the repairs they've made but I'm having one issue and it's a silly one. Say I just finished level 9 in one of those 30 day challenges it sometimes when I click next completely bypasses level 10 and goes to 11. It's weird! Still love the game though. Still needs work the diamonds need to be cheaper and the cost of playing special levels lower. Some of them in the last one were 30 flowers or whatever to play the level. ✓ Confusing updateI love this game. Am seriously addicted. Have been playing for a long long time. I am confused though with the recent update. The relics required to complete collections are not available to find but must be purchased. This is very wrong as it would cost quite a lot to purchase all of the relics. Every previous collection has given us the chance to find the relics to charge them. Why is it different now? Please bring back the opportunity to find the relics so we can complete the collections. I have concluded that a game ends suddenly and randomly, and not based on skill, just to make us purchase more turns to keep going. I think this is disappointing in an otherwise good game. There is something that is really annoying - and that is when the game ends randomly not just once, but 2 or 3 times in the one game!! I admit that I don’t fully understand all the pattern of play & so I do really appreciate the prompts that pop up. The actual graphics are very attractive & play gives a feeling of achievement when the boards are cleared. It also helps the grey matter as you have to be quick to get anywhere. This really is the most enjoyable mahjong to play, it’s really challenging too & the whole story line is really engaging with all the characters playing amongst themselves as well as the those you are trying to free as the level’s become harder. ✓ This game is addictive!I really enjoy playing this game but I don't understand why there are requirements to achieve a certain number of stars to move to the next level. The timing to achieve 3 stars is generally so fast that I don't have a ghost of a chance to do better than one star. I'd like to move forward but I find myself having to play the same level over and over in hopes of adding stars to advance. Update: I enjoy the extra mahjong cakes that are offered. Last one was required hot air balloons to play and this time it requires surfboards. I'm frustrated because there should be a way to earn surfboards without paying and there is not. Perhaps there's a bug in the game. Update: I've gotten stuck at the end of another level without sufficient points to keep moving. I don't plan to pay to keep moving to new levels so I'm starting from the beginning on my phone. It's fun but only if you can achieve forward progress. I suspect that when I get stuck next time, I'll delete the game because it's too frustrating to not be able to start new levels. Update#2: I took about a two year break from the game and just started playing it again. This is a game that I have been playing for a long time. It is fun and challenging and keeps me up way too late at night. However, I am giving it three stars instead of five now. This latest upgrade is ridiculous. The graphics are very childish, the designs on the tiles went from being very intricate to child like drawings. I am not a 12-year-old and don't appreciate a little kitty with big eyes frowning at me because I didn't get the gold tiles. I still dislike the graphics. They have made the levels ridiculously harder, with very few chargers given. You can complete a whole section and not get one charger. Of course, they want you to buy them. ✓ Update still isn’t workingI love this game and play it every day, however, the last 2 updates have really screwed up this game. The first update made the game unable to work at all. It kept saying that the internet connection wasn’t able to connect and it also wouldn’t allow me to tap on the special event icon to go to the main map to play levels to collect event resources. The second update took care of the internet connection problem but I still can’t collect event resources in the main map. When I tap the event icon it takes me to the end of the map and not to a place in the main map to play for more event resources (i.e. the flower right now). I know to match tiles together and that sometimes they’re locked and you have to get the ones around it first. I am really irate when it happens on the same board 3 & 4 times. I swear the game rigs itself at times. The only reason I continue is that while I do have to pay attention, it's not rocket science. And there is also a lot of satisfaction when I complete a board. ✓ Frustrated with the new updatesI’ve been playing this game for about 3yrs but regularly for the past 18months or so. I’m now on level 1555 and I love the challenge the game brings. What I don’t like is the new updates which mean replaying many levels to find missing ingredients. I’ve always played until I’ve found al, of the items so it was a little off putting to have to go back to find more items. Having said all that it hasn’t been a game that you need to plough money into unlike many other games, although this can be a little more challenging