✓ This saved me in pregnancy... and still is, 6 years onA friend recommended Tara Lee and I found the breathing, neck and shoulders, and pelvic floor routines particularly helpful during my two pregnancies. My kids are now 6 and 3 and I still use the neck&shoulders one in particular - I’ve tried others but nothing else comes close to reaching my aches as well, and 6 minutes is short enough that I can do it anytime.