when trying to pass the trickier levels but don’t want to pay for in game purchases. ✓ Great game!Had this game for quite a while now and I’m really enjoying it. Loads of levels that aren’t easy but at the same time not super hard. One of my favourite things are the daily rewards. If you play for five days in a row, you get a little statue-like figure. If you collect all five, you get some in-game advantages. ✓ Getting BetterIt's a fun game and kind of addictive. Fun to play because it causes you to really concentrate, and learn to make the right moves at the right time. Some puzzles are easier than others, and some you have to pause, walk away and then come back. It is rather pricey since you can't move forward to higher levels, without paying real cash. That takes away from the fun of playing. There should be a rewards system based on how quickly you can solve the puzzle, and be given lanterns, diamonds or snowflakes as a bonus, instead of forcing you to pay to go to the next level or series of puzzles. Losing hearts at least gives you 5 opportunities to get it right, but some puzzles take longer than that. Despite the fact that it makes me crazy when I can’t move to the next level, or finish a collection and find that one missing piece, it’s a really fun and great game..Version: 1.18.4400

It is very easy to figure out how to play and does not have an annoying tutorial that keeps popping up as some games do. I have played various Mahjong games over the years and there seems to always be something in the games that prevents you from progressing without spending money. I never pay real money to play an online game, and on a couple of other favourite games I have reached high levels without spending cash, it can be done and will give much more enjoyment and even a sense of achievement. There are a couple of minor things in this game that could be altered such as the zoom. With the iPhone upright all good but when turned to the horizontal position you are not able to zoom which is a bit of an inconvenience as on the side it is easier to see the tiles as they are slightly bigger but would also help identify if a tile is playable or blocked in. The only other comment is about the doily bonus. Could you not make it more random instead of giving the same awArd on the same day each week. Don’t like the business of the screen, having all these options around that mean nothing to game play-like to see them condensed. My biggest issue is the change in scoring. Now, I have no idea what is needed to get each star to move onto the next level and ESP unlock the keys to move onto the next section, country, etc. How do you move ahead, continue to be challenged if you create a game that doesn’t tell you, give you markers, how to do that? ✓ Entertaining gameVery undertaining but quite addictive game. In Mahjong matching tiles must be found. In this version of the gane the idea is to discover two gold tiles. The game takes you through a type of journey. In the beginning it is quite easy but soon enough it will become harder and harder. Parallel to this journey there is an additional game alternative which is linked to a seasonal event like Thanksgiving or Christmas. You can use the boosters for support or fun. The boosters can be achieved as a prize from a game or a series of games or bought in a store. As an additional motivation there are collections where you want to find a series of items. I really enjoy playing Mahjong. It takes my mind away and distracts me which I personally find relaxing. The games are progressively getting harder and harder which can be quite frustrating. Nevertheless I always find the solution at some time and can keep going. There are many other versions of Mahjong. What I love about this version is the lovely design of every detail. But it won't stop me from still trying and trying and trying.............. lol. Higher levels do not give enough time to even come close to even win two stars let alone three stars. I have played each level repeatedly (at least 50 times each) and have successfully won only one star. The time allowed is ridiculous. Less than two minutes to solve a puzzle that is huge. My fastest time was 3:02 and I hit that time or within a couple of second fifteen times out of forty-seven times. More time needs to be added to the larger puzzles to make them possible to win instead of impossible. Allowing a 1:50 to solve a puzzle that you should give at least 2:50 or 3:20 to so one has a chance at coming close to getting two stars would be nice..Version: 1.9.2100

✓ ChallengingI like the game, but it can be extremely challenging to pass some levels without using power-ups. Power-ups are expensive too! Just started the Japan levels and wow, those tiles are HARD! I thought India was tough! Going to take me a while to get through those levels!.Version: 1.9.2100
✓ AnnoyedI do love this game but some of the levels are to hard I used over 5 lives to get through I level which means I have to wait awhile for new lives also the 5 bonus levels are hard to get through especially since you have to got back to to the start if you don't get through in one hit.Version: 1.24.5400
